Cathy is incredibly honest, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond for her customers. As a woman, I've definitely felt taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past, so finding someone I can truly trust means a lot to me. I recently had a strange issue with my car where the check engine light kept staying on. Cathy's team did multiple checks, over multiple days, and eventually solved the problem for me, at an incredibly reasonable price. What I appreciate most is that I never feel like I'm being scammed or pushed into unnecessary repairs. I genuinely trust Cathy and her team with my car, and that is not something I take lightly. Get this: no ticket, no problem with the car. And I was 4-5 blocks from Whitey's tire service. Enormous tire place (on BOTH Sides of Atlantic Avenue). AND When I slowly rolled up, three guys were waiting there chitchatting and directed me inside. I jokingly got out of the car and said, "I just need an oil change."
