I had a very frustrating experience at Discount Tire. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM to have four tires replaced, and when I arrived I was told the tires I ordered were not actually in stock, even though I had been told previously that they were available. Because of that, I had no choice but to purchase a different set of tires that they did have available, which ended up costing about $200 more than the $1,100 I had originally planned to spend. What made the situation worse was the service afterward. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was repeatedly pushed back while walk-in customers and others were helped before me. I ended up waiting around four hours, which defeats the entire purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. On top of that, several employees were rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. I understand that shops can get busy and that inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication, the extra cost, and the way I was treated made the experience extremely disappointing. If appointments are going to be offered, they should actually be respected, and customers should not be told tires are in stock if they are not. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect good customer service. I hope management looks into improving both communication and how customers are treated. read more

BEWARE OF FREE INSPECTION Scheduled a free inspection for vibration in my steering wheel. As soon as I went to check in and explained what was going on I was told that I most likely needed new tires. Waited over an hour for a tech to "look" at my truck and all he did was drive around for less than 5 mins and said I needed new tires(tires on it were less then a year old) and tried to sell me over $2000 worth of tires. Few days later I got a flat and went to a local shop for a plug and they noticed the rim was hot. Went to a local mechanic and he determined my brakes were dragging slightly. Super glad I did not listen to Tire Discounters and went with my gut or I would be out over $2000 on tires I didn't need. I've always bought my tires here because it's clean, reasonably priced, and the staff is professional and considerate. Stopped in because my tire was losing air slowly and they repaired it in no time! I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Had a nail in my tesla tire and it was losing air fast. Stopped in here a couple weeks ago and they told me it couldn't be repaired but I could buy a replacement, added air and sent me on my way. Drove up the road a bit to Discount Tire. They repaired it in an hour and its been good ever since. Wont ever waste my time again with this TD or any for that matter. Two stars for providing stellar customer service by putting air in my "non-repairable" tire. read more

Stopped in on a Monday, inquired about some Continental tires with Kendall. He entered my license plate, confirmed we had the right size, ordered them and set an appointment for the following day. I dropped the car off early as I was in the area and they texted me within about two hours letting me know it was ready for pick up. I'm picky about my car/rims and they completed tire installation/alignment without issue. All in all a good experience. read more

Got brakes and rotors done here 10k miles ago and I've had uneven pad wearing. The rear left "new" brake pad is all but gone. Apparently didn't feel the need to check the functionality before feeling okay to return my car to me. Took it in to another place to address the wearing and was told it's a caliper issue that any place should have noticed. So wasted a chunk of money since I have to replace both again. read more

Wanted to try a new kid on the block, what a bust that was ..... I asked to have 4 tires a sensor replace, new wipers, oil leak looked at on Thursday and they could have my car till Monday and got nothing fixed ... tires did not get shipped properly, so here I Am Monday night missed all my evening appointment's. No work completed and all I got is "we dropped the ball. " Will not return. read more

Went to Tire Discounters with a flat tire. Had just bought 4 tires there in Dec Something shiny stuck in it. Put the donut on last night and had the damaged tire in the trunk. Told me it would be free. Probably 60-90 minutes if I wanted to wait. 25 minutes later - tire fixed - donut back in the trunk and I was on my way - no charge. They were amazing. In a time when customer service can be iffy at best - these guys get it. Go somewhere else at your own peril!!!! read more

I bought a set here a few years ago. Today was the second time I had an issue getting a simple tire rotation. The manager, Steve, even called the other store down the road even after I assured him I made the appointment at his store. Basically, accusing me of lying. He claimed there was no appointment. He got my rotation complete but why I'm writing this review is he insisted I thank the tech. Steve told me I should thank him since he's not making anything off the job. My response was "aren't tire rotations free with the purchase of a set at Tire Discounters. I proceeded to say actually it's standard practice at every tire chain is it not?". I won't be buying another set from this location EVER again. Oh, I told Steve I work 6 days a week and today is my only day off. His response was that he works 6 days aswell. read more

Politely asked if they had an OBD2 code reader that I could use to clear a check engine light (which literally takes less than 30 seconds) and he tried to charge me an hour of labor. Absolutely ridiculous. If you go to any quick oil change location they will do it for free. Don't go here as they will steal your money. read more

Alignment was off, told by the manager that it was good as it was going to get. Took it to another store, now it's straight as an arrow. Nice of you to defend your work Steve, however I suggest you check your peoples work or calibrate your equipment. read more

I had a flat and took it the store the next day. They were able to get me in on short notice. It was going to be a wait as I expected so I did errands. They got it done in 5 hours. Not bad for not having an appointment. It was covered because of the warranty for getting all 4 tires there. Definitely recommend. read more

These folks took advantage of a young, inexperienced man who just needed a little assistance with a flat tire. The General Manager was condescending and non-apologetic. Their business practices are short sided. If they had just helped the young man with the issue at hand instead of trying to making a huge sale on everything under the sun they could have had a repeat customer but instead we are now letting everyone we know in person and on social media that this is not the place to spend your time or money. After posting I have numerous people relay similar messages about this organization. Now is not time to try to take advantage of people. Please spend your money elsewhere. read more

The time to get serviced was great. No wait at all. However, it did take a little longer to get the work completed than I expected. But even with that, the time to complete the work was still not very long at all. I think the main time to complete issue was not enough mechanics. But considering the time of day, I can understand not having too many workers just standing around. That has the potential of driving the price up for everybody. Otherwise, all went well. read more
