I've been here twice for 2 different tires. Both times they were able to patch/plug it and both tires have been fine. $25 each time and I didn't have to wait longer than 15 - 20 minutes. It's been six months & no problems. The guys who work there are always polite & quick. Sure beats waiting at the other name brand tire place I normally go. I recommend this place. read more

I came to this tire shop on Sunday afternoon after noticing that I had run over a nail and my tire pressure was low. I'm not from the area so I looked up tire places on yelp and everyone was closed. Thankfully this shop was open! As soon as I pulled up, a young gentleman (didn't catch his name but seemed like he could have been an owner or a manager) came out to help me. I told him the problem with the tire and he IMMEDIATELY got to work. I had mentioned to him that I had somewhere to be and was already running late so I wanted whatever was the fastest, but still safe to keep the tire running. He put a plug in the tire, but still went out of his way to recommend that I take the tire to get patched from the inside whenever I could, as it was a better option for longevity. When all was said and done, and even after being super informative, extremely helpful, and fast working, he didn't even charge me for the work!! I think he could tell I was in a rush, but I honestly could not believe it!! People are not really giving and just don't do things like this anymore... This shop has good, hardworking, honest people and I would honestly recommend them to my friends and family, and anyone who needs some work done on their tires. If I ever find myself in Fallbrook again and in need of some tire service, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. Never, ever come to Tires 4 Less. If I could give less than 1 star I would. In a small town, you are as good as your word. Even with a receipt written for a return, they would not honor their commitments to refund me based on them being $5 short in the register. Upon returning, they completely changed their story. When asking to talk to the manager or owner, they won't even give a name. Beware: Besides providing a service, customers have choices based on experience and recommendations. I would not recommend this place. Terrible follow through on customer service. I'll take my business to Scrappy's or support other local businesses who put the customer and their commitment to them first. read more

I would give no stars but I'm forced to give one!!! I called yesterday(8/5/20) to order a tire for my car! They told me that it would be in today(8/6/20) by 11a.m. So I called at 10:30 to ask about my tire and the guy that answered said that they never had a chance to order my tire! I was mad AF,I'm not gonna lie! I told him that I had called basically when they opened on 8/5/20 and he told me that there is a certain time they have to put in the order by,but I had called early AF in the a.m. so I was confused as to why it didn't get ordered! All he kept saying was they didn't make the time limit to order it! An hour later some lady calls me to tell me that it was the guys fault for not knowing that it was on it way (my tire). I told her that I didn't want the tire no more! The communication here sucks within there work place! I found out they were gonna charge me $130 more than what the actual tire cost!! Basically this place has horrible service and I do not hope that ANYONE comes here for a tire or anything else!! I hope this place closes down because Mr. Tires down Alturas Rd does a BETTER job!!!!! I got a flat tire on the freeway and I called around the tire shops in fallbrook to see if anyone had my size and they really lived up to their name! My tire size is 205/55/16 and I drove out of there with two front Michelin tires for 120! Way under the other shops and I had a great experience. Erick and Mike were really helpful! I plan on getting the other two soon! Also they have cold water in their lobby that saved me in this heat!! read more

Worst experience buying tires ever. Would not recommend to anyone. At least not this location. Had my tires installed by them and they ripped the bead on the tire causing it to leak and go flat. Went back so they could seal it but the tire had gotten ruined from driving flat. Didnt offer me anything, not even a deal on annother tire, instead told me it was my fault and they wernt going to do anything. They ended up telling me to leave or they would call the cops on me. Not to mention they were drinking alcohol in the shop. I called tires for less in vista, and although they are owned by different people, they took care of me. They were really professional and helped me get my car back on the road. So if you are looking to go to tires for less, look past fallbrook and go to vista! Far better customer service, and they will get the job done right! read more

My husband and I had the worst experience here. They gave us a price on tires and then tried to change it. We had aftermarket rims we needed the tires on and we didn't know that they needed sensors. They asked us what kind of car they rims were going on and since they are tire professionals, they should know that newer cars come with sensors! Well when all was done..my cars sensor light was on and we went back...we were quoted $80 to put sensors on from the cars original tires..they changed the price again when we went back!!! We called the Vista store instead and they were glad to fix the issue for us without arguing with us. read more
