They had me back on the road in 10 minutes, fixed my flat and changed it with my spare, all free of charge! They said something about ...if it had not been a nail in my tire, but a screw... Let's say getting nailed is apparently nicer for a tire than getting screwed. Very clean, air conditioned area to wait, with squishy couch and magazines. Had the pleasure of working with Quality Tire on several appointments to get my F150 Tremor leveled on new wheels, tires and a new suspension. The tremor is a unique package without a lot of aftermarket support or knowledge, they took a look at it and curated some plans for how we could accomplish my request. They showed their quality in a number of ways, first of which when a mistake was made, they brought me back to fix it on their dime to make sure the job was done right. We tried a number of things... I drove it around, brought it back and so on. We landed on a solution that has been working so far, they have been very helpful and responsive, quick to get me in and out. They seemed to offer fair pricing as well, no scams or tricks to get extra money from the customer. read more

This review is a mixed bag. I'll give them a "5" for helping us get on the road quickly, but a "1" for the attitude of more than one of them (all men) who were condescending to say the least. These guys helped us recover from a road hazard accident that destroyed two tire rims. They worked hard to find the best, least expensive solution that enabled us to continue our road trip with as little disruption as possible. For that I am grateful. BUT because of the attitude of some of the employees, I couldn't recommend them to any woman customer. One of them had to "Mansplain" to me the difference between 17 inch and 18 inch tires, not once but at least 3 times. He also kept telling me how the car's ride would be softer and totally ignored me when I told him that was not something I wanted. Another one of the "guys" seemed to think that I would let other's opinions influence my own, using the idea that I would like the black rims that replaced my original silver ones better when other peopl complimented them. read more

Once again, Scotty and crew @ QT Central Point impress. I roll in unannounced last week with a nail in my truck tire. Scotty (the owner) immediately takes my little Ford Ranger into the bay, removes the nail and patches the tire. He calmly and candidly tells me all four tires (and my spare) are in pretty bad shape and that at some point soon I should replace them. He hands me the keys to my truck and refuses to accept payment for the patching. These guys KNOW HOW to do good, fair, honest, long-term business. Had a great experience at Quality Tire. After consulting Consumer Reports to find the best tires, I had narrowed down my list to a handful of brands/models. After shopping around Medford, visiting several tire shops, QT turned out to be the best in terms of selection AND price. Here are some things Quality tire did that separated them from the competition in my eyes: 1 - Informed me of a $50 rebate program through the tire manufacture that no other tire shop told me about. 2 - Reset the car's computer system so that it now reliably tells me when tires need to be inflated. Now the tire sensor works! 3 - Got me in and out in 30ish minutes without an appointment. 4 - Expert advice and could answer all of my questions. 5 - Willing to sell me any of the tires on my list without giving me a hard time or placing intense pressure to buy 'their' brand of tires. Other shops either didn't have the tires, wouldn't order them, or really twisted my arm about it. 6 - Did NOT Attempt to upsell me with unneeded upgrades like...extra insurance policies, tire sniping. Based on Yelp reviews, I drove in to have a slow leak in my right rear tire fixed. They looked at my car right away. 5 minutes later, they bring me back into the shop to show me a deep cut in the left rear tire that needed immediate replacement. How lucky was I that they were thorough enough to check all the tires and not just fix the one I knew had a problem. Probably saved me from a major blow out. They hooked me up with a good used tire (they let me pick from the ones available) and installed and balanced it for a total of $50. And the right rear tire that I knew had a problem: they fixed that at no charge! Unreal! All the guys had a good sense of humor and it was a real treat to work with them. Honest, thorough and fun. Can't ask for more than that. They've earned my repeat business. Highly recommend them. Oh yeah, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. This was around 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. read more

Yesterday, I noticed a low pressure warning on a tire. I happened to be close to my mechanic and had them take a look. Sure enough there was a screw in the tire. I had road hazard insurance from where I bought the tires in San Jose, CA, but the nearest place that could service the car was in Koos Bay. Clearly not an option. So my mechanic called Quality Tire and told them I was on my way. When I got there, I received a very friendly greeting and was assured that the tire would be fixed right away. I decided to have some windshield wipers put on at the same time. I was directed to a clean and comfortable waiting area. The car was done in no time at a more than reasonable cost.
