I purchased 4 tires from this place. It took almost an hour to get the tires on the car so I could leave. When I got hone I checked the air pressure because the car rode hard. I found one tire at 51 pounds and 3 others at different different pressures. While checking the tire pressure I noticed each and ever wheel had damage in the same spot. The machine that holds the tire down to remove and put the new tire on damaged each wheel on the same spot. I called and spoke to Barbara and she said she would relay the message to the boss who was supposedly sleeping. I called and spoke to her again and she said the boss wanted me to get an estimate for the repairs. I got two estimates and emailed the to him. I've called numerous times and asked Barbara if I could speak ho him. About the 6th time calling she said he did not want to speak to me. I have to add while I was waiting to get my tires on the car behind me a car was being jacked up to take his tire off. The employee was rushing so much that the car almost fell off the jack. I don't recommend anyone patronize this place. I would not recommend tire giants to even an enemy of mine. Pay retail because it will end up costing you more than you bargained for. I would have settled for just the money back for the tires that I purchased. The owner would not speak to me. They have been reported to the district attorneys office as well as a tv station. A guy working on my car was about to put unbalanced tires on the rear of my car stating that rear tires do not have to be balanced. Also very argumentative about luck of proper installation. Brought 4 "new tires from this company, I knew the price must have been too good to be true. Within 2-3 minutes of leaving the facility my front passenger tire fell off causing $2300 of damages to my car. Been communicating with the owner prior via email to coming getting my new tires put on and he was extremely responsive before the incident happened now I haven't heard from him since I sent out the estimates to him. I had to go through my car insurance in order to get my car repaired since my insurance company and I can't get in contact with him. I went out of my way to go here on the recommendation of a friend that knows the owner. Replacement tire went flat same day. Let them know the issue and when I would be back to have it replaced. I drove an hour there in rush hour traffic to find them closed an hour early. Once I started yelling, I was able get my money back from the staff that was still there. Find a different garage that was open and they got me a better tire, fixed it in half the time, and it was cheaper. This garage also informed the the tired I had purchased was trash, with a tread that would not have passed inspection. Will never return and I highly recommend you avoid. read more

Ya, it's in an industrial park, next to an old prison and it's not much to look at, but they took me without an appt, got me right in, did the job and got me out. No surprises. I would also give zero stars if that was an option. Their website makes them seem like a bigger business than they are. After trying to find the actual location, it turns out they have 1 lane in the warehouse to fix tires which means if there's already another car in there you have to wait until they are done. I went to the shop to have a flat fixed and was told, "as soon as they finish unloading the truck they can help you". An hour and 10 minutes later!!!! I would have left but it was my lunch break and would have been longer if I went somewhere else. Finally got the tire fixed and I had the same problem...hit 30mph and steering wheel shakes like crazy. Took it back, said they fixed it...nope, still shook. Took it to another shop to have it corrected. As others have already said, they have zero customer service. P.S. - If the owners read this...it's "Receipt". "I" before "E" except after "C"..hahaha. Normally when I receive bad service I wouldn't bother leaving a negative review and would just take my business elsewhere. But I feel compelled to write one this time. After putting the new tires on, these guys busted one lug bolt and cross threaded another lug nut on the same tire which resulted with me having to replace the entire wheel hub. After 15 minutes of trying to get the tire off and staring at it, they told me that they weren't equipped with the the tools to get it off and told me that I needed to take the car to the shop. No apology. Nothing to try to make the situation right. Just "take it to a shop". While I'll admit that their tire prices are decent, this place is a joke and I will never go back there again. I will also make sure anyone that I personally know never takes their business there. Awful experience. read more

I have been a frequent customer of Tire Giants for years. They put on the tires fast and always have what I need in stock, even after purchasing a newer car. Keep in mind that this is a used tire business. The employees always do a great job and take the time to show me potential problems or discuss tire sizes with me. Keep up the great work! read more

I have been coming here for years. Almost anytime someone would talk about needing tires I would refer them here to the Tire Giants. Most recently I purchased 4 new tires for my primary vehicle. The day I went to get my tires put on I waited 1.5 hours for them to pull my car in. When they were getting started on my car the realized that my tires hadn't been delivered yet. I asked about why they didn't check the delivery when it came in to make sure my tires were there, but was told that wasn't standard practice for the tire shop. Fortunately they were able to get me in later that afternoon which was only a moderate inconvenience now that the shop has moved to the opposite side of the city. About a week later, maybe less a large air bubble developed in the side wall of one of my new tires. I put about 150-200 miles on the tire at this time. I tried to contact the shop repeatedly regarding the tire with no reposes back. Finally, yesterday I was able to speak with the shop representative on the phone. The Tire giants representative I spoke with said that it is my fault that there is an issue with the tire. They can not be responsible for defects or damage to the side wall of the tire. When I told the representative that it had been less than 30 days and far less than 1500 miles since I purchased the tire, she suggested that I should be more careful in the future to prevent such damage from occurring to my tires again. Formerly I would have recommended this place to everyone that gave me a chance to. I can list 10 individuals that have taken this recommendation (not including the dozen times I have) and replaced tires here. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This shop does not value the customer, and does not seem to back their own workmanship, or own their mistakes. read more

