They would sabotage your car to get you come back to them. Trust me. 2020-02-14 Yep. I stopped going to this shop since October 2018. And my car never has any problems again. I can't believe the shop is still in business. I guess a lot of their customers don't check Google Reviews/Yelp Reviews and might not even speak English. 2019-02 Finally got all problems fixed at some other place. It was one of the O2 sensors. And I am 100% sure it was them who sabotaged it. And when I went to them, they ran a diagnose and told me it was the engine. 2019-01-17 Because of the problems they caused to my car, driving became really dangerous. It gives me a lot of pressure when I have to deal with some other problems in my life. Now I have to spend more than $1500 to check where the problems are and get the car fixed, of course at a trusted place. 2018-10 It is hard to pinpoint what they did to my car. All I know is the power steering system started to leak, then the break switch went wrong. The last time I went there to get oil changed, the my O2 sensors started to fail. I have been driving this car for 2 years without having any issues. After 3 times of oil change there, a lot of parts started to fail. I am pretty sure they sabotaged more than one place to my car. 2018-07 Workers there are nice. But the boss always tries to charge me 50% to 100% more, and when I try to pay by credit card, he will tell me to pay more as tax, unless I pay cash. Now I go to another mechanics. read more

I had my car radiator flushed out at another mechanic shop in Lewisville .they used a chemical flush was done on 10/1/2021.on 10/2 2021 my radiator started blowing all the coolant out of my radiator.i could not take it back to the shop!that was 20 miles away,because my car was running very hot,and I did not won't to blow a head casket.so i took my car to state inspection and tire shop.they look at my car underneath and told me that my water pump was bad.they gave me a very good price to replace my water pump.very honest nice mechanics working there were all professionals.and did a great job on my car .one man working there told me that no matter what the customer was always right.i would recommend this garage very highly.they are very very helpful and truthful.if you need anything done to your car ,please use this garage.great place,honest.Carl read more

This absolute WORST. Only TWO techs can be trusted. The white tech and the black guy tech. The rest will lie and try to con you out of your money. Took my car up there due to an oil change being needed. One week later my check engine light comes on and my fan and air-conditioning is no longer working. Take my car back and wait 5 hours for them to do NOTHING. I waited for them to fix the fan that they claimed was the problem only for them to then come back and tell ME...an actual grown up that The reason my air conditioning isn't getting cold is because Of the damn radio. RADIOOOOOOO?! I told them BULLSHIT. Im not paying for for guesses. So, the tech decided that he was going to be a smart ass and undo all of the work that I sat here for five hours waiting for. Because his fragile male ego couldnt take being called out. I took it to the shop right next door who CONFIRMED what i already knew. They didnt even BOTHER to properly diagnose my car or its problem. They just took a bunch of half guesses and assumed that because I was a woman I wouldn't know any better. read more

Liars crooks find another place you've been warned. Very shady business practices... they try to overcharge you by mis diagnosing the actual issue. I reported a problem with inside tire wear and they say I need shocks... bad shocks cause cupping not inside tire wear....smh read more

Very disappointed in this place. Went in for an oil change, then they tried to say that I needed to "flush my engine oil" with this cheap ass additive stuff they had, which was $50. I said, "how can you tell the oil is dirty?" He replies "cause of the dipstick" which is funny because he never even checked the dipstick! I declined of course because adding additives to an engine is NEVER a good idea. Then the INEXPERIENCED mechanic didn't even let all the oil drain out before replacing the cap AND did NOT put a bead of oil on the new oil filter! Everyone knows this standard procedure! When I complained to the manager, he could care less. And tried to tell me your not supposed to put on a bead of oil. (hell, even popular mechanics magazine recommends doing this!) To top it all off, When I mentioned it leaking around the oil pan screw, he said, "it was probably like that when you drove in" Unbelievable! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here. This is just sick! Overall impression, these guys offer services you dont need and do a crappy job altogether. read more

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER* I went Saturday to get an alignment and two used tires. They were very rude. I had to come back because my car was shaking. They didn't balanced my tires. So today my light came on my car I went up there and then rude guy told me it's my brakes. Then, he plugged my car up to take the light off and it's back on 30 minutes later. I've never had any issues with my car until I went up there. I've never experienced any rudeness from any tire shop until I went there. I have to go and get my sensor fixed somewhere else. I definitely don't want any of them to touch my car ever! read more

