Without asking, they topped off my washer fluid and aired up my tires, which I appreciated. The technician alerted me to an exhaust problem that potentially would be covered by warranty with the dealership and didn't try to talk me in to anything- was simply letting me know. I also really like the printout they give you so you know where you stand as far as battery life and recommended services for the future based on the mileage of the car. I can look things up to educate myself before making any decisions as well. Since buying a car these days is SO EXPENSIVE, I want to take good care of the one I have so it lasts as long as possible.
