Don't try to call the store because they just answer the phone and then put you on hold and they may not come back to the phone, so you just hang up and call again. I had been on hold for 10 minutes and my friend who was sitting right beside me the store. Someone answered the call and asked how they could help her and as she began speaking they put her on hold. Mine you I am still holding on the line and it's been 21 minutes. Why am I on hold for 21 minutes??? Also, the LKQ call center personnel could not answer any questions I had regarding vehicles, parts etc., but offered that I could just drive to the yard to ask questions. In summary, you can't call them directly and you can't get any answers from the LKQ call center. You just have to hope to get lucky once you arrive on site.
