Bad experience at this location! Bought four new tires. During installation they told me I have two tire pressures gauges that are bad. Had no troubles until tires where replaced. Also, they told me I need rear brakes and shocks. Went to my Toyota dealer a few weeks later for 30,000 maintenance. Talked to them about my bad experience at Tire Kingdom. ServiceManager at Toyota told me brakes and shocks were fine and that the tire pressure gauges were more than likely damaged at Tire Kingdom. At Toyota they would replace for free if they caused the damage, but Tire Kingdom wants to charge me $250 after I spent over $1,000 for tires there!!! Total rip off and poor customer service! Don't go there!!! read more

Great guys. Made sure that my new eco diesel had the correct oil. It ended up being a tough one to figure out being that it takes 5w-40 synthetic but they got the job done. Was ready exactly when the predicted. Highly recommend them! read more

Went in and receieved good advice on tire selection for my Jeep. They did not push a specific brand and prioritized my budget. I compared their price online and could not beat it. Scheduled first appt at 8am a few days later after the tires arrived. They took the car in right after I got there. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I waited in the spotless and comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend them! read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !! After having an appointment, my wife arrives for the appointment only to be told it is a 2 hour wait to change the oil and rotate the tires. Then they make a sarcastic remark saying " What do you want me to do, Put you in front of the other 5 people waiting?" The guy in line in front of her, also had an appointment, was told to come back in 2 hours. Apparently it takes 2 hours to perform a simple routine service. NEVER AGAIN !! Took the car somewhere else that is reputable and it was completed in less than 20 minutes. read more

We just moved to the Vero area. While approaching home, one of the tires started shaking. We didn't hit any potholes or objects. We were told the balancing will be covered for my car from a previous tire purchased. The store was closing. We returned the next morning, there was a different rep who stated differently about the tire balancing warranty. Although only 1 tire was shaking, I was told that ALL tires for $10 each needed balancing. I had purchased a new tire with balancing just a couple of months prior. Therefore, how could All tires be out of balance without hitting any objects. In addition, I was told that an alignment is needed and more repairs. I don't feel this location is honest and takes advantage of women. I have been a long time customer at Tire Kingdom at many location. It is extremely disappointing. Women be aware!!! read more

I normally don't write reviews...but the experience I had w Tire Kingdom, Vero Beach today was very disappointing. I needed 4 tires...& heard of the BUY 2...GET 2 by July 4th SPECIAL! I went into store July 2...& was told "YES" I could go ahead & have them order tires (since not in stock) & still get SPECIAL ...so I did. I only have my income to depend on....so, it's important I manage my money wisely. How does $78.99 per tire (keep in mind BUY 2-GET 2...which would be $157.98) ...before installation, tire disposal, alignment, taxes...end up being $525.33. Soooo...I would only warn other women...be smarter than me...& get a written quote before committing. Sorry, Tire Kingdom...very disappointed !!! Won't be back !!! read more

These guys are a bunch of crooks! I went there to have my 2103 Nissan Murano inspected last week to see why my steering wheel was shaking. I brought along a brand new CV axle for the front passengers side as I had jacked the car up to take a peek after research on youtube to see if the boots were bad. I saw a little grease so I figured why not change it out and save a little money by buying it myself and having it installed? I go in for my car's inspection and the manager comes out 20 minutes later trying to tell me "Oh, you need BOTH of your CV axles replaced, a front end alignment after that, and brakes front and back. It'll be $1900". I laughed in his face and asked him if there were any discounts if I just wanted the one axle done and nothing else. Then he tells me "I have manager discounts I can use here. Let me see what I can do". He comes back with a laughable $1500 and says "That's a great price & I don't feel comfortable doing only the axle for safety. But if you insist, it'll be $425". I laughed in his face again, said "Thanks for the free inspection" and left. I knew he was lying and trying to gouge me. So, I took it to Saint Lucie Battery & Tire on Okeechobee Blvd. in Fort Pierce because I'm not that stupid. SLBT asks me "Who told you you needed all of that unnecessary work done? Because there's absolutely nothing wrong with either of your axles?The only thing you need are front brakes at $149 and a rear passengers side tire. The tire is coming apart at the treads you probably couldn't see and that's why your steering wheel is vibrating". SLBT wanted $160 for one tire and I declined as I knew I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Upon paying my bill after my brakes were done, the counter woman was awesome. She says "Yeah, our tires can sometimes be a little high. Go to Walmart and you can get them there for less". So, I did and had two installed for $215 out the door. In conclusion, Tire Kingdom seems to think people over 60 are saps and must be dumb. Sorry Tire Kingdom, I saw right through your up sell scam and I am a lot smarter than any of the clowns working for you, lol. Go to SLBT instead. At least they are honest and didn't try to rob me. read more

Worst service I have had at a tire store. First try- Gave them exact tire size and was quoted a price by phone, made appointment only to hear "The guy you spoke to put in the wrong size". OK, rookie mistake maybe. Left frustrated but thought I'd try them one more time because of buy 3 get 1 sale. I sent my wife with their ad and exact tires I wanted ($142ea and qualified for the sale). Instead of $428 plus install and fees (about $600) she was given a $985 quote! Horrible. read more

This is a horrible store. I asked them to break a lug nut off of my car so I could replace the stud and lug nut. I was willing to pay for it. I was told good luck then ESCORTED out of the store by the manager and asked to leave the property. Even though I was there at 11:30 in the morning. The employees are completely rude. Paid no attention to me and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Stay away from this location. read more

I'm not happy with the deceptive business practices. I called there and asked for tires for my girlfriends car for Christmas and was told we have a sale on Michelins buy 2 get 2 free so I said ok they also told me we give you 3 years of alignments, tire balance and rotation for the life of the tire and road hazard so I said oh cool. They had to order the tires because it is not a normal stock item, so I set the appointment for the next day. I went in and the guy that set everything up was not there it was his day off so the manager Shawn helped me out. He was very businesslike and had me out of there in about an hour and a half which was great. After paying the bill I had to rush to a doctors appointment so I paid, took the paperwork and left. When I got home later that evening I was looking at the paperwork and realized I'd been taken. I did not get the alignment and road hazard thrown in with the package so called deal they charged me fees for said package which was not explained to me by the original employee or the manager so tires that were suppose to be buy 2 get 2 free is a scam to the amount of 866.00 dollars. I will tell everyone I know and put them out there about how they scam people especially to the senior citizens like myself. I will also forward this to AARP, BBB, AAA Tavel advisory. read more
