Three stripped lug nuts in one shot
    Dana R.

Went here to get two rear tires changed on my car. The mechanic used a pneumatic Air Mag impact wrench to take off my wheels which is fine, but I watched in amazement as he started to put on my LH rear wheel with the same pneumatic tool. I figured he knew what he was doing, but sure enough he stops and says "one is no good", and hands me a stripped nut. He assured me that its fine because its only one and started on my other wheel. I stood over him as he did the rear RH one and asked him if he could use a regular torque hand wrench instead, but he told me that was all he had and pointed to the Air Mag. I drove right to the auto parts store to buy more lug nuts and found that he actually stripped 3. Two of the other nuts had already come loose on the short drive there. Glad he didn't screw up the studs or else I would have been looking at spending more than just $20 on new lug nuts.

In and out in 10 minutes. Only charged for valve stem. Even on my dual rear van, jacked it up and got it fixed. Will use again

Tire Pros did a full diagnosis and they discovered that in addition to needing new brake pads, the more serious problem was that my brake line was slowly leaking fluid. The fact that they were diligent enough to explore every possible problem shows how much integrity they put into their work. I could have taken my car to a different place, and they could have just replaced my brakes without checking my brake line, and without realizing it, I would've continued living my life being at risk of becoming responsible for a serious collision due to an undiscovered brake fluid leak. I am so grateful to M.I.C. Tire Pros for identifying the root problem and solving it. From management, to the technicians, to the people who run the convenience store section, you can tell that there is a sense of comradery and a familial sense of respect that is shown to everyone. I discovered that this is a family run establishment and that vibe definitely trickles down to their customers. In terms of monetary value, the price I paid for new brakes, a repaired brake line, an oil change and new windshield wipers was more than fair, especially considering their excellent customer service and their quality of work. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that your car is safe to drive is priceless.

The gentleman who was sent by the Auto Repair shop to put my donut on, told me about Mr. Tires in terms of only knowing they existed because the shop was about four minutes away from my location. (He didn't actually know the owner or any of the workers there.) Upon pulling up, a guy immediately signaled by waving to let me know it was okay to enter the garage. He said hello and asked what I needed. I told him I had a flat and he gave me the option of repairing using a plug or fixing the hole from inside of the tire. I asked him which was better, and he said repairing from the inside and told me what the cost was for each ($20-plug, $30-hose (?) I think that's what it was called.) I also asked him what his name was, and he said Thomas. Thomas let me know that I could remain in the car while he replaced the tire (which I greatly appreciated) and he took care of my flat in what seemed like less than 15 minutes! He also checked the air pressure of the rest of my tires and placed the donut back into my car. After I paid, he let me know what their hours were and I told him that I would refer my friends & colleagues in the area because I appreciated his fast & efficient work/service. Thomas also greatly appreciated my tip, which I wish could've been more as I rarely carry cash on me these days. So, if you ever need a tire or need yours fixed, stop by and ask for Thomas! Let him know the lady with the grey Toyota referred you! (Wink)
