I Religiously have the oil changed, tires rotated (they are staggered so rotated side to side vs rotation) & light service including tire purchases. I was told by one person today tires can't be rotated, other person said they would . when paying I confirmed tires were rotated and reflected on receipt. My wheels are marked, so I checked when I got home. (I normally don't check) The tires were not rotated and I called to let them know And stated honesty in service is important to me and I would no longer take my car there. Didn't care. I now wonder if they ever rotated them , if the actual higher end oil I purchase/mfg filter is being used. Very disappointing read more

Not sure why the reviews of this place are so low. The staff were really nice and not at all pushy. The main lobby seats were cushy comfy. There was a second area that had a television, cold water dispenser, keurig-like coffee machine and restrooms. Wi-fi was free which was helpful with wee ones looking for connectivity on their handheld devices. Sure, did it take longer than estimated? I had my oil changed here today and when I returned to pick it up, this is what I was greeted by. Worse than that the manager Stephen Todd Murphy stated that times were tough and people shouldn't try to get money for a window that was hit by a stone or possibly shot at. He also proceeded to say that I might need to start a go fund me page if I can't afford a window repair. Never have I ever been treated like this. Mornings are crazy as it is... dropping multiple kids off and trying to get to work. After dropping my son off at school, another mom pointed out a giant screw in my tire. My tire was almost flat! ...probably wasn't going to make it the rest of my morning route. The staff at this location got me in right away, and my tire was repaired for free thanks to the road hazard warranty on our tires. My morning routine may have been thrown off by an hour, but I was able to sit in their comfy and clean lobby space and utilize the free WiFi to get some much needed work done. Went in for a warranty repair on a tire, was told that my front tires where the repair was needed were less then 4/32nds so they were not able to patch the tire "per their company police" but they were more then glad to quote me a price for a new full set of tires for almost $1000!!! Was also told that my rear tires were below the ware indicator and very dangerous. What they didn't know is that I am a retired certified mechanic, I went home and checked the tread depth on the front tires and all were at or above the "required depth for a patch" 4/32nds. Also checked the rear that "were at the wear replacement indicator" and they were both at 5/32nds. I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TIRE KINGDOM ON 52 ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! read more

Very Bad Experience. I took my car to this Tire Kingdom about 4 weeks ago with an issue regarding exhaust smoke since they also have a repair shop here and we had a credit card with them so we figured "why not". The first time we took it in they took about 1-2 weeks and gave it back, charged us $1,000 and a full list of "new parts" that they put in the car that would "fix" the problem. Not only did it not fix the vehicle, it was worse than it went in....they scuffed the paint on the outside and broke the MAF sensor by leaning on it I'm assuming. They fixed the MAF and gave it back. It still smoked like before with no difference but we were down $1,000. We took it back there because they said "we wont charge you due to the inconvenience we caused you". This Tire Kingdom had my car for another 2 weeks pushing back the date they said we could have it back probably 5 times with a new complication every time with either "we ordered the wrong part" or "we're still putting it back together". At the end of the 4 weeks without a car which we had to get a rental because we had no car that costed us $500. They gave it back and basically said "we have no clue what's wrong with it" and it still smokes. NEVER coming back to this place again even for a flat tire. read more

First they charge my credit card before any work done to my girlfriends car. Girlfriend decides too expensive so now I have to take my credit card back. But not open Saturday like they are supposed to be and closed when get there Monday even though supposed to be open until 5 so have to leave work early again another day read more

There was a bit of a wait when I went in the first time because there was only one associate and one mechanic. I decided to make an appointment that day for the following day. I needed an alignment and tire rotation. The day of my appointment, it was 8am and everything went smoothly. They took my car fairly quick. It took them about an hour to align it and rotate the tires. I paid about $89 for the whole thing. It was $75 for the alignment. The tire rotation was free. I think it's because I got my tires with (another) Tire Kingdom, but then again I am not sure. Either way, It's better to make an appointment instead of trying to walk-in like I originally did. They worked fairly fast and they're friendly. I suggest if you don't feel like waiting the whole time in there, you can always go to the McDonalds or Taco Bell within walking distance. read more

They damaged the new window tint I was very understanding when the employee told me and wrote on the receipt they would replace it. 10 days later I called to see why I have not been contacted and the manager Allen Gray was very rude and condescending and refuses to repair the damage he has done to the car. read more

If you know nothing about cars....please don't just take the word of these guys. I, fortunately, know a lot about cars so they didn't get over on me but as I sat there waiting for a small nail patch....the things these guys are talking people into are beyond ridiculous. One lady was told she needed two control arms and three motor mounts because her tire had delaminated. I was sitting there for 20 minutes and they quoted women thousands in repairs. Tried to tell me all four tires were shot, but they are well above the wear bars and wearing evenly....most certainly not shot. I told my wife to avoid this place and I won't be back either. Took over 2 1/2 hours for the guys to add air and check for a leak in my tires. Took him several minutes just to get out of my car after he pulled out out of the garage. Manager was nice but slow workers. read more

