Drove from Canada and Had a tire emergency on front tires due to an alignment issue and loose bolts from an other mechanic out of state. Mike and his crew (kevin, levi and Josh) went above and beyond to to not only to correct the problem, but identified the cause. We were back on the road to head home within alittle over an hour. Yes the waiting area is not very welcoming but I did not come here to socialize. They quickly put new tires on my van. The staff were very pleasant and cared about safely installing new tires on my wheels. They even smoother out some deep gouges that another tire place left on the wheel when swapping the tire. The employees actually looked like they enjoyed being at work which I can't say is the case at other tire shops nearby. read more

Car issues stress me out (they shouldn't but they do) and I am sure that the staff at this Tire Warehouse location could tell just by talking to me. They were patient with me. I appreciated that so much. What I appreciated even more was that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They very well could have but, they didn't. Again, I appreciate that a TON. They were friendly and spoke to me respectfully. I will be due for a whole new set of tires just before the next winter season and you can bet I will be returning to these folks. read more

I've been here on multiple occasions. The staff is very friendly and has done good work on my vehicle. I trust the safety of my car with these guys. They carry a good selection of tires and have good discount deals that appear in my mailbox from time to time. The complaint I have is with the store itself. It needs a major overhaul. The photo that appeared for this store is BEAUTIFUL and quite opposite from the experience you will get at this location. There is no garage besides the alignment area ... all the other car bays are outside. The waiting area ... big fail. I know that if the CEO and investors were to see this location they would hang there heads in shame. This store is NOT keeping up with competition in the area. I believe a lot of it has to do with the environment, asthetics of the store. Will I come back? If the price is right but Town Fair Tire may just put this location out of business soon. read more

After being told I needed to wait six weeks for Sam's Club to change my tires over, the tires I bought from them, I came to tire warehouse. They put me on standby politely explaining it might be an hour or two, possibly more but three hours later my vehicle is ready for winter. These people did what I wanted when I wanted it done. I kept the technician something I generally don't think about. I will be using these people for tire purchases from now on. An excellent shop to work with. read more

I set up an appointment to get two tires put on my vehicle after waiting for an hour with the tires off my car they come tell me they don't have the tires in stock so I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to put my tires back on. I immediately called town fair tire and they were more then willing to help. I will never try tire wirehouse again. Not to mention the store is so dirty I was afraid to sit down read more

Very friendly customer service, but understaffed on a Sunday morning with several customers waiting for snow tire changeover heading into winter. Should consider having additional staff during this peak time. Not sure I'd come back given this situation. If I recall, the same issue existed last spring getting snow tires taken off. So the staffing issue appears to be consistent. read more
