This is all very important because in May I had contacted the corporate office because I believed the service manager at that time was up charging customers. I swore I would never step foot in there again. Cody the regional manager went down there and observed and did what needed to be done. Last week my sister was here from out of town, unbeknown to me she stopped at Mavis, she had an issue on her ride down with car. When she came, she proceeded to tell me how wonderful Mark was and what he had done for her. One employee even asked me. I told him to google, YouTube or ChatGPT it. They still couldn't figure it out. In the meantime I dropped off the new tire. They then call me to tell me I ordered the wrong size tire. I checked the sizing on the door of my SUV, and my Amazon order. I had indeed ordered the correct tire. I originally had all 4 tires put on at Mavis about 6-9 months ago. They told me I must have had the tires rotated. I NEVER had the tires rotated. They put the front on the back and the back on the front. So now I have to order another tire. I then spoke to the manager and told him the situation and that my car has been sitting there for days. He eventually figured out how to get the spare out to the compartment. I had the new tire delivered to Mavis. I went in and told them that they have to now correct the mistake that they made months ago. They have to put the back tires on the front and the front tires on the back ( they are different sizes). I then get a call from them in the morning to let me know that the tires are on. They also told me I have fluids leaking and they want to flush I believe the carburetor. Not for anything, they couldn't even put tires on correctly, or release a spare tire. There is no way that o would EVER let Mavis touch my car!!!

They marked it and pulled it out part way then told me they couldn't repair it and I could buy a new tire. However it would be a minimum 3 days. I said I would check elsewhere because the tire was leaking and I couldn't wait that long. Paid the $25 and went to another tire place where they fixed it for $25.