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if there was an option for 0 stars. I went in to buy a used 285/70/17 and found out later when i went to install the tire on my jeep that the tire was 275/70/17. Not only was the tire the wrong size, it was so badly worn that my jeep started vibrating extremely bad as soon as i hit 35mph. I took my jeep to another shop and was confirmed that the tire they sold me should never be put on a car due to it being so unsafe. This is not how you treat your paying customers. Such shady business practice... karma will come back and get you. read more

Good prices, but lack of service and product in my experience. I needed two front tires for my Audi S5, pricing was good... but my car had a bad shimmy between 60-70mph which indicated the tires weren't balanced. I went back, they told me the tires were balanced and the reasoning was I needed new rotors. This was after I had taken the car for an alignment, got new brakes and rotors and was told by both service techs at the other locations that the tires didn't appear to be balanced and that was the reason for the vibration in my steering at that speed. I know this is fact because today I replaced the tires I bought at Tire Giants and the ride is perfect again. My advice is if the price is good, great...but I wouldn't listen to the tech who assisted me there. read more

Happy New Year !!!!! ladies and gents the saga continues soooooo the tech at Tire Giant damaged 2 of the tire sensors. The repair bill was over $300.00. I contacted American Express to dispute the charges based on the damage Tire Giant tech caused the car. What bothers me the most is that AMEX contacted Anthony regarding my dispute and he stated he emailed and asked me to bring the car in the shop. That is not the case Anthony did not bother to contact me at all and I in turn had no choice but to dispute the charged through my CC company. So I buy 2 used tires and decide to have them put on my truck, which costs extra. They take your money really fast, however it took over an hour to get them on my truck. Mind you there was no one ahead of me, I sat in the garage in my truck waiting for the tech. I go home and come out for work the next day and low and behold one of the tires is flat. I get my spare on, drive back down to the city and go to another used tire place. They fix it in less than 10 mins. Seems the idiots at Tire Giant don't know how to clean off the rims prior to mounting a tire and throw black sealant on the tires to hold the seal, which doesn't work. Cost me another $20 to have it remounted and sealed. If you want good prices for tires, go here. However DO NOT pay and have them mount them. Go somewhere else for that!! read more

What a pathetic excuse for a company. I ordered a tire with shipping and four days later I still had no tracking and the tire was still not shipped. I called three days in a row, and no one could give me an answer. They all simply said the owner isn't in right now. Does that mean no one can think except the owner. Three times I was told someone would call me back. Well three times no one called me back. I ended up cancelling the order 5 days later, guess what the tire still hadn't been shipped. What a joke. Purchased 4 new tires....great customer service and very pleasant environment. Wait time was a little long but not unexpected for a Saturday. It's located in the back of an industrial park so finding the place was a challenge... there were no clearly identifiable directions on how to get to the actual shop from the street ...I passed right by the place 2x and then I asked for actual directions I found the drive way leading into the shop is ridiculous to navigate because of all the potholes. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My Husband brought his car in a few weeks ago. You gave his rim to someone else. One his lug nuts was snapped off. You put this other rim on there that was bent and caused damage to our car. Now we can't drive it. And every time we call we get told we have to find your rim. It can't be that hard to order a new rim. Or to ask us to bring the car in so you can repair the damage you caused. This is absurd. read more

Probably gonna be my go to tire place in the future.When going to this place when you enter you have to drive all the way to the back and make a left driving all the way to the back from there. be careful... prices seem too good because they are! They put the wrong size tires on my car to start. A day or so after I had tires put on at Tire Giant, I noticed my car was not riding normally, turned out they failed to put 3 out of the 5 lug nuts back on one of my tires. The 2 nuts that were on were so loose I could twist them off with my fingers. Could have been a major accident had I not realized in time. Would NEVER recommend going here. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I bought 4 new tires from them. My boyfriend (who's a mechanic) and I waited 2 hours before they even took my car in the garage to put the tires on. Then we waited another 30 minutes and that's when my bf walked in the garage to see what was taking so long. He caught the mechanic working on my tires trying to force a lug nut on a bolt that THEY had just stripped. Then the manager came by and my bf explained what had just happened and the manager tried to say it was because the person who had put the tires on last had put the bolt in crooked which was not the case at all. So eventually, after they realized they couldn't pull that crap with my bf, they told us to bring the car back Monday to fix it because they didn't have the parts. Which was very inconvenient because I had an appointment the next day to get my car inspected. Which, by the way, I wouldn't have passed (since that is a huge safety hazard) if my bf hadn't caught them in their lie. Come Monday I get a phone call around noon that the ONLY mechanic who can fix it called off, convenient right? So I was guaranteed that it would be fixed on Tuesday and when I came in I was told that the mechanic had clocked out already. We told them that was unacceptable so the manager put the owner on the phone. The owner was VERY unapologetic and rude about the situation and basically asked what it would take to make the situation go away. We had already gotten a quote for the job just in case (since they seem so shady) and they gave us the money. All we wanted was for them to fix their mistake, which is what we were guaranteed and they couldn't even do that. They were very shady about the entire situation and put me at risk and didn't even seem to care. I would definitely keep an eye on these workers if you take your car here. read more
