Although I wasn't happy about paying for tires all the way around lol, Sullivan gave me great tires for a fair price considering my tire size is expensive, after it was all said and done they applied 2 coupons and I paid less than what the quote was originally. They were short staffed, so the wait didn't bother me all that much. (Imagine someone complaining that they're waiting, I'm sure you got so much going on during a pandemic haha). So slow! Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday at 3 pm, and it still isn't finished, more than 26 hours later. This service was for a state inspection, and 4 new tires. Counter person is dismissive and borderline rude. I will never bring my personal or work vehicles here ever again. read more

UPDATE: I was contacted by Mike Fitzgibbons the District Manager for Sullivan Tire he was genuinely concerned about my bad experience at the Hudson,NH store. I told him the issue and he was very understanding of the situation and immediately offered to rectify the situation. Since I live near the Billerica Sullivan Tire shop he set me up with Brian the manager at the Billerica store. Brian was very professional and took good care of me as well as Louie at the front counter and J. Valentin master technician who worked on my car. Not only did they replace the stabilizer links on my car free of charge they also checked my alignment and made a slight adjustment that was needed. Because of Mike and his Billerica team's dedication and professionalism I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Sullivan Tire. I ordered 4 tires for my Toyota Camry through the Sullivan Tire website and made an appointment to have them mounted and balanced at the Hudson NH location. The total price was significantly less than what I had been quoted at a Toyota dealership. When I arrived, I found the personnel to be friendly and easy to deal with. The waiting area is small and could use some updating, but it is tolerable. There is free WiFi. The job took about 90 minutes, including a four wheel alignment. My only disappointment: When I ordered the tires online, I explicitly opted out of the optional road hazard warranty. However, when I was presented with the invoice following the work, I noticed a $48 charge for the warranty. I decided it was not worth making an issue out of, so I just paid the bill and left. Who knows, maybe that warranty will come in handy at some point. Still, I wonder if routinely adding the "optional" warranty to the invoice is common practice at Sullivan Tire. read more

Hello, Sullivan Tire. Before my NH State Inspection appointments, plural, I had given the Hudson, NH shop 5 Stars. It was mostly because of the cleanup of a botched battery job. George, the manager, did the cleanup. Fast forward to last Monday, and this past Friday. I had to make two appts., and wait an hour and half, last Monday, to learn I need a small replacement of a small, $10 elbow item, connect to the passenger side sway bar. With labor, the quote was roughly $130. The part had to be ordered, and after the 45 mins. to get the car in, and then more wait, to learn the issue, I was not going to wait any longer, that day. I returned, Friday. Before my 1pm appt., I called, ahead to confirm the appt and that they would be ready for my car. I was told they would be ready for me. Ha! I waited 30 minutes, and my car was still in the lot. How to turn your 5 star review to zero! I had to get to another appt. and asked for my keys and reg. Not one person tried to talk to me, or help. I read reviews about this shop, Friday night. This location has several bad Customer Service reports. I was prompted to write this review, after that. Like others, I have lost all trust in this shop, and like others, I would like to speak with the District Manager, to review all my experience. The manager should not have to work cleanup on so many CS issues. He was off, Friday. I was thinking of having an Alignment and maybe other work done, at Sullivan, as my car is older, with low mileage, but as I say, my trust was shattered. They fooled me, twice, now. This inspection was their second chance to keep me as their Customer. I have only a few more days, before August 10th, to get my repair and sticker. I have lost a week. If I don't get a quick response, to set this right, I will have to go to another place and start over. If someone wants to contact me, it has to be on Monday, Tues am, latest. I need to make another appointment. This is the first time in in my life it has taken over two appts. to get a state sticker. Ridiculous! This team is in serious need of a Customer Service Tune Up! I don't trust mechanics. (Who does, right?) It's one of those things that are just ingrained into our personalities. The mechanic is going to rip you off. And a mechanic owned by a big, national company? Oh boy... THEY'RE going to rip you off even more!! After the Brake N Go that was here closed down, I went back and forth between this Sullivan Tire and the Meineke next door for two or three visits. Just simple oil changes. But, what won me over at Sullivan Tire was the way that Rich and Matt really seemed to genuinely care and take the time to explain what was going on. When it was an expensive repair, they seemed to feel bad that it was expensive. I never walked away feeling like I was being ripped off, even when it was a six or seven or eight hundred dollar repair. In the end, I actually found a mechanic I trust. And when I walk in, they know my name, they say hello, and they're genuinely friendly. As, too, are their mechanics. It may have a regionally recognized name on their sign and a "big" sponsorship deal with a team -- but they're still a neighborhood mechanic. That's a great thing. read more

