I came in March 10, 2021 & bought 4 new tires, Full Service, Full Alignment, windshield wipers, etc., on my Honda Accord Coupe EX-L for a total of $873.83. James was the Mgr. & took great care of me, even throwing in a small discount on something; I was there several hours but all in all, it was a good experience. I wasn't paying attention to the "extra" insurance they put on the invoice due to being tired & the warranty that came with my $140 each tires. Three weeks later, the tire dash sign came on & I thought the new tires just needed air or it was something simple. NOPE, James was not there & the Mgr. (who James says is his boss) came out & said I have a nail & they can't fix it. He showed me a pic & I looked...so, what...I need to buy another tire? This is not under warranty? The Mgr. on duty said, "you were asked to buy add'l insurance & you refused dear so...nothing I can do". I spent almost $900 in here 3 weeks ago & you're telling me that tire is now trash & I have to buy another one? Then the Mgr. said, "look honey, there's not a thing I can do; you're the one that didn't sign for the coverage". First, "I'm NOT your Honey"...2nd, no possible discount? 20%,10%, 5%, Nothing? Anything? He said, "Nope". Yes, I bought the tire...very mad but I bought the tire; had NO choice. I called to speak to James a few days later...the same Mgr. answered & said, "what do you want to speak to him for?" (he knew it was me). I told him it was none of his business. James was very polite & didn't know what to say except "he's my boss & nothing I can do". I WON'T BE BACK! He could of offered $5.00 off & I would have been appreciative. But this Mgr. was on a power trip & with that, you've lost another customer. With the response I got that day, it doesn't sound like it matters that you can afford to lose a $900 paying customer...so be it. read more

I don't usually post reviews but I have to comment on the customer service I received from Craig today at the Altamonte location. I had my tires rotated again and for the second time lost a hubcap after leaving. Called to ask if they found it, he said he would have a look around and call me back. He actually called back ( which in itself was unusual because I didn't think he would ). Hubcap not located but he was so nice and said if I took my receipt he would reimburse me. I have 2 extras so I'm not going to but it was a nice gesture. Customer service is 5 star. Thank You Craig!! read more

My first visit was pretty zippy, I was in and out in 30-40ish minutes. I booked an appointment for an oil change on a week day and paid for it online. My second visit was on a Sunday and it was a long wait-2 hours. I tried setting an appointment and paying for it online like last time but the option was not available. I called in and was told there's no appointments, just walk ins on weekends. Originally they charged me $39.99 for the select oil change-which includes the Premium Conventional Oil. I waited to talk to a different person about the deal online and he matched the $29.99 online price. The oil change also include free tire rotation. Its probably the best deal around-at least that I can find. Overall, service was good-the staff are pretty accommodating. read more

I like the guys that work here, everyone is friendly and the waiting area has water, coffee and a tv WITH remote control :) this part is awesome!!! Usually you're stuck watching news while you wait at other places but here you can decide whatever you want to watch and most of all control the volume. :) We've bought all of tires from them and do out rotation & balancing with them too. Great prices also, I am the kind of person the shops around for a good price, and so far, Tire Kingdom has the best prices with awesomely friendly service. read more

I highly recommend these guys here at Tire Kingdom. The sales person Rick was very upfront with me on the problems with my car. He was honest and cared about my needs and he listened to my concerns. He even showed me the parts on my vehicle that were damaged and explained in detail to me what they were. Before I came here, I had called around for quotes. This was my first visit to Tire Kingdom. I booked an appointment online but I didn't realize I had booked it for the same day. I went in today thinking my appointment was today and they still managed to get me in quickly. I went in for an alignment and they were able to get it back in alignment to about 95%. The camber was out on one wheel and that needs an extra part. The price quoted for the extra work was very reasonable and they offered to do it that same day if I had time to wait. Unfortunately I didn't have time but scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The staff at the store is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always updating you on the progress. The work they did was great and they explained everything that they did in detail. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. It was just a great all around experience. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends. read more

