Service = "I want you to be happy when you leave" -John. Prices = spectacular! Quality & speed of service = one of the best. Mounted and balanced 2 BFG G-force Comp2 A/S tires and had a 4-wheel alignment done within 45 minutes for just over $300. After getting home, I noticed chipping and scratches around the hub of each wheel so I took it back. John showed me where the alignment clamps normally mount and it was unlikely that they did the damage, but still offered to help me find a solution! I'm definitely not the most car savvy person, but I quickly realized that the only other tire shop my car had been to had to have done the damage. Tire Zone is dope! Had to get 2 tires fast and last minute. Called around. Most didn't have it in stock cuz it was a performance tire and those who did, wouldn't be able to put in on for hours. I have gone to tire zone for a few years and I was glad to find that they have this new location closer to my home. Tire Zone has great prices and a very good selection of tires for my cars and truck. I always receive a smile, great service and they answer all of my questions about which tires to choose and when i ask about an alignment they wont charge you if it is not needed. They have new computerized equipment for the alignment that lets you see exactly what needs to be done and if it needs alignment or not. came here to get 2 new tires for my car. the tires I needed are a little difficult to find so I called ahead of time and asked if they had the size and specifically stated that I needed 2. the gentleman I spoke to, John, very nice man, stated that they did have them. they close at 6 so I rushed over after work. when I get there he stated that they only have 1. that bothered me that he didn't mention that on the phone when I had called. came back the next day and the tires I needed were on hand and they threw them on right then and there in less than 20 mins! they didn't seem to mind as I hung around the bay to watch. excellent service. apart from making me go the day prior and not disclosing over the phone that only 1 tire was on hand. Came in today for an alignment on all four wheels. I was told that the wait time would be approximately an hour to an hour and a half, the actual wait time was only 45 minutes. John was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the alignment. The cost of the four wheel alignment was about the same prie most places charge for just a two wheel alignment. Best prices in town and honest service. I have been taking my 3 vehicles here for about a year and John always delivers. Three sets of tires that were by far the lowest price anywhere. Weather you're looking for the cheapest, mid grade or top quality tires, John will give you your options and offer the lowest price for all of them. Fast and affordable alignment as well, and lowered friendly! I have done several upgrades to the suspension on my M3 lately which require me to have it realigned every time, and they will always check it first and only charge me if it actually needs adjustment. I work down the street and usually bring it during my lunch and John is really good at getting me in and out as fast as he can. Another thing i really like is the fact that you can see your car being worked on in the waiting room through the glass which is right next to the alignment rack. I bought a set of tires from Costco and wanted to get an alignment. Based on my mechanics's recommendation and Yelp reviews, I took my Accord to the Tire Zone in Glendora. I was quoted a fair price for the alignment and the technician got right to work. The salesman asked if I was aware of the rebate available for my new tires purchased elsewhere. He said he could provide me with the paperwork. I thanked him and said it had already been taken care of. A few minutes later, the technician working on my car came in and told me my alignment was "perfect" and that I didn't need an alignment. I thanked him and told him to charge for me checking my alignment. He said they don't charge for alignment checks. I was done in less than 10 minutes and didn't spend a penny. I can't vouch for their products because I didn't buy anything but I can say without a doubt that they are honest and the service was outstanding. I will return in the future. read more
