Hands down the worst experience I have had at a Tire Kingdom in the many years I have been a customer. The store and service manager were rude, uncaring and very unprofessional. Had it not been for the great service I had at the Greenacres Tire Kingdom where I went after I left the Lantana location, I would never have given Tire Kingdom my business again. Bottom line, skip going to Tire Kingdom Lantana and go to Tire Kingdom Greenacres for great service instead. read more

Keith was the man! Helped my wife figure out what the right tires were and walked her through the whole thing. The whole team was welcoming when we got there and even entertained my young son. The work was good and done quickly. Would definitely recommend. read more

This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered!! I went in to change all 4 of my tires. Upon entering the establishment I was not greeted nor acknowledged for about 10 minutes and when I finally was approached, I was treated like I was impeding on their day. They seemed annoyed and irritated with my presence. I was told it would be a couple hours so I decided to leave the car. They told me they would call. Several hours passed and I had not heard from them. I called to check the status of my car and they had already been done and didn't even bother to let me know. I picked up my car and I was once again treated like garbage. The next day I drove my car on the highway and noticed it jerked when I drove high speeds. I called to let them know and I was told to bring the car in. I went in to drop it off and ONCE AGAIN treated like garbage. They questioned me on the "jerking" of the vehicle. I told them the alignment was off and they looked at me like I didn't know what i was talking about. I left my vehicle and returned later and once again their aggravation and rudeness shown thru their actions. My vehicle alignment was in fact off but they just handed me my keys and said "you're good" I asked them "was it the alignment" they said "yeah". That's it! No sorry for the inconvenience! No thank you for your business! No have a good day! This place is the worst!!!! I'm so infuriated at this place. They will never ever have my business! I spent almost 1k on tires and I regret not going to BJ's bc I didnt want to wait a few days. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews beforehand. Buyer beware!!!! Make sure you read everything before they do the work. They say one thing and on paper do everything opposite of your conversation. Very bad business. I thought per my conversation I was getting everything we talked about for one amount and in the end it was not. I signed for one amont but paid about $70.00 more in the end! They are rip offs. I called ahead & asked for the price of an AC compressor for my car. I was told it could be just in need of freon so I should pay for the diagnostic. An hour later, I was told the air would be could when I left, I'd have to drive it see if it held, & if not, come back for a repair & diagnostic charge would be deducted. An hour later, I was told it was 'probably ' the compressor, & given an estimate of over $1000. I should've refused to pay for the diagnostic & left, but I paid & am kicking myself. At least I have the price for the compressor I asked for in the first place.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Go to a small local shop. My regular guy is on vacation & I should've waited. read more

I wish I could leave no stars!!! I am LIVID RIGHT NOW!!!!! To know that I brung my BRAND NEW 2018 JEEP CHEROKEE here for the first time at the end of October for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not perform the service correctly!! My truck started to cut off on me in the middle of traffic for the past week and I had no idea why so I took it to tires plus where I normally go and was informed that my truck had ZERO OIL in it and that I could've blown my engine!! Mind you I was at tire kingdom for TWO HOURS waiting on a service and all of the guys there were to busy trying to hit on me that they didn't even perform the service correctly I then proceeded to call them this evening and was informed that a service manager wouldn't be in until 7am tomorrow!!! TIRES PLUS DID NOT WANT TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE BECAUSE OF WHAT TIRE KINGDOM LACKED TO DO!! I then had to go buy 2 quarts of oil until tomorrow until TORE KINGDOM is able to fix this issue!!! you keep giving a business a chance after getting my oil change the next day i decided to check it and the oil cap was missing and the washer fluid rerservoir was open i had oil all over the hood cover but i went back yesterday again for an oil change and a flat tire right off tyhe bat the service person said they could not repair it since the puncture was on the side i told him the entry was on the side but the puncture was on the thread he told me i needed a new tire and it was available in delray beach i went across the street to tire plus and they repaired my tire and got my oil change for $8.00 less i guest you have to shop around and customer loyalty is only good as the money they can get out of you read more

Let me start by saying I was reluctant to visit another Tire Kingdom after the negative experience I had only 4 months ago at the Tire Kingdom located at 3030 S. Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. I had the same problem back then that I came in with today. My car was shaking badly when I drive over 50mph. At the Boynton location, I waited 2 hours to get an estimate while other customers came in, had work done, and left. After the 2-hour wait, I was presented with a $2000 estimate, including new bushings I supposedly needed urgently. My boyfriend was with me and the customer service associate did not acknowledge my existence, made absolutely no eye contact with me, just spoke to my boyfriend about my car the entire time. He even presented my boyfriend with the estimate and explained it to him while I just stood there. I had made it clear from the start that this was MY car and I was the one responsible for the bill. The money was coming from ME, not my boyfriend! So disrespectful and chauvinistic was this associate. I left there so pissed, vowing to never return to another Tire Kingdom again! Well my problem with my car continued to persist obviously, and I went to D&D Auto to get a second opinion. They told me it was my two rear tires that needed to be replaced because they were separated, this is what was causing the shaking in my car, NOT the bushings! They sent me to the Tire Kingdom in Lantana located at 1201 Hypoluxo Rd, Lantana, FL 33462. Immediately upon my arrival, (with my boyfriend accompanying me again), I was greeted outside by Audrey Puckett, she walked right up to me, looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and welcomed me. (Wow! I do exist!) She knew exactly what needed to be done. She took her time with me, cheerfully answered all my questions and explained how and why I needed to replace the 2 rear tires and why an alignment was so important to have every 6 months. (I had no idea!) She also had my battery tested and my brakes checked. We discovered that I needed brake pads badly, but I didn't have the money to do it that day. She suggested I apply for a Tire Kingdom credit card. I applied and was denied, but the point is, she was doing everything in her power to help me out. She had the estimate for the brake pads printed up for me so when I do have the money, I can come back and they will honor that price, (that price was surprisingly reasonable too) The entire time I was there, Audrey made me feel like I mattered and that my business was appreciated. I'm actually looking forward to coming back to Tire Kingdom now. She made sure she gave me her card when I left and thanked me. I am so impressed with her professionalism, her willingness to take the time and educate others, and the respect with which she shows her customers! Audrey is a diamond in the rough and Tire Kingdom is lucky to have her and should show their appreciation by giving her a raise. I sincerely hope they do. read more
