He gave me an attitude and walked away. I pointed out the sign that says $10 and that I'll do $12 since I was gonna do a $2 tip anyway. He said again it was $15 and even took out a marker to say he was gonna change the sign right then. I'm never coming back here again. If the price went up, change the sign. Tire Pros did a full diagnosis and they discovered that in addition to needing new brake pads, the more serious problem was that my brake line was slowly leaking fluid. The fact that they were diligent enough to explore every possible problem shows how much integrity they put into their work. I could have taken my car to a different place, and they could have just replaced my brakes without checking my brake line, and without realizing it, I would've continued living my life being at risk of becoming responsible for a serious collision due to an undiscovered brake fluid leak. I am so grateful to M.I.C. Tire Pros for identifying the root problem and solving it. From management, to the technicians, to the people who run the convenience store section, you can tell that there is a sense of comradery and a familial sense of respect that is shown to everyone. They are outsourcing the work and not even remotely worrying about the quality of the finished product. Their solution to a bad finish is "we can take em back and redo them". This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job.
