I purchase 2 tire plus 4 wheel alignment. I was told on the store that the alignment will be more expensive cause it was a truck. I ask the manager an he said it was a complete 4 wheel alignment. When the service was done I ask for the print out of the result for the 4 wheel alignment. The manager said the printer was broken so I ask for proof that it was done properly so he took me inside the shop so I can take a picture of the result in the computer. I found out the Alignment was Not Done. The alignment takes 3 types of Alignment Toe,Camber and Caster. He only fixes the ( Toe ) So I ask him why if you said it was a full alignment. He said they don't touch the oder alignment. They are selling falls information to the Public on the service that they are rendoring to the customer. I called Tire Kingdom Headquarters to file a complaint and the manager called me back that he would it for free. I can imagine how many people are getting scam by their fall service. Very expensive ,The service price was the almost the same as the Manufacture Dealer. Never take your vehicle to this place for alignment or any other service. The worst tire company ever witnessed. I ordered pirelli tires on Tuesday 2/7 and was told the tires would be available that same day for pickup but I had to pay for the tires. I paid for the tires and was told by the staff they would call me for pickup. Tuesday NO CALL Wednesday NO CALL Thursday I pulled up to pick up my tires and ask why no one contacted me. REGINALD TOLBERT rudely said whoever told you that was lying you ordered the tires and we had to wait until they became available. Me: no sir I was advised you had them at another store and they would be brought over that same day. REGINALD: I don't care what you were told like I said you had to wait but you can come inside and pick them up now Me: Walks in to pick up tires already purchased. With RECIEPT REGINALD: it's gonna be $677 Me: sir I have my reciept this was already paid for REGINALD: oh well it was written up wrong and they didn't close it out Me: Excuse me why are you speaking to me in that rude tone and aggressive manner I would like for someone else to assist me. REGINALD: like I said the order was written wrong he proceeds to ask associate what he did and the associate explained it was paid for and the work order is there There was so much tension you could cut it. He kept going back and fourth. He smelled of smoke and was really rude. I decided not to let it go left so I just stayed calm and began to record just in case things got crazy. He took my ID and walked away for 2-3 mins he returned without a copy so I asked him what he did with my ID. he said he made a copy I said sir if you made a copy can I see it I don't feel safe with you having my information. He said I don't have to show you anything. The next associate brought out the tires and we left. I feel so uncomfortable knowing this person has my information. He's able to do anything with. I am a lady of convenience, so whenever I can book an appointment; that's what I will do. I scheduled to have my tires changed on my 2016 Honda. It wasn't too busy when I arrived. I was helped immediately and was quoted 1.5 hours for my service to be completed. I decided to wait. There is a waiting area and restrooms available. My service was completed and I was out in about an hour (yessss). I deducted a star because I had to return because my tire sensor light had illuminated. Listennn, it wasn't on when I arrived and it didn't come on until about an hour later. Luckily, I wasn't far..(insert side eye). I returned and the issue was fixed immediately. This location used to be my GO TO location after they closed the 441 location. The manager on duty was Gabby/Abby (w/e) was terrible. I should've left after being quoted a different price the night before by a different associate. It's the day before TG, I need the tires and I "against my better judgement" still proceeded to sign the for them to put the tires on my car. This lady was only nice to the Spanish ppl walking in and tried in no WAY to make any accommodations for me. i was able to get in contact with another tire company who had the same promotion, with much cheaper tires. Asked the store person in charge if she can cancel the order that had not been placed... She refused and hurried to place the order online. i tried to remain nice about but how can you when you see someone adamantly trying to work against you. All in all, something that could've been handled much differently WASNT. So I'm VERY displeased by not being accommodated. i see that ppl forget that we are humans who can all try to work to help one another. UPDATE: After the service was completed, the worker let me sit for an additional 10 minutes while she typed an excerpt of lies on my receipt and I guess into my account. Not one time did she tell me to give her a minute, while she finished something on my account. I didn't notice that she put this there until I got to my car. it was filled with lies, maybe she is hoping that it paints me as being a bad person/customer. She continued to exhibit horrible