I stopped in without an appointment because I got a flat and was driving on the spare. I stated that I needed at least one tire but that I might need four because I couldn't remember when I last replaced them. Justin checked them out for me, and he told my that I only needed to replace the one. Any other tire place I've ever been to has advised me to replace all four no matter what, so I appreciated the honesty. The price to replace the one tire, which included the tire, labor, and disposal of the old one, was a little less than $140. It was an easy in and out, and I will definitely buy tires here again. I went to Tire Warehouse today to have some tpms sensors put in my custom wheels. I am very particular who works on my car. She is my third love only second to my wife and daughter. John took care of me today and I couldn't of asked for better service. All the work is done in front of you and even though I'm sure I was annoying John was extremely understanding and courteous. I have wheels that are painted and tires that are stretched on them and the work was completed with extra care. I've been to other shops that were both bad and good but I felt comfortable with the work being done here and also taken care of without any BS, (corporate fluff stuff). I went here based on the reviews and they were right. Justin, the staff, and Tire Warehouse are awesome. I was treated kindly as soon as I pulled up. I told Justin what I needed and he knew exactly what would be the best for my car. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The work was quick and well done. He told me to return the next day for a safety check which I thought was a really great free service. I would highly recommend. However I didn't realize they didn't do other things like alignments (my bad) but he referred me to their sister company just up the road. read more

Called Matt on Thursday for next day appointment for 2 tires ( Yokohama Avid Envigor) I asked Matt if he can match Town Fair Tire pricing and told him they quote me $134.50 per tire $324.90 for 2 include installation and front alignment.Matt agreed. (The reason I don't want to go with Town Fair in Salem was few years back they told me it took an hour for installation. I ended up waiting for 3 hours) Also I asked Matt his email so I can forward written quote from Town Fair Tire internet sale team. He told me don't need to just show up. My appointed for Friday at 5:15 but I did not get there by 5:30 due to traffic. Matt was not there but John the manager refused to match Town Fair Tire. His reason was I don't have the quote from Town Fair,which I told him Matt was OK with it and told me just to show up. What a waste of my time. Maybe because I am a MINORITY and John does not want to honor a verbal agreement that I have with Matt. Who knows,but one thing for sure, I will not go back to Tire Warehouse.You decide for yourself. This place deserves 0 stars after my horrible experience. Justin the "Manager" is a complete and utter A HOLE. Who does not deserve title as "manager". I went here to get four new all season tires. Instead he put on four snow tires. Clearly a miscommunication on his end. I know nothing about car nor tires and I didn't realize until I got home and looked at the receipt. So I called back and asked if he could change them to all season. He didn't sound happy and told me it was going to cost way more than the snow tires which doesn't make sense. I don't have a lot of money to be spending on tires and he was trying to upcharge me in every direction possible. The price he was quoting me for all season was the only ones he happened to have available and they were way out of my price range and he said he was only going to refund me TODAY if I came back before 5 but he would have to put on a different set of new tires. So I asked if he could simply put back on my old ones which he refused to do. Long story short I ended up calling customer service were they had told me No he has to refund me I have a full 30 days not just today like he had told me. ALSO he is 100% allowed to put my old tires back on which he claimed he would not do for "legal" reasons. In actuality it's compellty legal. Mean while this entire experience he was acting very rude and childish. Cooperate had to call him and tell Him put my old ones back in on my car free of charge like it's suppose to be. I get back to tire warehouse and Justin the asshole was a complete jerk and was throwing a fit that he had to take off the tires and refund me (part of his job) he had another worker put back on my old tires (SO I THOUGHT) When it was done he said okay that will be 475 dollars. Um what? No putting on my old tires is free. He then told me he did not put back on my old tires, he put on there cheapest economy tires and thats what I was going to pay. No no and hell no. That's not what you were told to do he then started to yell well why didn't you say anything while I was putting thoSe tires on?! Like how am I suppose to know those weren't my old ones they look the same. He refused to put on my old ones saying it's not "legal" I told him I called cooperate and it is legal Amanda he has no choice he has to. He then yelled and said I was no longer welcome There again and don't be suprised if you don't make it home . For returning the wrong tires YOU put on my car and putting my old ones back on? I bought 4 new tires for my daughter's car in July 2018. Today May 29, 2019 one of the tires blew out on rt 495 almost causing an accident. I had the car towed to our regular repair and maintenance shop in Methuen, MA. I was told that there was a defect in the tire. When I called and spoke to Justin he told me that because the tires were purchased via the repair shops account they are not covered and they will not replace tire because of the way it was purchased. I was at a loss for words- I have never heard of a company not standing behind a product because of payment option is considered "wholesale". And... that I did not "BUY" a service package---I guess I'm just crazy for thinking a tire should last at least a year!!!!! As I have read in other posts I too think the staff was very nice when i purchased -- but I rather have a company that stands behind their products. My regular shop refers 100's of people to Tire Warehouse--so they called Justin letting him know that they maintenance the car regularly and they were basically told the same thing....my repair shop says that they also have never heard of such a thing and will of course stop referring people. My daughter and I both work for non-profits and don't make a ton of money and really cannot afford to buy tires YEARLY...I am so disappointed in this company. read more

Have been to this location about 7 times (three times for tire mounting and balancing, and 4 times for flat repairs) over the past 6 years. They do a great job, very reasonable pricing, and 30 minutes is about all I've ever needed for any job. I agree with a previous reviewer that these guys are not going to try to sell you more tire than you need. I love that. I bought four tires for my Subaru WRX for around $490 total. They were super speedy (I was coming back to pick the car up later, but three or four of them had already descended on the car - pit-crew style - before I ever drove out of the parking lot.) It couldn't have taken them more than 20 minutes. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because they don't do alignments, so I'll need to go somewhere else for that. read more
