This is part two to my earlier review a few days ago. Once ng car was towed ti Tires Plus, as they have in the past, they diagnosed the problem ( blown out tire, and all that it encompasses. ) I had dented the rim ( which is very expensive to replace) Daniel and Chris told me it can be fixed by sending it out to another repair shop , which I agreed to and the next day the rim was like brand new with a new tire on it. Once paid up I drove home only to receive a call from Dunia who is another associate there, telling me they found a credit card of mine and were putting it into the safe until I came back the next day The automotive business from dealerships to repair shops, is a tough business, yet this group treated me with respect, good advice and in general like a customer with a problem , that they could fix. I brought two new tires plus an alignment. After receiving my car back, it was pulling to the right. I never had this issue before. Alignment was not done correctly. While waiting for my car to be finished, someone else had a previous issue with their alignment job. I should have taken that as a sign and just left. I'm never going back to this place again. The fact that you gave me the alignment summary behind the invoice paper said it all. As I reviewed the alignment paper at the light and saw red indicator for my front wheel. I got the issue addressed the next day. Next time taking my car Tire Kingdom or Pep Boys. read more

I came in to patch a tire. They located the screw that was causing a leak and explained that due to the location of the screw, the tire could not be patched so my options were to go somewhere else to plug the tire or replace the tires. I have many years of auto-mechanic experience and was happy to see that their evaluation was spot on based on the location of the hole. Daniel - customer service representative - was very polite and professional. He checked on the pricing of replacement tires and I was happy to see that their tire costs slightly beat TireRack prices. They called me next day to confirm the tires were received and took my car in at the scheduled time. I was out in one hour. One happy customer. read more

My son, who attends a nearby college, brought his new Honda Civic to Tires Plus Boca - East for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they failed to properly secure the engine splash guard. As a result, it came loose while he was driving and was damaged, requiring replacement. When he returned to the location, they refused to take responsibility. The best they initially offered was to install a new splash guard only if he purchased one himself. Although unhappy, he agreed and brought in the replacement. At that point, they pushed back again and did not want to install it. He had to spend an excessive amount of time at the facility, request the manager, and only then was the splash guard installed--while staff remained standoffish and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. This was a clear service error and it was not handled with accountability or customer care. What happened to making things right? Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tires Plus Boca - East. read more

BEWARE! I went to change my brake pads and rotors (2015 VW GTI in good condition) and TiresPlus pretty much "broke" my car. Jan 8 - Take car in, get brake pads and rotors changed for the front-side and drive car home (3 miles away) Jan 13 - First time I try to drive the car - clutch is on the floor, brake fluid everywhere under car. I tow the car to TiresPlus ($225). They can't fix it, my secondary slave cylinder is "shot" - they said. The brake fluid reservoir is used for both breaking and transmission in my VW GTI. They open a claim with Bridgestone. It takes 3 days for the Bridgestone claim person to contact me (Jan 16). They tell me they will have an independent mechanic verify car within 2-4 days. Since Jan 16, they have ignored all of my calls and dropped my call when I am on the line with their support number. My claim number is 2501-287-2743-C. I want my tow money back and for them to fix my car. read more

Went to get a car wash after work yesterday and the guy that handed over my car said "please don't speed your tire is going to explode." Huh? He showed me and sure enough. Dropped off the car this morning at Tires Plus Boca Raton on Yamato.....what great people! I was so impressed with how friendly Mike was and he explained everything. But the best part...when I arrived at 8am, I saw nothing but female customers, which made me feel comfortable. Mike found me a great deal on mid-range tires (Audi Q5). $1100 later.... 4 new tires, alignment, and full synthetic oil change. I hate to give away a hidden gem, but this is the spot! ETA: after reading some of the many negative reviews about service time, this place is popular for a reason. They are good! Just expect to leave your car for the day unless you arrive at 7am. STAY AWAY from this place on Spanish River Blvd!!! Took my car in for an oil change. Tried to sell me on brake fluid that I didn't need. Then told me my battery was bad and it needed to be replaced immediately. I had to take my car to the dealership because the battery was under warranty.The dealership informed me that my battery was at 95% snd did not need to be replaced. Huge waste of my time and my friend who drove me to and from Pompano. What a bunch of scammers! Trying to sell me things that I didn't need. Won't be returning. read more

