Went in for an appointment to fix a tire with a leak. They fixed the tire and were done relatively quick. The problem was that the driver seat in the car is broken. It is rigged in the position I need to drive my car. Discount Tires, Jack was told this and to please NOT move the seat. When we returned we found that the seat had been moved and it could no longer be in the position for me to drive. Jack said, "I forgot to note that on the paperwork." It is plain to see, very obviously that the seat is not functioning. I guess they just do what they want to the cars when they are fixing them. I need a couple new tires but I will not ho back to this location. Which is a shame because this was our go to ture place for many years. Just can't trust them anymore. ​ read more

Traveling from Roanoke VA to Westerville OH, we had a tire blow out because of a pothole. We changed the tire over to the "donut/spare" on the side of the road. We called Discount Tire in Lewis Center and they were able to match and reserve two tires for us. Dropped the car off this morning. The blown out tire was under warranty, so replacement was at $0. To match the tire (rear of car) they replaced, they installed two new ones for us. Took all of 55 minutes. They also re-mounted the spare under the car, put the jack and tools back into the foam piece under the back deck, and polished all four of the tires so that they look like new!!! We have been Discount Tire customers for years and years. This is just another example of their outstanding work and customer service! read more

This just happened: I pulled in for their free courtesy air tire check with two employees hearing me cause of the bell that rings when someone drives up, and seeing me...and was COMPLETELY IGNORED!! No "We'll be with you in just a second", no wave or greeting... nothing! I was sitting in my car for 6-7 minutes watching these jerks just circle around the car they were working on, looking at me and just kept on working. Could I have honked? Yes; Could I have got out of my car and said something? Yes. But that's not the point. 6-7 minutes is a long time when you're just looking at these people ignoring you for whatever reason, so I left. Curtis was great but the manager was up at little prick who didn't wanna honor a quote that was given to me because the tax holiday expired yet I made my appointment prior to it expiring and gave Curtis a bunch of crap for overriding the system and giving me the discount anyway he even offered to Venmo me the difference. After two weeks of dealing with the Territory manager I have learned that it was all our fault. Really? I was told that because my wife's tires were 6 years old and below the their acceptable tread wear limit that they wouldn't work on the car! The fact that they pressured my wife to buy 2 new back tires because they couldnt even drive it into their service bay to fix what ended up being a nail hole must have gone over the Manager's head. He did admit that they should have at least helped her out by putting on a spare or taking a look at it and had NO answer as to why they didnt. We were offered a brand new set of 4 tires as a bribe to change our rating or keep quite about our experience. The manager completely missed the point obviously. Fathers and Husbands DO NOT SEND your wives or daughters to this store!!!!! Looking at the BBB review on line of complaints there was at least 30 in the last month alone and many about the same ISSUE. Too many other good places exist to do business with. read more

I've had a leak in one of my tires (front left), so I stopped for a quick repair since I was using discount tires for all of my vehicles. The guy fast checked all off my tires and told me that my rear tires are in bad condition due to a different reasons even though all four less than a year old, he offered me to replace all4, after short consideration I decided to pass at the moment and ask to fix one that leaks, he told me he can't do that for a safety reason started pushing me to replace all4, than he went to get a manager, now two of them came out not looking at me nor saying anything shortly went to the back again. Service was great. Problem is that my credit card information was confiscated and used three different times within 24 hours. That is the only place I used my credit card. No push on a certain set of tires. Same happened today changing tires on my old SUV that my son is driving. Thanks to Chris and staff who took me and my car in at the last minute and paid a nice price under $375 with coverage. I hope the manager reads this comment. Customer service doesn't get much better than this place: The manger John Porter, That I spoke to today was absolutely incredible. I would trust him with my life, and my deepest dark secrets. Rather than just trying to upsize and sell me bigger rims, he told me I would have more value in what u had. There was another gentlemen in the store, who thought he was gonna have to pay for a tire but the manager said that they patch the hole up for them and fix the tire and no charge the guy was blown away the manager said just make sure you buy your tires from us that's and that's integrity and commitment to great service. Many times wait is long, but the trade off for the service is great. I know it would be a good idea to get like a pager like how many fancy restaurants do now so you can go and get something to eat or do yoga or whatever since many times the wait might be an hour or more you have to wait for an hour or more. The chairs are comfortable enough to sit on for extended amount of time they have no TVs to look at but the decor in the showroom is nice. I think the company as a whole should let the staff wear beards if they want too. they have a policy where they all have to shave I guess they want everyone to look like politicians or something or they're doing your tires. But it's interesting because you won't see dirty hands just blue gloves everywhere they're like the doctors getting your tire straight they have more knowledge than you could ever know they looked at one lug nut on my car and a new what model was from without even looking at what car I had so yeah the service is out of this world somewhat surreal read more