If I could give negative stars, I'd do it for this place. We had my son's truck towed there ($75) because it wouldn't start. They said it needed a new fuel pump (($300). We got the truck home, and it started doing the same thing. Had it towed back a second time ($85). Supposedly replaced the fuel pump again (lesson learned, if a mechanic replaces a part, tell them you want the old one). Started doing the same thing. This time, they said it needed a new fuse box. We found a refurbished one on ebay ($65). "Oh, we can't do that. The wire harness is cut." They never mentioned we needed a wire harness, too. The truck is now a paperweight at a friend's house, and they won't honor their work AT ALL. Even threatened to call the police when my husband went to talk to them. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING WITH WHEELS TO THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE. read more

This place is trash, I have two experiences with this low life of a shop. !st I can to get my truck inspected and he said my tires were low on tread ( 50% tread left on them) then he tried to sell me his garbage used overpriced tires. Then opens my hood and said I needed a oil change and he could do it for 100 dollars, Then when I decline the manager slams the hood of my truck! 2nd (first of all I should of just went to another shop but I believe in second chances) I took my jeep to get inspected, I pull up and he is talking to some people, I had to wait for 20 mins, the I told him I needed to get it inspected and he said 300 dollars, Then looks under my jeep and says I have a exhaust leak that will be 100 more to fix it, (I just got a new exhaust installed professionally a week ago) So I just drove off. I went here to get my vehicle inspected for registration, as I had had my vehicle inspected here before. My last visit was absolutely awful. The customer service of the two guys working here was very rude and unwelcoming. They weren't busy and had no customers, yet I was greeted as if I were bothering them. I asked for an inspection, and he told me right off the bat that I would fail because the window tinting was too dark and illegal. I told him that I have never failed an inspection for the tint in all I've had tinting on it (nor have I ever been pulled over by PD for tinting), and that I had a DPS approved sticker verifying it was legal tint. Then he said I had a muffler leak, which I know I do not have. When I tried starting my car, it wouldn't turnover because he had disconnected the battery, and the other employee actually laughed that my car wouldn't start! Unbelieveable. Very unprofessional, lazy, and looking for problems that aren't there so they can make money off of unsuspecting customers. read more

Many years ago in my high school days, I was a mechanic assistant. Basically, I was doing everything that my boss and the chief mechanic don't want to do. One day, I was filling up 4 tires on a car. I recall it took a long time to get the tires inflated. After filling the tires, I drove and moved it to the side. In the short drive, I realized something was wrong as the car was very bouncy. As it turned out, the filling gauge that's attached to the hose was way off. The tires only needs about 30psi, and I had like 3 times that. I was fortunate that no one was hurt and I had caught my own mistake, but it was really the fault of the original air gauge. So why the story? I stopped here early this week to get front end alignment and had tires mount/balance. On my way home, the tires sounded very loud, and my vehicle was very bouncy. Even though it's been more than 30 years, I immediately suspected it could be over inflation of tires. When I got home, I checked all 4 using my tire gauge and all 4 tires all topped out the max of 60ps on my gauge. After letting the air out for a good 10sec, it was still at 60psi, so the actual psi in these tires were probably around 80 or 90psi. On the side of my door, the manufacture sticker has 29psi, and since these are larger size tires, I usually run few psi under it. Had I kept these tires at this high of a pressure, they could have blown and cause serious damage and possible lives. When this happened to me 30+ years ago, I was young and inexperience, but had the sense to double check. These guys are supposed to be professional, and both their mechanic and manager/owner didn't know better, or care. Drove the vehicle the last 2 days and decided to take it back today as the front is drifting to the left. Told the manager about the tires pressure, and his response was "what was wrong with 60psi"? Told him it was well over, and my vehicle only needs no more than 29psi. He didn't apologize or anything. Also told him that his mechanic left dirt marks all over my steering wheel, door handle, door panel, and my carpet mats. I had to use the foam cleaner to scrub everything last night. Again, no apology. Told him to just have the front end recheck and if they can rebalance the tires as it had a vibration above 45mph. Over an hour wait, it was ready. Asked the mechanic about vibration, and he just shrug his shoulder. I was watching them, and it was not done, even though I had complaint about it to the manager. And once again, my whole inside is dirty as I'll need to use the foam to scrub my floor mat later. In driving back to the office, my front end alignment still drift to the left. After all this time, I'll never go back again. The alignment and balancing is not perfect, but I'll live with it. I hate writing bad reviews, especially to the small independent businesses. But I do hope that the owner/manager will read this and make some simple changes with their customer service and mechanical skills of their employees. read more
