Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle!

Before I could even inspect the wheels, they rushed to mount the tires--triggering their "no returns once mounted" policy. And guess what? The wheels don't fit. The bolt pattern and hub don't line up. Completely unusable. When I asked for a return, they flat-out refused. Even after Asanti themselves said they'd accept a return if the shop initiated it, the shop refused to lift a finger. So I'm stuck with a set of wheels and tires that they guaranteed would work--and don't. To make matters worse, they promised to help me resell the wheels. I gave them 90 days. They never listed them. They sat in the back of the shop collecting dust--until I picked them up myself. One of the wheels was damaged. This shop has zero accountability, zero integrity, and zero respect for their customers. They'll tell you anything to get a sale, but when the product doesn't work, they vanish. Owner redid the brakes and no noise but do have a deep scratches on one of my rotors. He likes to work fast and make too many mistakes. Owner was mad that he couldn't prove it was the brake pads and in fact it was his service that caused the problem/damage. I didn't have previous issues with the brakes just doing routine maintenance. Highly regret trusting this guy!!!