The manager Mike is rude. I will never go back. Last time they didn't do an alignment as promised. Today I went in for an oil change and alignment my appointment was at 10:00am I was told it would be done by at 11:30. At 11:54 they still didn't do the alignment and said it would be another hour. I had a flat tire and the tow truck brought me to tires Plus as requested. The following day when they opened up I was there bright and early and they told me to fix the flat tire I should come back at 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I called and they said sorry it's taking us a little bit longer we don't have anybody here it'll be ready in 1 hour. I showed up at 3:30 p.m. after dropping the car off the previous evening. They made me wait another 45 minutes before the car was ready. They told me that they were aligning the wheels. After they took it out for a test drive at 4:15 p.m. they told me the car was perfect. I got into the car and I drove home and the car completely pulled to the left. I brought in a perfectly good car that needed a tire change and now I have a car that pulls completely to the left. I brought the car back the following Monday since I left for a mini vacation. I dropped the car off Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and they told me again that they were short staffed and that it would take several hours. It is now 1:00 p.m. and I still have not received a phone call from them. I would not recommend using them. many other tire places that would do this very very quickly and easily and not return a perfectly good car all screwed up. I just love Tires Plus. I used to live in Coral Springs and used their location on Sample Rd many times. In fact, I gave it a four star review in December of 2015. In that review I raved about Adam and Steve. I mentioned how they never tried to sell me things I didn't need and how they always tried to save me money, which they did. Most of all, it was their honesty I loved the most. Now it's three years later and my car is making a grinding sound. Last time I was at the dealership they attempted to sell me brakes which I didn't need at the time. For some reason I just "assumed" the grinding was coming from my brakes. I knew exactly where to go~Tires Plus! This time I went to the location near my office. Tires Plus opens at 7am & in true Britt fashion, I pull up about fifteen minutes early. Shocking right? So, who do I see standing outside the front entrance? It was Adam!!! You know Adam, the service mgr I raved about in my other review! So of course my OCD kicks in & I have to make sure it really is Adam. What do I do? I open my window & ask him his name, you know just to be sure. Yup. He had me sign a few papers and since I work just a few streets away and I needed a ride, Adam was kind enough to run me over to my office. Adam called me with great news; my brakes are fine. He suggested an alignment which I knew I needed (I tend to drive over curbs) also my friend who drove my car told me the same thing, so I agreed. His price was so much lower than the Nissan dealership. The noise I was hearing had to do with the undercarriage of my car & all it needed was to be reattached. When I picked up my car the store was busy, but everyone seemed to be in a good mood. The waiting area is larger than the Margate store and the room was clean. Good to know if you have to wait for your car. I am so glad that my office is super close. I had a terrific experience today and of course I will be back. Their website has a lot of coupons, just pick the ones you want to use and they are immediately sent to you via a text message. Adam is a huge asset to the Tires Plus management team. There are literally three options to get tires repaired on the same block. I'm glad that I brought my car to them. My tire kind of small leak and I called them to see if I can bring it in and they said absolutely no problem. The gentleman who assisted me could not have been nicer, and they immediately took me even though they were packed was pretty busy. Stay away from this shop! I purchased lifetime alignment for all three of my cars in this location. I had an appointment today at noon for alignment for one of them. I was there on time and the person told me it's going to take about an hour. After half an hour that my car still wasn't in I took a Lyft home and told him to call me when it's ready. At 3 o'clock I called and the car still was not in. I needed my car because I had to drive my kids somewhere. The person was very rude on the phone and couldn't tell me when my car will be in. I was very upset and he told me that I can come pick up my car now if I want to. I spent $35 on Lyft and my car wasn't serviced. read more

