In all my life I have never once left a review nor good or bad but this experience was so underrated that I have to let others know not to come here. This location should just be closed- it's incredibly run down aside from the fact I have now being waiting 4 hours for new tires and car is still being "worked". Upon getting here there was just one other car in the parking lot and I figured since I called in advanced for an appointment that I should follow thru. The front desk woman said my appointment stated that my appointment time was wrong. The guy over the phone gave me a different time. Regardless after discussing with a rep the tire choices I still went ahead with the service with them. I asked how long it would be for the work to be complete and was told an hour and half . I asked especially because I am with my 2 year old toddler. Everyone here has been nice however I just feel that the overall feel is that this place is operating at its lowest level possible. Horrible service, took 4 hours to change my tires. I was the only customer in the office. I was told an hour and a half.

I went in to have a tire repaired the service guy told me I had two holes in my tire . One I knew about he said he could repair. The second hole he said was a nail and could not be repaired and I needed a new tire . I looked the second hole where he said it was a nail. It turned out to be a rock which I removed very easily. These guys are con artists. read more

Discovered a screw embedded in a tire. When I called, they said to stop by so their staff could see about patching, or replacing if necessary. Dropped in later that day, tire patched in a reasonable amount of time. While waiting, they patiently dealt with someone I'd call a "difficult" customer. Positive experience for me! read more

Went to this location because the one I usually go to was having computer issues. Needed to get an alignment and tire rotation. They told me that they would have to look at the car first to make sure that is what was needed. 20 minutes later they tell me that the front tie rods are broken and rubbing on the inside of the tires and so I need both tie rods and two new tires. I told them I would have to come back at another time and couldn't do it today. I was told that my tires are ready to blow and it is dangerous for me to leave the lot with the car. Hmmm. I call a mechanic friend on my way home and he comes to my house to check the car for me. Not only are the tie rods NOT broken, they are perfectly tight and not even loose. He recommends a place for me to take the car for alignment and I proceed to go there. They checked the tie rods and the tires. NO ISSUES. So I drive back to my regular Tire Kingdom location to let them know the story and this nice gentleman goes out and checks the tie rods for me just to ease my mind. Tie rods are fine. Imagine that. Steer clear of the Tire Kingdom at 4772 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34103 at all costs, especially if you are an older woman going in by yourself! They will try to frighten you into work you don't need done at almost $1000. Funny thing, while I was there waiting someone else came in to see the manager about work done the previous day that they found out was NOT necessary. read more

Went there for new tire and they forgot to put a lug nut back on. Went again since car shaking and thought maybe tire. They didn't even check my tires, charged me for Tie Rods instead. Brought to dealer since that didn't fix the problem and come to find out I had bubble in tire. They replaced and all good now. Guess I won't be going back to Tire Kingdom. read more

I went to the Tire Kingdom at 4772 N. Tamiami Trail in Naples, FL and talked to Tony, the manager. I showed him the specs for the Pirelli tiers I needed for my Jaguar. He said he didn't carry them. I found them on Amazon. I called Tony and asked if he could put them on if I had Amazon send the tires directly to him. He said, "Sure, why not." My original review of this Tire Kingdom location was all positive.. Gerard made me feel comfortable and trust what he said. I purchased 2 full sets of tires 1 each for 2 vehicles. I have had oil changes and some mechanical work done, all with no issues He made my interactions with my cars pleasant and seamless. I have since found that my original few contacts with Gerard are now replaced with a 'not so helpful' Laurie. I will continue using Tire Kingdom, just not this location. The multiple times I have been here have since her arrival have been awkward and forced.... sending multiple customers back out to the parking lot (myself included) to retrieve their license plate number. She is not knowledgeable and does not instill confidence.... not at all inviting. read more

