Easy 5 stars. I have been going to them for roughly 3 years now with my Camaro and they have never given me a problem. Chevy dealership never gives me the time of day and they were never helpful to me since the day I bought the car and left the dealership. Tire kingdom in south Venice is consistently clean and has always delivered high quality standards. The guys have never talked down to me or made me feel uncomfortable like most car places do to women. They have never once up charged me or talked me into things I did not need. Consistently honest and reliable. I wouldn't waste your time with any other place it's just not worth it. read more

I had a nail in the edge of my tire the day before driving back to Ohio and o stopped by Friday AM and the guy behind the counter told me to pull up to a bay and he came out with a tool and spray bottle. As he worked the nail out he kept spraying looking for leaks and it was out in about 5 min and no leaks- and No Charge! Excellent service and they could have easily taken me for a patch or where it was located I had feared a new tire - but they were quick and honest! Great place! Highly Recommend read more

I called on a Friday to see about getting my oil changed and tires rotated on Saturday. I was told they only had walk in appointments left for Saturday so come early. I arrived at 0715 to drop off my car. After giving the gentlemen at the counter my phone number he stated "Oh you must of never been here before because your not in our system". I advised that I had been there multiple time and had service work done there. After about 15 minutes he said he found me in the system he was looking for the wrong car. He was look for a Dodge Ram but I have a Jeep Patriot. Then he informs me that my appointment is not till 3pm which I scheduled. Ok what ever works....I just need my oil changed, tires rotated and need air pressure checked due to tire pressure light being on. About 4 pm they called and said my car was ready. They advised me I needed new spark plugs and wires. Really I just had this done about 6 months ago. I paid the bill and went to my vehicle to fine the tire pressure light was still on. Back into the store. The gentlemen says oh I forgot to tell you we checked your air pressure it is fine you have a bad sensor and it also needs replaced or the light will not go off. I left the shop with out having the sensor replaced or spark plugs and wires. When I got home, I had my husband check the air pressure in my tires. One tire had 30 psi while all the others had 35. My husband pulled out his air compressor and filled the low tire to 35 psi which is the recommendation for the tire. Restarted the car and to my surprise the tire light was now off. I went back to tire kingdom to talk to them about this and the same gentlemen said "well maybe they forgot to check it and just thought you needed a sensor. I asked if they even rotated my tires and changed the oil. His reply was "I think they did: they told me they did". Well tire kingdom if you can't check the air pressure, I really wonder if you can change oil and rotate tires. Sorry you lost my business from now on. Customer beware! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a 10:30 appointment at the 4772 Tamiami Trail N location. I arrived at 10:00 to drop off my car for 4 new tires and an oil change. I was told it would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours. I returned at 11:30 and my car was exactly where I had left it in the parking lot - they hadn't even started the work. When I reminded the gentleman at the counter that he told me it would take "about 1-1/2 hours" he tried to convince me that he said it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours FROM THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT at 10:30. If he had told me that I would/could not have left my car that long and wouldn't have wasted my time. Don't waste yours!! read more

Both me and my son have brought our cars here several times. They are always very friendly, polite, accommodating and try to get us in and out of there as fast as possible. They've never tried to over sell me on something I didn't need which I feel a lot of mechanics try to do to women. I will continue to bring my car here for tires or oil changes and whatever else it might need that they provide. read more

Great service received from Tire Kingdom. We had to travel to Florida and managed to pick up two nails in two tires. Steve K's service was outstanding and had us back on the road in no time. Being on the road with a Yukon Hybrid can be a bit daunting as it is a) the worlds biggest golf cart and b) has no spare tire. I have a 2015 MKC Lincoln. I had 4 tires put on months ago and they added a tire extra warenty for a hefty fee over $100 that i should have seen. My bad but underhanded. Then i needed a slow leak in a tire repaired, tire rotation, oil change and they had told me rear breaks. Had all the work done. A few days later the change oil message came up. Then the check engine light came on, then the low tire pressure light came on. They failed to reset the oil memory, did not top off any fluids, and didn't have time to check engine light on when i came back to reset confirm oil change. All with a smile. They seem to be to busy to care. read more

We discovered a screw head sticking out of our left rear tire, but the tire didn't appear to have deflated; we drove 9 miles straight to Tire Kingdom; of course, we were very lucky it didn't let go. I needed three new Michelin tires and needed a dealer that would work the warranty with Michelin for me. Scott at Tire Kingdom got me 87% of new Michelin tires to replace my 3.5 yr old tires currently on the car. that is amazing. He was actually disappointed because he could do better. They were excellent. I have my new tires. I bought the road hazard insurance as well. I would recommend these guys and please see Scott when you go there. read more

On vacation in Sarasota FL and leaving tomorrow for the Ft Lauderdale. Noticed a slow leak this morning and needed to get the tire fixed before I drive across the state. Called 3 places in Sarasota and no one would fit me in today or tomorrow morning unless I wanted to sit and wait for min 2 hours...some said up to 7! But Bill in Venice said come on down, I'll take care of you anytime between 11:30 and 2:30 today. I made an appointment and when I got here I asked how much it would cost me. He said ....I'll ket you know. That always makes me nervous but he seemed like an honest guy so I didn't press him. I went for a walk, came back and he said he was almost done. They'd found a nail. I asked again how much I'd owe him. He said "Happy New Year!! No charge!!!" What a nice guy! Thanks Bill! Anyone in Venice FL need tire service, see Bill.