Friendly, quick, and not pushy. It's the first time where I wanted to buy more than they recommended. I woke up to a flatish tire and drove over for some help. Two nails later and he recommended I replace the one. I thought it best to replace both, but the adviser said it was necessary. I was shocked! The service took long, but it always does. Tires Plus said come in, we'll fit you in the schedule and the technician will see if it's repairable. Luckily, it was repairable. A week later, no problem. I bought 4 new tires and front end alignment (extended warranty) at the Pompano Beach location of Tires Plus. I left with a horrible experience and gave that location a one star review. The front end alignment was not done, although I was told it was (no paperwork could be provided, car pulled greatly to the driver's side afterward). I took my car to this location to get the alignment done, properly. At this location, I had a totally different experience. My appointment was kept at the pre-arranged time, they listened to my "story", did the front end alignment with extreme accuracy (paperwork provided and test drive done). I think the personnel was a little hesitant, as they likely thought I was a "crazy lady" (LOL) but they handled me professionally and politely. I thank them. read more

My husbands blew a tire on 95 and needed a tow on a Sunday morning. The guys answered the phone and said to have brought there and they'd take care of it. They gave us good prices and ordered 4 tires. Said it would be done the next day and to our surprise was done about 5 hours later. Great service and good value. I got my break done from tires plus in boca a and they are squeaking ever since.(supposedly a lifetime warranty) so when I went in next for an oil change I asked them to look at them please. They said they didn't see anything wrong. Leaving me squeaking breaks. Now about 4 months pass and they are still squeaking ever so terribly no matter if I'm going 5mph to stop or 45 mph to stop. I bring it in again. I'm being very polite in all this cuz I'm not one to make a scene so. They then tell me again, after hours of waiting for them to tell me they don't see or hear anything while they drive it and just because I have video of it doesn't mean it's still doing and they can't make it do it when they test it. So after 2 attempts at leaving my car at the shop for them to fix my squeaking break that have lifetime warranty, I still have squeaking breaks until I need to replace them again. I went in for a nail in my tire and was told it would take 2 hours, at 9:30 am. 3 and a bit hours later I called and I was told in a rude manner "mama we are working on it we are very busy I told you I'd call you!" I pointed out it had been more than 2 hours and was trying to plan a ride for myself and could they give me an idea of how long it might be? I was told no! I left to around 4pm and called again I was told my car was ready.... No one call me! I went and picked up my car and driving home could feel a problem with the wheel and hear it. I took my car back and waited in reception for 10 minutes I knocked on the window and opened the door several times so they could hear it in the back, still nothing. I left reception and walked around to the back of the shop and called out. Both the mechanic and the man I had initially talked to in reception at 10:00 a.m. approached me. The gentleman with the long white beard asked me what was wrong I told him the problem I had with my wheel, he looked at me and gestured at me like I was an idiot and told me all I did was patch your wheel. It's very disrespectful giving the level of service I had been given already and been talked down to on the phone. He said he lift the car up and take a look at this point the mechanics spun my wheel looking for an issue I stopped him and pointed out that the rubber from the patch was hanging out! He asked Beard guy why he hadn't cut it off and told me with time it would have come off by its self. I feel if you do a job you do it all the way to the end! That means cutting of the access materials. At this point they lowered my car and told me to drive it out the shop, even too lazy to drive my car out of an area I'm sure I'm not supposed to be in. In short they lied and we're lazy in attitude, I'm very disappointed and should have read the reviews, that would have told me exactly how my visit would have been. read more

I arrived when they opened with an issue with a tire. Mike greeted me and explained they were short staffed and busy but would see if he could "squeeze" me in. I waited patiently and then Mike took my car around the a open bay. Within 20 minutes or so Mike found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and mounted the rim on the car.
