I highly recommend Tire Warehouse. I initially had an appt with Mavis Tire for low tire pressure. When I left Mavis tire my car was shaking in the middle of a snowstorm. I drove the back roads very slowly and decided to go to Tire Warehouse. Mavis was negligent and never tightened the lug nuts on my tire, so it was ready to fall off. I was completely horrified and took a video of the tire wobbling back and forth. Kyle and his staff at Tire Warehouse inspected the tire and followed safety protocol. Kyle was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. When I encounter any issue with my tires, they are my go-to service center. I will definitely buy my next set of tires from Kyle. On two occasions, I had a damaged tire on Sunday morning and Justin opened early on one of those occasions to take care of me. I was out in 20 minutes with a new Michelin that was the exact match to my other tires. On another occasion, Miguel patched a tire for me on a Sunday morning, and I was on my way in no time. They mounted 4 tires (I brought my own) and balanced them for $65. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. This was appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day. Not impressed, my wife went there after a flat. Her Kia had a factory tire pump that loads a tire with adhesive to plug the flat, but it became a slow leak. She brought her car in and was told she had to replace the tire because of adhesive and she should replace ALL her tires to match. Very much a bold face lie, they could have cleaned the adhesive off the area for the plug. To add insult to injury they neglected to return the security lug adapter, unknown for months later when she had a flat. It cost another $100 to have the security lugs removed and replaced with normal lug nuts. read more

They did a great job. Since the other place I went for tires went waaaay downhill over the past few years, I decided to take my father's advice and try here. Justin and his crew did an awesome job! Went in the other day and ordered my tires. They were in by the end of the same day. Went in this morning and had the old ones taken off, the new ones mounted, balanced, and installed within 20 minutes! You could literally have them done during a lunch break. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this place but it was two different experiences for sure. I had a flat in the am I went by and they were very helpful took my tire off I left it and was going to pick it up after work all fixed mind you they close at 6. I got there at 555 I know I was cutting it close but I don't work close either. So I called a few time just to make sure what there hours were and I did tell him when I was around the corner that I was sorry for showing up so close to closing but it was unavoidable. I got there all the machinery was shut off and the only person that could put my tire on was already GONE and the person left couldn't help me at all he was going to just put my tire in my trunk not on my car? What am I suppose to do about that we'll needless to say I took my tired and drove all over creation to see if I could find a place at night to help me knowing if I didn't I would be driving around in my donut for the next few days because it was over a holiday. Customer service was very lacking that day I see all of the reviews and think why wasn't that me able to give them 5 stars. I know it's asking a lot to actually be at a work station till the time you close but I was not there after 6 and he shouldn't have told me 6 if it was a lie. I got to that point with my car where I knew I should change my tires, but was hoping they'd last me through the winter. Unfortunately my car didn't agree with me. He decided we needed new tires. (He was very persuasive...you know, that whole steering wheel shaking thing when I drove? Yeah...) So now it's Saturday afternoon and I'm in need of four new tires. I happened to be in town visiting my parents and my dad suggested Tire Warehouse. The guys at Tire Warehouse were polite and quick. They dissuaded me from getting a tire that was too expensive and suggested a comparable mid-priced All Season tire. I have to say, I appreciate the honesty - especially when the mid-priced tire was almost a half the price. They quickly took my info, my keys and sent me on my way. Polite, professional, excellent prices, and extremely fast service even as a walk-in. I first came to Tire Warehouse when I desperately needed new tires for my trusty Subaru. Elsewhere, I was getting quotes of over $1200 and being told that it would be a whole day. Here, it was about $650 for the Yokohamas I wanted. They are no nonsense and fast - about an hour when busy. You get tires put on, rotated, or repaired. There are no gotchas. You can get or decline their road hazard protection. That's the only upsell. They price match too. They sell well known tires - Goodyear, Michelin, and Yokohama - but also less expensive tires for folks on a budget. Like any place, call ahead to make sure they have exactly what you need. I'm very happy with Tire Warehouse and have now been back to have them put new tires on my other car. read more

I just left BJ's wholesale In Haverhill with an appointment to have (All 4 Tires replaced) taking advantage of a sale when I stopped in the week before. BJ's wholesale club in Haverhill told me they were putting the tires aside and they will be waiting for me when I came in the following Monday. Lo and behold I have an appointment but there's no tires. Of course there are tires but for a considerable cost increase to what I was quoted the week before. Now I'm at Tire Warehouse inHaverhill. I have used another tire place in the past but they weren't allowing access to the indoor waiting room and it was a cold rainy day when I needed a flat tire replaced.