Brought my truck in to have a new Clutch Throw-out bearing installed, and the clutch pedal fixed. Was refused a written estimate and given a verbal estimate and was later called to inform me that the clutch itself was damaged. I was told that the bearing retainer ring had bent the clutch pressure plate. Total cost of repair went from 580-1500. When I picked up the truck, I noticed they had broken the stick shift boot. After I left, I made it half way home to discover the clutch pedal had not been fixed. The plunger came out of the clutch master cylinder leaving me in gear and nearly causing an accident. I went back to the store the next day to complain, and asked to see the original clutch. Upon seeing the clutch, there was no damage to the clutch as was said, the retaining ring had merely fallen between the pressure plate and the clutch release fingers. I pulled the ring out and the fingers snapped right back into place, there was no damage. I had to fix the clutch pedal myself, and they have refused to make it right. read more

Brought in my car because there was a noise coming from one of the tires. It was noted that the mechanic was suppose to check out the noise. After 45 minutes, the sales manager said that there was feathering in the tires and suggested 4 new tires and a wheel alignment, costing over $500. I agreed and after the repairs were complete the mechanic said there was a noise. The sales manager asked the mechanic if he new what the noise was and he said he thought it was the wheel hub. The manager was red faced as he was just caught in a complete lie! I would not trust these people as far as I could throw them (and I wish I had thrown one of them that day). BEWARE, they will rip you off any chance they get! read more

I had a flat tire a few miles down the road and could not get the locking lug nut off the rim. The manager of this store drove down to my location and got the lock off and changed my tired. I tried to give him a little money for his time and he refused. When I insisted, he told the lady at the store to pay it forward to the next customer. Very good people here! Great customer service! Very shady. They use scare tactics and have multiple hidden fees. They also have a $35 shop fee they don't tell you about!!!! There Eason for charging this is "because the state of Florida allows them to". Go anywhere else but here to get better prices and customer service. read more

I recently stopped in to plug a hole in my tire. The service was timely and the manager that I spoke to was friendly. Upon arriving home, I noticed that my in-trunk tool bag was missing. I called and spoke to a manager who put me on hold while they searched for it. When the manager returned to the phone, he was flustered and told me that they did not have my tool bag. I suggested that perhaps someone removed it accidentally and forgot to put it back in, I then asked if I could come down and search for it myself. This request was denied and he begrudgingly gave me the corporate phone number to file a complaint. I am currently waiting on hearing back from the corporate office. I understand fully that a customer is not allowed in the maintenance area for insurance purposes, I also understand that accidents happen. However the manager's total denial to offer assistance beyond simply poking around for my tools, as well as his attitude towards providing me with the corporate phone number has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be bringing my business to this location again. read more

They're okay if you need quick service, such as a tire patch or mounting and balancing. Honestly, I've had more go wrong with my vehicle in their hands than I've had go right. The first time I went in for an alignment, I got called in by a staff member to tell me that my car broke down and that the steering wheel had come apart from the steering box. Days later, I discovered they had broke my clock spring from spinning the steering wheel too much when that happened. They fixed it all at no cost to me, so I'm not hating on that, but it was an inconvenience. Next up, I get a brake job done. $500... pricey! All the brakes did was make squeaking noises constantly, so I brought it back, the manager was not very nice about it and upgraded the brakes to ceramic (which is what I wanted in the first place) at no cost. Later on, I found that my brake calipers were over-tightened to my knuckle and it stripped out my knuckle. Must have been the over-use of air tools. I just went back to get new tires mounted and balanced. I haven't had any problems with the new tires. This place is great for tires, but other work may be better done elsewhere, such as Suncoast Automotive. read more

Had an appointment for an oil change, they didn't touch my car for over an hour, took over two hours all together JUST for the oil change.. Then the man tells me I need $500 worth of work on my car and was extremely rude and pushy about getting it done right then and there and acted as if I was stupid not to. Thank god I didn't because every other place was willing to do EVERYTHING he recommended for $200, got it all done the next morning within 2 hours. COMPLETE rip off and terrible customer service. Last year on my birthday my child and I were stuck in a puddle because of the flooding a huge puddle that went over the hood of my truck. I caught a tow truck passing by which then towed me to the nearest shop which happened to be the tire kingdom on SR 52 in Hudson . There I met the most wonderful man Alan Mario Gray whom drained my oil not once but twice and replaced my filter too. I for sure thought my engine was gone and he fixed that for me. My child & I were soaking wet from head to toe I cried the entire time thinking I was not going to leave out of there with my vehicle and my birthday was ruined.... As I was ready to leave the manager competed my services because he wasn't sure if changing the oil was going to fix the problem or if it was going tobe a waste so he wished me a happy birthday and sent me on my way it has been close to one year after this incident and my vehicle still is running pretty awesome this place is great and all about customer service #HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more