getting a letter in the mail about joining a class action law suit against tire kingdom reminded me of a incident here years ago. I can't recall what I was bringing the car in for. but tire rotation was one of them. little did they know, my back right tire had a mark of blue paint indicating where I had a nail in my tire. I removed the nail and stuck a patch in myself and I wanted to keep a eye on it. so after I pay I walk out to my car and assumed the back right should now be on the front left. not seeing the blue paint I walked around and looked at the front right. no blue paint. looked at the back right. oh there it is. exactly where I left it. I walked in got the manager, told him I wanted to show him something and pointed out the blue mark on my tire which had not moved... I got a sorry and a offer to do the job they were initially supposed to do. but I recall being in a rush, and had to leave. at the time I warned family and friends, and we have since always gone to sears. but now that there's yelp I can warn the local community.. we never get to see what goes on when they take out cars back. in this case I was lucky. but if they can't bother to swap 4 tires do you really think they're changing your oil? bring your car in at 3,000 miles for a oil change and you may be leaving with the same oil. 6,000 miles later you bring it back here and they do it again, your now going to be going at least 9,000 miles on the same nasty oil. assuming you do it every 3,000. is it worth it to put your vehicles engine through that? I see reviews here saying how great this place is because their fast. yeah. of course. I was impressed how fast they were too. and I see why. because they didnt bother doing the work. read more

Steer clear of this entire company!!!! They completely denied that the offer I found online was ever available and after a month of phone calls, no one at any level has any interest in helping!! Horrible customer service I called in the morning early to make an appointment for an oil change with Nathan He said no worries just come in but he has my name. I asked if 10-1030 okay he said no too busy then but there's space around 11:30-12 noon. So I said fine put me in for noon. I get there for my "appointment" that I thought I made with him was never made! Proceeded to tell me that I have over an hour wait time? I don't appreciate being lied to just to get me there waste gas and time to have to sit there. First time it has happened but I have to leave this review because I don't like liars or having my time wasted. He should have easily just told me we have a very long wait time right off the bat no appointments at this time and I would've made other arrangements. I am a frequent customer at this location, usually Brian is there I've never had a problem before. I hope this guy is not going to be here at this location because they will lose me as a customer for sure. read more

I had just gotten my brake work fixed 3 different times with my dad's mechanic who messed up yet again on my car (he had messed up on windowns and lights for my car previously). My brakes were soft and pretty non existent only when I pumped them would they work. I had just gotten a new master cylinder and brake booster on my car and had twice done new brakes and rooters. Yet my car still didnt want to stop unfortunately we don't have a tire kingdom in Savannah so while visiting my significant other in Altamonte springs fl I decided to go ahead and get it looked at sense I already had some car work done previously at tire kingdom and liked their work. (Yes this means I drove my car with no brakes all the way from Savannah GA to Altamonte Springs FL to get my car worked on by these guys). I called to see about prices first and explained the situation they gave me prices on worst and best case scenario. I brought it in and they were upfront to me about everything and prices. They were very friendly and easy going when it was all said and done some facets to my break lines were loose leaking air into my brake fluid. They bled all the air out, changed the brake fluid because it was contaminated, and tightened the facets right. (Sorry if misspelling btw not big on car lingo) My brake pedal feels wonderful my boyfriend and I had to go through the drive through with it to try them out :D nearly spilled all his food on him because I was so happy with the brakes I kept brake checking. These men are wonderful guys that know what they are doing and give you a really good price as well they are the only people I trust to touch my car! read more

I needed two new tires for my car and I decided to do some internet research to find the best price. I liked the prices I saw on the Tire Kingdom website and it was also very easy to navigate and very user friendly. I was a little skeptical when I showed up for my appointment, because as a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I have definitely been taken advantage of by a mechanic before. With that said, I have nothing bad to say about my experience today! Jorge was friendly and professional. My car was even ready before the time it was promised. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt comfortable paying what I did. I didn't feel like I was going to be hustled into buying something I don't need. I will definitely recommend this location. In a world where you can get many services at many different places, I am very pleased with their customer service.