Went here because my rental car had a flat tire and I needed it fixed very quickly. They fixed it incredibly quick and were very helpful and responsive. Got me out of a big jam when I flat tire could have wrecked my day. Folks inside were incredibly courteous and nice. Please check your bill. They always add a charge for shop supplies that amounts to about 3%. This is a nonsense, add-on fee, and in no way represents the actual cost of minor supplies that are used. I recently gave this location a test run. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. In my experience, I found the level of customer service to be below average. During the service, a lug nut and stud was found to be stripped. I'm not exactly sure who did it so I'm not going to say it was them, but the way it was handled could have been better. In all, the prices are reasonable compared to others in the area. As for the general appearance of this location. The building itself is old and shows it. The lobby/waiting area is as you would expect from an auto repair shop. Basic and nothing really special. Overall my experience was underwhelming to the point that I won't be going back. read more

As a women going into a mechanic shop is not easy at all. With that being said I always call ahead and get prices of what I would need done and check with a reliable person to make sure they're not jacking up the prices. Yesterday I called ahead because I needed a balancing & rotation, and an alignment I was told the prices asked the guy on the phone what my total would be and he said $98. I let him know that I'll be bringing in my truck in 30mins. As said I arrive there at 10:30am I was told in advance that they only had one mechanic so it would take a while which I had no problem with as I would be near by running errands. Again the young man tells me the same total and I leave. I get a call saying my car is ready and I head back to only find out that they did a balancing & rotation & an oil change that I NEVER asked for! The same guy that answered the phone and checked me in once i got in was telling me this!?!? I told him I never asked for an oil change as I recently had one done at jiffy lube ( for half the price of what they wanted to charge me here btw ), he informs me he'll get his manager. This man walks in telling me I HAVE to pay for an oil change I NEVER EVER asked for and would have to wait another hour for my alignment since they did not do it. I said that was absolutely insane and I'm not paying for something I never asked to be done to my car & that I should receive some discount on my alignment for having to wait yet another hour due to THIER mistake! The MANAGER proceeds to tell me "Well ma'am it's already done so you have to" . To cut a long story short he did not charge me for the oil change I never asked for and had to continue waiting till the one mechanic finished the other car after me so they could get back to my car... ( why have a manager at a mechanic shop that doesn't know how to work on cars? ) I did not want to do a review but I seen it as an obligation as a women, it's already hard enough and with much anxiety for a single women to walk into a mechanic and then they wants to charge you for work you never asked for and give you attitude even though it was them who messed up? I will NEVER be going to this place again and I hope they did not mess with my car... time will tell. read more

