They said they did not want to be liable in case something happens to that tire due to it being bald. ( there should be waivers for this) I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of being a female. The technician came out with a quote for a full set of tires, $1500. Something I never asked for. On July 8, I towed my car off at this shop for an EPS light concern (my steering wheel wouldn't…read moreturn). After having my car for a week, no one called or gave any update regarding my car. July 16, I went up there to see what was going on, they explained to me that they are having a hard time finding the correct part for my car (electric steering pump) however they will call me when they find it. Also, they explained that the only problem with my car is the electric steering pump, after tearing my steering wheel down. Another goes by, no call or any update (July23) , so I call again, they explained that they found a part and will work on the repair Friday July 23. They called me and stated that my car was ready for pickup, I get there, they tell me that my steering wheel will make a click noise every time I turn because my "steering wheel is worn out". Even though, this clicking noise wasn't present before the repair, so how all of a sudden, it's worn out now ??? I paid $1,400 for an EPS repair and front-end alignment, but left with a new clicking noise in my steering wheel that was never there before. The clicking happens every time I turn the wheel, both while parked and driving, and I can feel it through the steering wheel. I felt unsatisfied after leaving because I had a huge concern that maybe something wasn't done right during the reassembly. When I brought the car back, the mechanics were completely dismissive. Instead of inspecting the vehicle or trying to determine why this new issue started immediately after the repair, they simply claimed my steering wheel was "worn out" and needed to be replaced. This was never mentioned during the original diagnosis, despite the steering system being taken apart for the repair. I expected much better customer service after spending $1,400. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, they refused to properly inspect the vehicle and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I now have to seek another repair for my vehicle through someone else all because they lack customer service skills and seem very scamful! How can you not look at paying customer's on a vehicle you worked on !!!????
