Beware of the bait n switch. I came here like many other times to find a new face at the counter. I asked if I could get a screw removed from my tire and check for leaks. The guy looks at my truck and quickly tells me how they have new tires for my truck. After I decline his options, he then advises me of the condition of my tire and will not be able to remove the screw. Wonderful scam for the owners but as a customer already debating if I should drive with a screw to a shop or figure something else out is quite deceptive. Hoping someone in management sees this and addresses it accordingly. Nonetheless I will never return to this place. I will also be truthful when I'm asked for a reputable tire service business. Spoke to Ruben and he told me to bring it it and we will try to remove for you. He was very helpful on the phone and very knowledgeable. I had the car towed to them and immediately they were able to remove the bolt! Not to mention that I called AAA 3 times and they were not able to remove it. I got my tires replaced at this place. I would leave 0 stars if I could. When I purchased the tires, there was 149k miles. Now, there are 170k. This business SAYS their warranty is 45-50k mile warranty on the tires. So my tires are covered under warranty, or SHOULD be! My tire has a big bulge on the side so needs to be replaced. I called this business and let them know and Ruben let me know that since I didn't purchase extra warranty that my tire replacement is not covered. However I should be covered under their base warranty that they advertise. So be careful when you do business with this place they give you shitty replacement tires and then lie about their warranty so they don't have to replace your tires. read more

Called another place tire alignment and they were going to charge me $30 more than what Tire Zone charged me and they said they couldn't get me in until tomorrow with an appointment. I called Tire Zone and John quoted me a great price and said he could take me right away. Pulled up and pulled my car right into the bay. John said.it would take about 30-35 minutes where the other place said it would take an hour to an hour and a half depending on how bad the alignment is. I'm not a professional obviously, but those are pretty drastic time differences. They took good care of my rims (as in they treated my rims like as if it was their personal ) staff was friendly and very welcoming . Has a nice indoor and outdoor seating area. I've talked to George several times on the phone to schedule services and both times have been excellent. First was buying 4 new tires because all mine needed to be replaced (my regular mechanics said they needed replacing). Service was same day and fairly inexpensive.