It was New Year's Day, and I had a flat and put the spare on and had the flat tire in the bed of my truck. I went to THREE other tire service centers and ALL three turned me away with half-baked excuses (all the staff called in sick, booked today (as the shop was empty and the manager looked like he was going to pass out), and "can you leave the flat with us until Tuesday". Amazing. My last try, and the farthest from where I live was Tire Kingdom in Naples (4772 Tamiami Trail N). I was a customer for years when I lived in Olde Naples. The Manager on duty was Vitally Aparshev. Vitally helped me from the minute I walked in. He was working in the shop and managing the showroom. He put his team to work and had me out of there within 25 minutes. What a SMOOTH operation. I watched Vitally with other customers and must say he should be running the entire operation if he isn't already. This is customer service. When I OR a friend needs new tires, this is where we will come. Not the Tire Kingdom where everyone called in sick. Not the Goodyear where the Service "Manager" on duty looked like he was going to pass out. But here, Tire Kingdom at 4772 Tamiami Trail N. Thanks Vitally and team. BAIT-AND-SWITCH! I had a blow out and needed ONE new tire. I looked online, plugged in the price for one tire and found two tires which I was interested in - one included installation the other did not. I called to get "final out the door," pricing of each. I was very careful to mention several times that I only needed one and was pricing from their website. The person I spoke with gave me "final out the door" prices of each. Once I made my decision and scheduled a time to come in for service, he multiplied the price by FOUR. I then reminded him that I only needed one, that I had told him that and that his website price was for one. He denied it and refused to honor the price. Loser behind the counter acted like he did not understand me when I asked him if he could mount two brand new tires on two brand new wheels. These are special wheels and tires for a classic car that Tire Kingdom does not sell but I have literally been a Tire Kingdom customer for over 20 years and have brought in multiple wheel tire combinations and have always been taken care of. Now mind you, there was not but one person in the waiting area and there was not one car in the parking lot or in the shop. The kid looked at me and said they have never done that (mount tires on wheels ha!) and when I explained to him that I have never been turned down (for this service) at this store before - I've probably had 20 tires mounted on wheels at this store (close to me house) and I've probably bought $5000 worth of tires/services from this store over the years. There was a particular salesman that I have always dealt with and when I asked for him, the kid said he has been gone for over six months and that he didn't care what anyone "used" to do. I asked for a manager and was told that they did not have one. I walked out the door and towards the garage to see if the guy I usually worked with was around and there was one worker. I simply asked the worker if he had seen the guy that used to work there. The guy behind the counter ran out the front door after me and told me to leave immediately or he would call the cops. I called him an a**hole and he then told me to get in my pretty little F-150 and get off the property. This has bothered me enough that I feel compelled to sit here and complain. I am 55 years old and have run my own business since I was 25. Never once have I EVER turned down business and never once have I been treated with such disdain by an employee of a company that I have faithfully used for all my tire needs for a very long time. I literally drove one block to an adjacent tire store and asked the salesman if he could mount the tires on the wheels and he wrote me up right then and there - even helped me get the wheels and tires out of the truck! took over 6 hours to get my oil changed. They would not fix a flat tire because they said my tires were dry rotted and believe me my tires were not! I feel straight up robbed after coming here. My two back tires were flat, so I put on the spares, and brought it to the Tire Kingdom. Then, charged me $244 for two tires, balancing, and to put them on. Fine, even though I only paid $150 at Walmart Tire. So, they were put on, and a alignment check done. I went directly to Lehigh Acres to meet people at my new house. As I got to Lehigh Acres, I started hearing a thud coming from the back. Then, the car started swerving from the back like it was hydro planing. I had to pull over less than 10 miles on my way back to Naples. I then had to take $160 worth of Uber/Lyft rides to home, work, back home, and back to my car to have it towed back to Tire Kingdom where they charged me another $550+ because the wheel well bearing area had the wheel loose causing the swerving in the back. Yet, nothing was said yesterday when they put the tire on, so I feel like they had to know, or messed up my inner wheel when putting on the other tire because I never had a problem before. Now, I paying $1,000 from 2 back tires. Not only will ever come here again, I will ensure nobody I know comes here or to any other Tire Kingdom again! read more

I wish there was a way of giving negative stars. Six months ago I had tires put on and an alignment. They forgot to correctly install the tire pressure monitors and said there's nothing they would do about it. Three weeks later the alignment came apart and the steering wheel was off-center I took it there to be fixed. They straightener the wheel but no more than two months after that started here a metal on metal noise coming from the suspension. Time went on and I brought it back and was told there was nothing me to do even though it was their inability to tighten the screws correctly for the third time causing a safety issue(suspension shifting due to the lower control arm sliding) and they didn't care to take the time to check the rest of their work. When the initial repair was done whoever was working on the truck incorrectly stated the miles on the truck(153k when my truck as of today only has 149k) so that when I came back in to see how many miles have been on it since "re, re-alignment" there is not a way of actually knowing, apparently I time traveled. The last time I actually trust people to be honest and that they are qualified for their work. I work in customer service and can't comprehend such incompetence and disregard. read more