Went to Sullivan for a car inspection. Jason came out right away to tell me I needed 4 new tires. He recommended Goodyear's at over $1,000.00, but if I got the Goodyear credit card I could have the cost reduced. I said I did not want to spend that much and did not want a credit card. He then told me the best he could do was a set of tires for about $700.00 ....ok...will come back when they come in. It's always been easy to get an appointment even if it was on very short notice, too. On my last visit, though, they really went above and beyond! My van broke down and had to be towed there. After i made arrangements to have them look at it when they had the time, they even gave me and my cat a ride home. They found that the repair was covered by a recall, came and picked me up at home, and got the van started for me so i could take it to the dealer. Sullivan Tire is amazing. I've had nothing but great experiences here. When I purchased my car last fall, it came with all-season performance tires. With winter coming up, I knew I needed some traction, and decided to shop around for some snow tires. After browsing the web and finding a great price on a set of 4, I then decided to find a place that would install them for me - and so enters Sullivan Tire. Not only did they assure me that they would install my new tires, but they price-matched the online deal, AND had a promotion that allowed me to get a $70 rebate (this all included the price of the installation and free rotations for life too)! Combine this with the fact that I did not have to pay sales tax - this really saved me a lot of money! I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to see me within 3 days! The only reason it took that long was because they had to wait for the new tires to arrive, otherwise they would've seen me in a shorter time. When I arrived, I asked them if they could give me my old tires (which still had a lot of tread on them), and they happily obliged. After the job was done, they pulled my car around and I saw they already loaded it up with my old tires, each of them wrapped in durable plastic bags so they wouldn't make a mess. That is some great service! I returned to Sullivan's tire a few weeks ago to have my all season tires put back on. Again, nothing but great service. I made my appointment 1 day in advance this time - no problem. After swapping the tires, they balanced everything, and offered me a deal they were running on lifetime balances. which I took. So now I get free rotations AND balances for the life of the tires. What more can I ask for? They wrapped up my winter tires and packed them up in my car. Recently got a safety inspection there, got rejected because of a 2 inch hole at the bottom of the front fender not going into the passenger compartment, exposed metal ( state insp. technicality) seeing that is was not an actual safety hazard two places I took it to both said to me they failed it because of that? cost $800.00 for new fender. the time before this I got a quote for fr & rr brakes @ $750.00 that went to $1300.00, after job complete I had a squeal from time to time had to go back twice still not fixed. all you accomplished was to lose a loyal customer, congrats. read more

Excellent customer service. Came here with a tire that was going flat after going to another disreputable tire company (who found nothing wrong with the tire). I was late for my appointment but the Service desk person (Matt) was very nice and understanding. The took the car in, found a nail and fixed the tire for me. Matt did mention I will need new tires soon. I had looked at the display of tire wear and notice myself I'll need new tires before the end of the year. But he didn't pull any games and gave me good straight information. When I do need new tires I know where I'm going to get them. Good job Sullivan. read more

The building they now occupy was once the old Brake n Go which I was a loyal customer of for many years. However when they abruptly went out of business I hesitated to go to Sullivan tire as I have always preferred to deal with smaller repair shops for what I have always perceived as better service and sharper pricing. Well, long story short, Sullivan Tire and their incredibly professional manager (Rich) completely proved me wrong. Their service and pricing has completely won me over which really is not an easy thing to do as I can be very skeptical of "larger" companies. Best way I can some up my experience with them is that they genuinely care that you have a great experience. I know this as they always now my name when I come in, are friendly and even in the face of adversity (they messed up on a repair) they went above by not only acknowledging their mistake but right away did everything necessary to make things right and ensure there was as little inconvenience to me and my family from that point forward. These guys are the real deal and I highly recommend Rich and his team! read more
