Yesterday I had tires delivered and installed by ASAP tire. The service was prompt and superbly efficient. My installer was knowledgeable and polite and worked methodically and professionally. The truck with equipment was immaculate and she took care of my car and even went so far as to re program the TPM in a replacement wheel that I had supplied. She also used a torque wrench to make sure the lug nuts were tightened to factory spec. Fantastic service. read more

I have too much complaints about this company and I don't know what I should start from. Customer service is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible and rude. Return/refund process takes forever. Now I have been doing return/refund request over 5 weeks and still no full refund. They set up UPS pick up for return items but they didn't proceed correctly,which ended up that UPS picked up returned items and sent them back to me 3 times. I have never had such a difficulty to return the items in anywhere else. Customer service is always irresponsible and their answer is always "We don't know what happened.","we don't know where your tires are.","Just wait.",etc. 5 weeks is not appropriate time to finish return/refund process. So much easier than taking the car to a mechanic and having them install the tires. Made it easy for them to come to my house and install was done quickly. Technician was really easy going and gave some really good advice! Definitely going to use them again when my other car needs some new shoes! read more

Great scheduling, they arrived in the time window and the app to tell you where the driver is located was very helpful. My installer was very knowledgeable and explained all that was happening. There was no hard sell for add-ons. Installation was great and I had no problems when done. read more

Tire Rack has been and is still my go-to vendor for tyres. However, I did lose interest once a few years back and purchased from Discount Tire Direct online because they offered free shipping and the pricing was slightly better. Tire Rack has since offered shipping included in the pricing while still remaining price competitive. A new perk has been the option to pick up directly from the local Tire Rack distribution centre incentivised by a $5 to $10/tyre discount. read more

Just spent $2,500 on brand new wheels and tires for a Ford F-150. I picked them up at the warehouse package. When I brought them to mount them oh, I noticed that one of the wheels had over 12 oz of weights on it. I called customer service and they asked if it was vibrating, and I said no and they said well then there's nothing they're going to do about it. And honestly, I think their customer service is a little bit condescending in this situation. I've been buying from tire rack for the last 20 years and this will be the last time. As a Christian and a follower of Christ I try to always make it a habit to always treat people better than treating me in every situation my entire life I've been this way. In terms of reviews I try to always give a 5-star even if they're rude however this experience was very very different I am not angry at all I'm just very disappointed sad and let down if you understood how important this service was to me then you would understand you know it's like there's a service out there that's great on paper and I should be able to use the benefits of it and pay for a service but what went down what transpired between me and these people is just Let me start this off by saying never in my life have I had an experience as awkward uncomfortable and weird as this one their manager will has severe social skills when you bring stuff to his attention you're expressing yourself you're telling them you know how you feel the guy just says nothing I don't know if he's trying to annoy me the customer or if he's just awkward and doesn't know how to deal with a conversation I'm not sure but I've never in my life experienced that all I asked was that they wear a mask and the guys acting like I'm asking a big deal I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life as I felt talking to these people I was nice enough to call back the next day because I really needed the service I was nice enough to swallow my pride and do that and they treated me like the same dirt they treated me the day before definitely will never use the service I was so looking forward to getting this done I was so happy enthusiastic excited but the customer service department manager did not handle anything well the installer who showed up was very unprofessional by the way he spoke his voicemail that he left for me the guy didn't want to wear a mask only for part of the time he says it's labor intensive but there's people that wear masks 10 hours a day that do labor jobs including tire jobs back I asked for him or for the customer service to call me back and let me know as I wouldn't make it in time nobody called me back and then when I spoke to them they all had an attitude nobody offered to get me an appointment later in the day or the next day or something try to make up for it very poor customer service what they should have said was hey you know what we'll find you somebody who has no problem wearing a mask and will reschedule the appointment for you when when can we make you happy instead these people knew that I wanted the guy to wear a mask they couldn't tell me if they were vaccinated they told me that he would wear a mask right this is days before and then now all of a sudden he comes and oh I'm only going to wear it in the car or I can't wear it you know buy you here or oh you know all this reasons excuses I don't really care wear a mask when you're on my property not just when you're in my vicinity for the 30-minute job wear a mask it's not a big deal so I can't believe my experience transpired the way that it did I was really looking forward to using this company as I'm moving to another state and I'm going to be needing a lot of work because I have multiple cars. I would never recommend ASAP Tire to anyone at all. The service model is excellent; however, if there is a personnel problem, the impacts are catastrophic for the customer especially if they have taken off work for the tire installation. An employee is allowed to be sick, but it is unacceptable for ASAP Tire to not have a back up plan. The company is not proactive at all. I was able to get tires installed somewhere else the next day. read more

