Tried to go in today and see if they could replace it and said no cause I could've hit a curb. Do not take your tires there to get mounted on your rims. They do not know what there doing. Very bad service and handling my brand new $3400 rims! They scuffed a 3-4 inch area were they attached the weights. They scuffed this area without telling me or asking me if it's ok on brand new chrome. Idiots!! Bought 2 used tires from Tires For Less, about 2 weeks ago for $65 ea. One of the tires blew out on the freeway. Because of that, the warranty was void. They could give me a "discount" of $50"for a replacement used tire. Made a phone call to sears and for a 2 BRAND NEW TIRE $123 out the door. Wow for $13 ea tire i could have had new tires, with a warranty. IVAN AND ANGELICA had zero compassion and no time for any customers before i even explained my issue. I had a great experience at this location. Around the first of the year I was driving to work and work truck in front of me had a screw driver that fell off and it went in the back of my tire and rim. I searched around for a used tire with about the same tread life that I had on my existing tires. This place had one for a reasonable price. They even offered to fix my rim and did a great job welding it. 7 weeks later I've had no issues. When I went to pickup the tire and rim they instantly started working on installing the new tire and rim. By the time I was done paying they had everything done and even put my spare tire back in place. I had a great experience and would recommend them to my friends. read more

My Husband & I arrived to get pricing for two tires, because the guys next door at Bear referred us to them. He parked and went next door first and I sat in the car waiting. There was lots of parking and no one else was there. About 15 min later I look up from my phone and looked towards the drivers side and there stood a woman getting my attention. I was sitting in the passenger side, so she walked over to the passenger side and asked me to not park there and I proceeded to explained to her that I am waiting for my Husband and she interrupted and said, "You need to move your car on that side." I was a bit confused and mentioned there's no parking spaces on that side so where do I park,? and she interrupted me and asked, "Didn't you just pour your coffee out the window?" I looked at her with a bit of shock, because there's no window where we are parked but I did notice a camera on the building's corner, and said, "Yes," but I've never had this sort of thing happen before and her response to me was, "It is incovenience." So I responded and said, "Thank you for letting me know I'll go ahead and move my car now," as she walked away saying, "Okay." I actually agree that my Husband shouldn't have poured that little but of coffee left in his cup onto their parking lot. We did get our quote on the used and new tires but after discussing it with my Husband he made the decision to take our business elsewhere. Therefore, due to this encounter, I definitely won't be shopping there after all. I was ready to get tires today but I ended up going elsewhere and I'm very happy where I got my tires. I got my 4 new tires here, and my rim fixed as well as getting an alignment. The price is unbeatable I paid 400 for everything. The customer service is great. I have no complaints, they treat you very well and treat you like your business matters. I came up on one of the techs patched my tire and tried to tell me that it was a new tire that he installed. bad business conduct. I don't recommend them at all. Despite the bad reviews on here I came in based on friend recommendations. Compared to other shops, the alignment prices were cheaper and reasonable. I think they are under new management or ownership. They used to have great deals on tires and service used to be great. Not so much anymore. I was quoted $250 to replace rear strut/coil assembly on Saturday and I even confirmed with the girl up front that it was the whole assembly and not just the strut and she asked one of the techs to confirm and he pointed to the picture on the internet and said, yes, the assembley, that one, as he pointed to it. She said they could not do it until next week. I took my car in on Tuesday morning and dropped it off. Had to go back as I left my laptop bag in the back seat, when I went back they said it would now be $380+ As soon as I questioned them on it they suddenly only speak Spanish.
