This is my fourth visit with the same issue in less than 6 week. Slow leak rear tire, last time I waiting 2 hours for the inspection and outcome. Drive home , still slow leak! This fourth time I instructed then exactly on how I wanted the tire inspected. Remove from rim , visual internal inspection, clean rim bead area replace Tire Pressure Monitor Gasket, refit tire and balance. The Sales guys went out and explained to the fitter my request twice (once at my request) because he wasn't following instructions. One hour later I went out and explained what needed to be done. After watching the fitter wander around and wasting as much time as possible he has finally started to complete the request . Ordinarily I wouldn't comment on something I had little experience with however, after 10 years in the Tire and rubber industry 7 of which was spent as a retail store Manager this has got to be the worst display of customer service I have had the displeasure of being a part of! I made an appointment for 1PM on a Tuesday. I arrived on time and wasn't taken until 1:25. I had a very slow leak.There was a 1/2" screw In the tire tread, about an inch from the sidewall. I was told that it was unlawful to patch as it was too close to the sidewall. Considering that the tip of the screw barely penetrated the tire , I felt this was a poor diagnosis. I ended up buying a $5 plug kit at Pep Boys and the tire has been fine since. I will bring the tire to STS when I go home and get their opinion on patching it as the preferred method. read more

One star Bc they try to run you for your money, told me I needed breaks and roders "like yesterday" and that there's less than 1mm left of pads and if I don't get breaks from them I should "minimally drive my car" they wanted an extra 700$, took my car in to a family friend garage to get my breaks checked and they're completely fine... read more

Anytime you get a nail in your tire your day gets worse, until I got ahold of Zach. He took the time to check to make sure the correct size tires I needed were at his location prior to arriving and when I did get there he got me in and out quickly. Rare does one come across a business that is as stellar as this one. I was fortunate today! With an almost new car and a screw in my front right tire, I was in a pinch to make an appt 1.5 miles away. I was warmly greeted and instantly escorted to my car. Nate rode with me deposited me at my appt and handled it from there. What a pleasant and helpful young man. After my appt I called and they promptly returned to pick me up in TK vehicle. When I went in settle up I was shocked to learn there was NO Charge!!! I had my card out ready to pay. What a tremendous blessing. Brian the store manager was so reassuring when I called earlier that morning to see if someone could help me get to my appt. there was no hesitation. Now they may not be able to do that every time (I was prepared to Uber) but it was the idea that they were able and allowed to help. This entire experience I found Nat and Brian to go above and beyond what they had to do! This Tire Kingdom is the best service I have received from any kind of business in a very long time! I needed to buy 4 new tires. The front counter guy was very helpful in finding the tires that fit my budget. When I went a couple days later for the installation, there was a price discrepancy, but they were able to help me get the price I agreed to a couple days earlier. After 6, they are short staffed so it took a little longer to checkout, but overall I'm pleased and will be going back. read more

Thanks especially to Brian at store 970 for lending a hand when this issue had nothing to do with him or his store. Original story.... This is for Tire Kingdom corporate -- listen up. Earning a living today is hard enough without some company causing you to spend more of your hard earned dollars. For years I'd been a loyal Tire Kingdom customer - spent a lot of money on tires, oil, and services. Recently I needed a tire repair on one of my cars so I tried to make the appointment at my local Tire Kingdom shop only to find they were closed down. The tire had a nail in the sidewall and was losing air fast. I pumped up the tire so I could get to a local reputable store - not Tire Kingdom - hoping I could get the flat fixed. Well, I discovered, you can't fix a sidewall puncture. I was now stuck and it was about time for tires and who replaces ONE tire? So I told the mechanic to proceed, bust off the lug nuts and replace my 4 tires. He comes back and says 3 of the lug nuts are cross-threaded and it happens to be on the tire (from Tire Kingdom) that can't be repaired. So that means, break the lug nuts and replace them for $250.00! No choice. Couldn't drive to Tire Kingdom to have them fix their problem with the lug nuts so out of pocket I go with a hope that Tire Kingdom with refund me since they were the ones that screwed up my car. It's been over a month now and I have contacted Tire Kingdom about 6 times. At first they said they would take care of me and just send them the invoice. I did, and nothing. So I emailed again. Nothing. So I emailed again. Nothing. Looks like a call in is place but who has the time? Tire Kingdom said they would help me but now that I have followed up, I am a ghost. Got my regular tire maintenance done back in January and needed a brake fluid exchange. So I got that done, now 3 months later they're telling me I need another one!!! Got 2 second opinions and both said it looked fine!!! Do not trust Tire kingdom. Get your tires done and that's about it!! read more

Very expensive, and customer service is lacking. I had a squeak under my engine and I had to take it in 3 times to finally get resolved. The second appointment I had to pay for a belt that supposedly fixed the problem, but unfortunately did not. Do not recommend! read more

Total disappointment at Tire Kingdom Juno Beach, FL (13841 US-1, Juno Beach, FL 33408). I had an oil change and tire rotation on my truck and I noticed that in the process of the rotation of the tires 3 of my wheel rims ended up with a gauge in each rim. The manager told me to contact the corporate about the issue. He did not care about it. Very unprofessional. I did contact Tire Kingdon Corporate, but no one help with the issue. read more

I'm stuck going there for the 3 yr maintenance plan that I purchased with a full set of tires a few months ago however, I will definitely go back to Tires Plus for all future oil changes, etc. read more

Best service, best mechanics I've ever met. I have an older Jeep Rubicon and has needed a lot of work over the past 4 years. Brian and Richard have been wonderful, saving me money on repairs as much as possible while doing stellar work. I wouldn't trust anyone other than those two on my baby.