I ordered tires on February 19 that were to be delivered to ASAP (a mobile tire installer) in Lorton VA on February 20. I had an appointment with ASAP on the afternoon of February 21 at my home. I got a call from ASAP in the morning of the install date that the tires had not been received and I needed to reschedule the install. I contacted Tire Rack to find out where the tires were. A customer service rep (I use the term customer service loosely) said she would find out and call me back, surprise no call back. ASAP contacted me the morning of Feb 24 telling me the tires had not arrived and I would need to reschedule installation again. I then contacted Tire Rack who did not know where the tires were, but said they would track them and contact me. I got a call back from Tire Rack telling me the tires were in route and should be delivered today and that I should contact ASAP and see if they could come to me once the tires were in their possession. No one actually knows where the tires are except they are in the possession of Ward Trucking. Amazing that every reputable trucking company in the US can tell you exactly where everyone of their trucks are immediately, all track their trucks via GPS, but Ward Trucking apparently has no idea. Tire Rack did offer $50 off on the next purchase, really a slap in the face to have to devote three half days to have tires installed. Do NOT believe anything Tire Rack tells you about delivery dates. read more

This is my current favorite tire store. It is an online entity, shipping the tires to you or to a local installer. They recommend local installers where you can search for a local business that will install your tires for you with the price displayed up front on the tire rack website. I have been a customer for several years and consistently have had good results. My last purchase of winter tires was shipped the day I ordered and arrived the next day, exceedingly fast. They must of known I needed them quick. Most of all, the tire testing in house and the customer reviews give you a solid idea of what quality of tire you are getting. The tire you choose does make a difference in your driving experience. read more

The fact that I had to leave 1 star does no justice, should be zero or less. Had scheduled an appointment with ASAP for tires to be installed on 2 cars that I purchased via Tire Rack. Scheduling was very easy. Took the day off so that I could be there when the installer showed up. On the day of and 6 minutes before my I appointment I received and email not a phone from Daren that my vehicles could not be serviced today. Called the 800 number and was told that I would have to reschedule. Spoke with the manager, Donnie and was also told there was nothing that they could do for the current appointment but would call back to let me know if there was something he could schedule for the next day. After several hours I can cancelled my order with Tire Rack due to the inability of the installation company to provide and installer. At 8:30 pm I received and email from Donnie stating there was nothing he could schedule. Again no phone call. STAY far away from ASAP Tire Service. I hope that Tire Rack drops them as an installer. read more

I had a bad experience with one of their reps. who obviously was annoyed with my call for purchase advice...was rude and condescending when I didn't hurry up and place an order (I thought they WANTED customers to ask their advice?). I complained and received a nice follow-up email from a manager. In fairness, later customer service (I've bought 2 sets of tires since the bad experience) was MUCH better (maybe someone had a talk with them regarding customer service?) and can now recommend them. I was disappointed with the level of service I experienced. I had bought tires three or four times from them over the last five years, but they really came up short in my last interaction with them. I had a damaged tire, but they refused to honor the warranty. I felt they were being petty, and really did not care about customer service. Other vendors (think big river in south America) provide better service. read more

i gave them 5 stars because we actually were stuck with a flat tire 3 states away from home. we contacted tire rack and received 5 star customer service as well as a full warranty on our tire. it's always great to find a company that stands behind their warranty. i recommend them whole-heartedly. read more
