my husband brought our 2016 Toyota corolla for new tires as all the tires was balding. purchased brand new for all 4. The next month our light was on nd decided to take it back to the shop see if they could do something or if we could just buy a replacement. & when we got there the employee remembered the car and my husband, that really stood out to me that he didnt need a form of payment to remember their customers, they didnt have to search a name he remembered the sticker on the car. Meaning he takes car of every car that comes to him. I feel like if you plan on buying all new tires you should get them here because their warranty is lifetime, ive been to so many tire shops, big brands, cosco "discount tires" and i could honestly say the price and service does not get any better anywhere else read more

An update. I do not like their brakes. They failed when I needed them. And that was a couple days after I posted this review and I haven't got around to updating until today. So everything else from this company I would recommend except for the brakes. So they're going down to four stars because I still the people and the rest of the services. This is the BEST tire shop I've ever been to in my life, and I honestly wish I lived closer. I'd come here and give Jesus all my business for as long as I owned vehicles. Let me set the stage... I'm driving down Donner pulling a massive 16K livestock trailer and I feel bumping. I can't tell if it's the truck or the trailer, but I was limping my one ton diesel and the trailer all the way to the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center. I get the trailer unhooked and I can tell for sure it's the truck. I ask the people that run the Events Center for a shop recommendation, because I need a shop that can work on bigger trucks, not just little passenger cars. They say Sierra Nevada Tires gets all their business. I take it to Jesus around 3pm, and instead of telling me I need to leave the truck for a day or two, he looks at it and says "This tire is out of round. It's basically coming apart from the inside and this bulge right here is what is causing the bumping. I've got a used tired I can put on there to get you back home. That's the cheapest option." I ask him if he can get 4 new tires, since I'm going to need that anyway. He quotes me less than what my shop at home charged me originally (2 years ago) and says he'll send his wife to go get them and he'll stay late to get the truck done in a couple hours. He then gives me the keys to his shop truck and says, "You've got your daughter with you. Take our truck so you aren't sitting with her in the heat. I'll call you when it's ready." Who does that?!? Jesus does! He calls me at 6:30p (30 minutes after closing time) and tells me it's all done and to come swap trucks. Then he charged me less than his original quote, which was already SUPER competitive to begin with. I cannot recommend this shop enough for their honesty, customer service, and going absolutely above and beyond to get me back on the road - knowing it's not likely I will need tires in Reno again, since I don't live here. I went to Sierra Nevada Tires due to the great reviews & they didn't disappoint. I received the lowest brake replacement (with rotors) quote and I previously got multiple quotes. They got me in & out quickly even though they had 4 other cars in front of mine. Great job, I also had issues with my car wobbling, had someone else check the alignment and all was good with alignment, but still didn't know what was causing the wobble. SNT let me know that it's my front struts that need replacement. I will be returning to SNT to have that repaired next. Oh and they're very friendly, great customer service & "good vibes." read more

Jesus was very helpful I had started losing air pressure in my tire thinking i had a nail when I came to sierra nevada tires i requested to get the tire replaced they were honest and told me I had cracked my rim and thats the reason why i was losing pressure. Instead of selling me another tire and sending me on my way. He actually put some weld on my rim so it would hold until i was able to get to a dealership to get it replaced. read more

The set up is a little funky, you have to pull into the tire parking lot on the left side of the building and then go all the way around back, then drive up into the shop. They said they bring the car in so we did and they were awesome.