Have been using this location since they first opened and have had wonderful experiences Many tire and rim purchased over the years.Today however I had a tire loosing air quickly so I stopped and filled the tire up and went straight to discount tires .Guy came out and looked at the tire and said they could look at it and get it fixed.that was at 1pm,they promised completion by 4:10pm.every time I checked they would say oh there's 5 cars ahead of me because of appointments. Finally took my car in at 5:30 pm and had to replace the tire.Very unorganized compared to the quality and management team they had before.Guess it's time to try another location when the need arises. read more

I usually purchase a set if rims with every car I buy, which is like twice a year. The fact I'm OCD when it comes to my ride, it's nice to have someone you can trust to work on your expensive wheels. Easily one of the best tire company locations in area. Had to special order tires and they arrived next day. They said they would call but By around noon I called them and they confirmed the tires had arrived. I brought the car in and told them I was waiting for them to call me because that is what they told me they would do. They were busy but they accommodated me and moved me up on the work order and I was in and out in about an hour! Very impressed with the quality of work and customer service. Just had my vehicle serviced today (4 new tires) as a walk in. The employee who inspected my tires was knowledgeable and courteous. Gave me a recommendation on tires and did not pressure me or rush my decision. They were very busy with it being so close to the holidays, and I was impressed how quickly they were able to get me in (yes I still had to wait, but they beat the estimated wait time). As a bonus for this location, it's walking distance to several stores. This location is amazing. I had a completely flat tire after a late shift. I called in the morning after having to stay the night at a motel and they said to bring it in even without an appointment. My phone had died and they let me use a charger while I waited. When they came back and told me they fixed my tire for free, I could have cried from gratitude. I make sure I tell anyone who is looking for tires to go there. I don't know how much their tires cost compared to others but because their customer investment is so great I will definitely come here when I replace my tires. When I went in to my appointment, Eric greeted me before I could even walk in the door! He was incredibly pleasant to talk to, and had a wonderful smile. Thurman was the one who informed me of my car's updates, and helped me understand if I had any questions. The tires I ordered didn't come in at the time my appointment was, but they were very apologetic and sincere. We rescheduled for soon after, and got it done. I cannot say enough about how amazing the store manager John and his team have been. After Germain Lexus of Dublin dropped the ball--didn't take the time to notice how low the tread was on my tires, I was horrified to know I had paid the $1200.00 for an oil change, break pads, fuel injector treatment (i.e. UP$ELL), windshield wiper blades and fluid top off. How would one not notice the tires looked terrible when rotating them??? Clearly they just want to overcharge the customer and rush us in and out and grab our money without truly doing a thorough check. John at Discount Tire Lewis Center gave me a very fair price on my tires and didn't make me feel like the big dollar sign the way Germain Lexu$ did. He answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and I am loving my new Michelin tires. I may have to replace a rim as well. Amazingly Lexu$ rims for my GS F Spirt cost $100 less HERE than through Lexu$!!!!!!! Go figure. Germain Lexu$ has lost my business. How awesome is new tire time!?? Very awesome. Only happens once every couple of years. This time as the recommendation of some of my peers I chose DT. It was also good timing as their Black Friday incentives were pretty decent. Tires were ordered promptly and installation was scheduled (since I ordered some rather special tires not stocked). The guys up front are all incredibly nice and helpful. Come appointment time, they were every bit as nice and helpful as when I ordered. This location is often very busy so an appointment is almost necessary but they seem to try and accommodate all the walk-ins they can! They got the new tires on, and even bagged up the old ones for me as they were coming home with me. Highly recommend this DT store. read more

Nobody likes dealing with tires for a car....I mean nobody. So, you can imagine how excited I was when I found a GIGANTIC bolt in my rear driver's side tire. (Not excited at all really). However, the good news for me was that I had purchased my tires a few years back at Discount Tire off of Sawmill Rd, AND I had managed to purchase full coverage on them. I don't put many miles on my car, but it drives around town ALOT...and who knows where this stupid bolt came from. Long story short. I got over there in the morning, worked with the manager, and they had me all taken care of later in the afternoon. NO CHARGE....because I had gotten the full coverage when I purchased my tires a few years back!!! Now, maybe you don't feel this way, but when I can get things fixed on my car FOR FREE....it makes me do an awesome-sauce happy dance! Bottom line, The staff was SUPER friendly and pleasant, and they were very easy to work with. I have to say that I will probably be back to replace these tires when they need to be.