customer service by placing my key on the counter when she knows I gave it to her upon initial contact. once i brought it to her attention she lied by saying she wasnt done printing my paperwork, however it was Place directly in front of me (I believe in customer service). However, by this time she tried beating me mad about being displeased with her efforts to truly assist me, knowing that I no longer wished to patronize this business. I noticed that my tire pressure light was on and went back in to ask if someone can remove it. She told me that it will go off, while i explained that this is something thats normally cleared before returning to the customer. She went to the back to ask the tech, who told her that I had a broken tire pressure sensor. I asked why wasn't I notified of that prior to leaving. She said She didn't because I've already complained About getting horrible service by calling corporate. she was being rude while she also communicated with whomever was on her personal phone via the bluetooth that was concealed by her hair. At this time she allowed me to beat her For her cool and became rude and disrespectful and failing to execute job duties. Imagine paying $830 to be treated like crap And expressing that you no longer had the desire to patronize their business. She rushed to complete the job when she knew she couldve canceled it. From the beginning the guys were so nice and so attentive. They made great deals with us and gave us the greatest service in every way . Tires feel perfect too. I want to especially give thanks to Mike who was at front desk and really went out of his way to accommodate us before the service and was such a sweetheart. Theo the Bahamian guy was also very nice and even provided us with coffee and nice conversation. Another Theo a mechanic and a guy named Jonathan were also very nice. I went just for a punch and it took me 4 hours because they started looking for defects in the car to charge me more even though I told them I didn't have time that I could come back another day, I just needed the punch. what made me feel uncomfortable the most was that the person who attended me had a conversation with one of the clients saying that since he is black if he makes a mistake they would throw him out, he also said arrogant conversations and insults to white people, definitely a place that I will never return or recommend to anyone read more

I went to service my car for a broken axle. They had for my car for about 3 weeks and the communication was terrible. In the beginning it was fine they kept us up to date on everything. But when it came down to the last rim everytime I checked in on the car the comment I received was "the rim will be here by tomorrow" and I received that reply for about 3-4 days. I understand parts may take a while to come in but please don't tell me something will be here and then when it doesn't come in I still have to wait alll day to hear that the rim never came in and I have to wait the next day and the next day & so on. I felt like I was harassing the staff at the amount of times I called, I'd prefer they tell me "the rim will take a couple days" as opposed to hearing tomorrow. I was suppose to also receive an alignment but my car is still pulling to the right atleast the axle is fixed but I refuse to take my car back for another alignment because on top of all this they left a scratch and some marks on my car. The marks are minor however I refuse to take my car back to the Tire kingdom in Miami Gardens because I don't want a surprise scratch and I just don't believe they will take care of my car and communication is horrible. read more

I'll start by saying ALWAYS check your car once you've supposedly had work done, if something doesn't look or feel right, chances are it is soooo not right. Specifically though, DO NOT get your wheels ALIGNED here unless you are absolutely sure it needs an alignment and nothing else. They WILL move your tires around uselessly, take your money, and call it a job well done...but don't worry, the manager will happily refund your money for his employees incompetent work the next day when you now have to leave work early to catch him before he leaves the store. This is what you might expect from the lesser-known but affordable mechanics in hialeah, NOT a "reputable" business that charges the same as real reputable businesses such as Firestone or Sears Auto or any other large companies. I know I'm being harsh but I went to a mechanic in hialeah who was only able to align my front 2 tires, he admitted this and I was grateful. I go to Tire Kingdom to get the rear wheels aligned, they only do 4-wheel alignments so I pay the price only to come back to my car to see that the back wheels hadn't been aligned and I'd paid and been waiting for him to align the front wheels....which were already aligned in Hialeah. The mechanic decides to be honest and tells me he couldn't align them because I need to replace the entire axle...tire kingdom replaces axles...why wouldn't you just tell me about the axle and honestly make $600 off of me instead of robbing me of $90?