Friday night. Long week of work. Come out to a tire that is clearly losing air. Check said tire, yep, big ass screw completely puncturing my tire. It will definitely be flat by morning. I have dinner plans! I don't have time for this, nor do I want to spend the money on this! After several phone calls around town to get pricing on the particular tire I want, Tire Kingdom had what I wanted and at the best price. Drove right over there, the guy that helped me was super fantastic, could see I was agitated over doing this late on a Friday, and he got me and my brand new tire in and out in 40 minutes! I went in for a simple tire change, 4 new tires and I put 400$ cash deposit down. THEY BROKE MY WHEEL, made me drive with a shakey car for 5 days waiting for it to be fixed and then they tried CHARGING ME for what they broke, oh and they tried re charging me for the 400$ deposit they didn't note down!!!!! 3 of my 4 wheels are still so damaged!!! New Management!! Service is good. I trust them. They have helped me hang on to two Kias. 120k and 75k. Willing to work with me to either delay needed maintenance or offer less expensive alternatives. At the same time, they offer almost all brands at competitive prices. I've purchased both high end and low end tires. BTW, On my first visit in 2013, I was pleasantly surprised to see two familiar faces from the Bonita Springs store. I had been going out of my way to Tire Kingdom in Bonita for work. I paid $100+ for a wheel alignment which I did not receive. The paper they printed out for me showing that my wheels had been aligned were for a different car an hour before my visit. I took the car to the dealer and had them aligned, dealer also confirmed that Tire Kingdom had not aligned them and did in fact scam me. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Pay a few bucks more and visit the dealer or anywhere else. read more

Cheap BUT so Dirty.. These Pictures shown are NOT of the actually business. They are from the corporate marketing, great job but that is false advertisement ! The actual place of business is nasty and very run down, my guess is there hasn't been a revamp in nearly 20+ yrs. I have been to this location several times and it's always been ...OK. But this last time will be my last visit to the Tire Kingdom. I had a 10;30 apt and my car didn't get on the lift until 11;50- that's just silly why even offer apts if you can't stay on schedule. Then it still took 30 min for a plain conventional oil change. The bathroom in the waiting area, was disgusting. I felt like I was in a porta potty and the seafood festival. Not just the floors , but everywhere... the toilet, the sink , the WALLS were dirty so freaking gross. And when I politely mentioned it to the men working the counter, they chuckled and said ok - Like who cares lady. But still I shrugged it off , as I know not to expect much from an old Lube joint. But when I tried to pay, it got weird. The bill was $23 and some change, so I hand the guy $40 - as cash is "king" :) - and holds it up and says he doesn't have change. Your a place of business, and from how long I waited a busy business, and you cant break a 20?? I told him that's all I had, and we shared an awkward stare of silence. I almost felt like he was expecting me to say keep the $16 change? lol sorry buddy, but no. Then he just walked right over to a register, put my money in and gave me exact change down to the penny ... WHAT seriously seconds ago he said he didn't have change, so he lied but why ? update: about 3 months since $700+ in damage was done to my car and i still haven't been reimbursed in any way, corporate is just as bad as everyone in the store, every person I've dealt with no matter what level of position has been anything but helpful, very rude, clueless, unprofessional, and ill just stop there.. ive been told "should be any day now" for 3 entire months. absolute joke. at this point I advise anyone to avoid any tire kingdom locations as the entire company, everyone from the workers in the shop to the managers to the higher ups, is consistently horrific to deal with. read more

Tire Kingdom E Naples FL. My car has been in the shop for three days, the manager is no longer taking my calls. It was supposed to be a 5 hour job. This started when my car was recently serviced to replace the manifold gaskets. When I left the shop after that repair my AC was no longer working, it worked fine when I brought the vehicle in. The manager said he would check it out. He put freon in and we set up an appointment to investigate further. On my next appointment he said it was leak in the AC line in the rear of the vehicle. I think that was very convenient, nowhere near the manifold. In any case I agreed to have the manager order new parts (despite my suspicions about the prior repair creating the problem). I brought my car in on September 11. It was to be a 5 hour repair. Now it is 5:30pm on Tuesday the 14TH and I still do not have my vehicle and the service team does not call me with updates. I called and was told at that time the wrong part was ordered and it will be some time tomorrow before I get my vehicle. I have now missed two days of work and I still do not know when they will get this done. The manager is dodging my calls and the bill is up to $1800!!! read more
