Purchased a tire here three months ago. The day of the install, it took the team almost an hour to install one tire. At one point, all of the shop was in the garage discussing something as my tire was attempted to be installed. I had the feeling something had happened. 4 weeks ago I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with my preferred mechanic and he noted damage to the sidewall. Upon showing me the damage I expressed I did not want to replace the tire since it should be warrantied. When I brought the vehicle back to the shop, I expressed the issue with the damage and the gentleman behind the desk stated they don't offer warranties for run flat tires as a choice by the store manager. The gentleman did not review the damage done to the tire. Looking into the tire manufacturer, road hazard is available for my case even though the damage was not caused by this. In calling the corporate office, they left the warranty up to the store and no one proceeded to contact me. Overall they want me to purchase a new tire for a mistake in their behalf and offered me 25% off a new one. Stay away from the place! The customer can't be right. read more

And I have referred many people to this particular store. They're very professional, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and very nice and I'm relaxed in their lounge while I'm waiting for the work to be completed. I was driving from Tampa to Orlando on I-4 to make it to the birth of my niece, when I drove over a screw and it instantly caused a flat tire. Upon arriving in Orlando on my spare. Excellent customer service! I recommend these guys highly. I made an appointment online to purchase four new tires and have them put on my Santa Fe. About 45 minutes after dropping off the SUV, I received a call from Kyle at TK telling me they didn't have the tires I had agreed to purchase. (I had made my appointment through the website a few days earlier, which directed me to the correct dealership to make my appointment based on the tires I chose to purchase). I was given the option to come back and pick up my vehicle OR purchase more expensive tires. I asked if they would just give me the upgraded tires for the originally quoted price, and after Kyle talked to Carl, the service manager in charge, THEY AGREED. my partner went because her tire pressure was 9 and they turned her away. told her to leave the car overnight to plug her tire, after she explained she works at 6am and cannot leave it over night. i understand 100% being under staffed but to straight up say no was unprofessional, at least ask if she's okay with waiting. she lives over an hour away and the amount of air coming out the tire, (which she did tell him) she would not make it. read more

This terrible place is the epitome of sneezy and sketchy automotive services. I spent nearly $2000 and in the end the services were done incorrectly. I went in for a flat tire they told me I needed new shocks new tires. I bought it when I came back suddenly my car needs a new starter now after it's been in their shop and they won't fix unless I buy one and pay for labor. So I do because I need my car. It takes 4-5 people to put the starter in, I drive it and the car dies. I get another mechanic to look at it, turns out the hacks at this tire kingdom didn't bolt the starter down at all. So basically it was nearing closing time they had already messed up my car from before and because bolting the starter down seem to complicated for the 4 people working on it they decided just to just leave it loose. They would provide me with the records of the inspection or the work done. The manager threatened to hold my keys unless I paid for the terrible work then got aggressive and tried to tell me to f%^* off. I'm currently Pershing legal action and have filed a claim with the BBB, they will also be investigating. read more

this is my first yelp review and probably my last as I don't normally do this at all and typing this is actually sort of hard to do haha but the service I received at this location was so out of this world helpful and good that I can't not at least write something. I was on my way into Orlando and unfortunately hit an object in the road that I could not avoid which resulted in me having to get my car towed here, as soon as we got there which was past close, the attendant that I believe was named James let me in and even took my key and info right off the bat which he didn't have to do and I am extremely grateful for. The next day I was there from open to past close and the whole day I was there they were attentive, informative, and extremely accommodating to me. It was a very stressful weekend and I am so beyond thankful that they were so nice and so understanding. They did so much for me and I cannot thank them enough. I just want to say thank you to everyone that was working that Saturday and the manager Chris who was a real mvp. I made it all the way home safe and sound because of them. cannot recommend this place enough thank you always. P.s. My wife took her car into this place for a break job ,and they also recommended we change the oil. It wasn't due but we had it done anyway. A month or so later I noticed a oil stain on our driveway. I was going to take it back up there to let them look at it but it was too closing time and decided to pull the cover off and look for myself where the leak was coming from. The leak was coming from the oil filter that they put on ,they mangled the end of it and I guess over time the leak got worse. I took a video and pictures and then did a oil change myself and decided to go up to the store the next day. Naturally the manager was not there and Michael the guy working there looked at the video and said wow that looks bad. I called the corporate office and they said someone would call me in 3 days, it's been a week and no call. I talked to the manager James Doak he barely acted like he cared, he acted like he didn't believe me , I don't know if there's damage to the engine the oil level was extremely low from this, all I was trying to do was get money back for the oil change and this guy hung up on me. I made an online appointment to get my battery checked for no charge at !0:00 in the morning. When I got to Tire Kingdom I was told that I had to pay $14.99 for Battery check/starter/alternator check. I insisted on just the battery to be checked and I was told it would be done by 12:15 But my appointment was for 10:00 the representative said there is always a 2 hour window! I was never told there would be a 2 hour wait especially just to have my battery checked. I took my keys and left. The Manager was there and didn't seem to care. Absolutely did not care if they got my business. I also thought the Manager was very rude to another lady customer when she asked about whether her AC repair would be covered under a guarantee. Place is a fucking joke. My girl friend took her car to get 4 new tires. 500$. Told us to come back at 5. Car wasn't ready until 6:30. Car alignment was off. And it said low tire pressure in all 4 tires. Paid for air to fill up tires, go to take her car back the next day, tires are COMPLETELY FLAT. Can't make it down there. Basically my girl friend paid 500$ for tires w/ holes in them. Inconvenient as fuck bc now I have to miss work bc I have no transportation. Fuck this place. Don't recommend it to anybody. The worst place you can take for even an oil change, I recently took my vehicle to have a full inspection and came up with all these made up stuff that I NEED IT. I did some of the stuff supposedly "I NEED IT" and came up with a high cost. 4 days later my vehicle "mysteriously" lost all its oil and freeze my engine, they took no responsibility whatsoever. What's the point in having a full inspection? The mechanics are very sketchy and I truly believe they did something to my car. Want to take for inspections or have any service? I was very hesitant coming here because of the two reviews on yelp. But Alan wanted to give it a try since it was so close tot he house. With that said, I am glad we came here. The guy behind the counter isn't pushy. Which is nice. I told him I had been looking online at tires for my '99 VW Passat. I found two brands which were best for my car and there was a price difference of $30 per tire. I assumed that he would tell me to get the more expensive ones but he didn't. He told me to get the cheaper ones because they would last longer. What a nice surprise! I only wanted to buy two tires but he told me why I should get four. He wasn't pushy just giving me the facts on why I needed four instead of two. They didn't try and pressure us to buy the alignment packages etc. and informed us that we should have the tires rotated every 5,000 miles. A free service once you purchase tires from them and It will really make a big difference in the life of the car. Another nice surprise was that we could have walked home while they worked on our car. It would have been about a 20 minute walk, that I was willing to do but Alan wasn't too keen on it. So that man behind the counter heard us talking and told us he would have the mechanic take us home in our car and pick us up too. I thought to myself, now that's service! They did what they promised! My only complaint is that they said it would take an hour and a half but after two hours I called and they said they were finishing up. So a half and hour more and they were at our door. To me if you go over your time you promised you should call. I may be expecting too much but that's just me.
