These guys were incredible! I walked in, they saw me immediately and within 20 min I was out back looking at my 2 leaking tires with nails in them. The Honda dealership said that they couldn't repair one of my tires and tried to sell me 4 new ones for $650. Manny and his team saved me $600 dollars and I was in and out with 2 patched tires in just over an hour. I chose this particular location to get an oil change, have a headlight replaced, and have a brake light replaced, because of the shining reviews online. This was a mistake. Moments after paying for all three services and driving away, I realized that neither my headlight nor my brake light were working. What's worse, the oil change sticker had not been changed and my maintenance light is still on. I was assured that all of the services were actually performed, but the lights were not attached and the sticker was not affixed. They were kind enough to recommend over $1000 in additional services, but I have to say I do not trust them. To be fair, they did offer to do the oil change "again"at no cost but for working person it's difficult to find the time to go back. read more

I'm always greeted by my first name when I walk in the door, and I trust these guys to do the job right at a fair price. Their customer service is excellent, and they always get the job done in a timely manner, even if you walk in off the street! I went to tires plus to get 4 new tires for my car. I only needed 2, but I the other 2 would have eventually needed to be changed and it's easier to get it all done at once. I went to tires plus because my car dealership referred me there (hey were cheaper) and I thought since it is a chain it would be reliable and reputable. In addition to the tires, I purchased the lifetime warentee on all 4 tires (you pay per tire) just so I wouldn't have any problems, I always purchase warantee. I dropped my car off before 7 am, stopped to check on it at 5:30pm, and they said it was almost ready. I finally got my car at 7:45. The tires looked old and used, but I didn't think anything of it since were talking about tires, they don't need to be shiny (besides my car had been there over 12 hours I thought whatever as long as they work). Needless to say, about 9 months later I brought it in to the dealership for it's anual maintenance check and they proceed to tell me I need 4 new tires. So I took my car back to tiresplus the week before my wedding (so I'm stressed as is) and they tell me that it isn't covered and they can't do anything but that I do need 4 new tires and they can give me a deal at $1000 for another 4 new tires. I don't understand how ALL FOUR tires that are brand new with a lifetime warantee need to be replaced. I also don't know how the 'deal' they were cutting me somehow cost $1000. I purchased new tires (that were shiny, again not important) from the dealership (I go to Brickell Motor) and was done with it. I may have to pay more, but at least I can trust them (I've been going there since I moved here 5 years ago). I can promise that I will never return to tires plus. My father had stopped going to them back in 1970's and now I will be following his lead. Unless you want to buy new tires every year I suggest looking else where. (It turns out when tires plus had put my tires on, they had only put 3 of the lug nuts on, so my allignment was off, though they were supposed to have done an allignment check before returning the car to me). read more

Tried to give it 0 stars and could not. Nightmare of a visit, just trying to get tires rotated. Rep told me I had a heavy SUV (really? is a 2011 Honda Cr-v), which is the reason my tires were worn and they would not rotate them. These tires were purchased at the same location and had only 18,000 miles on them. I tried to explain to him that i had personally rotated the tires every 5000 miles but he would not believe me. Offered to sell me 4 more expensive tires at a discount. I declined the offer, left and had to come back because he did not return the wheel lock key I had given him. Could not find it anywhere in the shop, so they now have to replace all wheel locks as i write this. I don't know how long it will take to di this, have lost 3 hours on Memorial Day holiday and achieved nothing. The staff appears rude and overworked. It has been a series of mistakes with not even a verbal apology. I will sever my relation with Tires Plus on account of this event. Word to the wise: avoid this location at all costs. read more

I have no issue with the work on my car. However, the salesman was a fast talker that lied about what was being included in my tire package. For instance, he said he would give a free inspection. When I checked the bill after the fact, I had been charged $19.99 for the inspection and only a $10 discount had been applied. When I asked him about it, he claimed to have taken off additional discounts elsewhere (an explanation that made no sense). These guys are fast talkers. Go elsewhere. read more

I went in for tires, got a great deal. I ended up adding more much needed work to my car, I got an oil change, alignment and a new battery. The store manager worked with me on price, the financing was an added bonus, and I am very happy with my experience. The shop is close to my house so it will be easy to maintain my tires (rotate). read more

Outstanding Service. I had four new tires put on my car last Saturday, which I ordered on a 3rd party website and shipped directly to the store. Three days later I ran over a nail and I had the car towed back to the store to assess the damage. They put my spare tire on and didn't charge me for the labor. They also held onto the damaged tire so the insurance company could inspect it, if required. When I returned a few days later to have the new replacement tire installed, they performed the labor at no cost, and they took the time to call the insurance company that covers the cost of the replacement tire to make sure that my claim was approved. They had no obligation to do this, since the tire wasn't purchased through them; they just want to provide the best service. This was above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely go back. I called them to have my current tires put on rims for my Jeep. I was told that they could not do it because i didn't purchase tires from them. I didn't tell them that i had purchased tires from them for my 3 other vehicles, but they just lost all my business due to this one oversight. Fine for tires, but I got ripped off on an a/c repair job here, getting charged around $800 for a new replacement compressor only to find out that they installed a rebuilt one that didn't even work. I drove around several miles with warm air blowing from the vents before returning and being absurdly told that "it would probably take some more time before it blew cold air." After a day or so of driving with still no cold air, I took my car to a different Tires Plus location where you could tell by the technician's face that he knew something was up with the part but didn't want to say anything to cause problems for the other location so he basically told me "no comment" and suggested that I take it to a different garage. Finally I went to an independent a/c specialty shop where they confirmed that the replacement compressor didn't work properly and showed me how the part had been painted over to appear new. I got a new compressor from them and returned to Tires Plus with their bogus compressor to demand a refund. Although they did give me a partial refund for the part and nothing else, the manager at the time was too much of a weasel to even come into the office from the garage to speak to me to my face to offer an explanation or apology - I think the guy's name was Juvenal, and I got the definite impression that he could care less. This incident was a while back, so maybe it's gotten better recently, but buyer beware if you go there for anything other than the basic tires/oil change. read more

I came in to Tires Plus, to get a quote on four tires. Mario greeted me with a friendly face and gave me a couple of different scenarios/quotes. After speaking with him, he told me what my options were and where he could help me with the prices. He did not push me to pick the more expensive option. He just explained the different options and quality levels of the tires in each option, and allowed me to take the time to think about it before returning a couple of days later. When I returned, he took the time to explain a few more questions that I had and I was able to make my decision. He was as helpful as possible with the pricing. Michael who was also there and was polite and filled me in on a couple of things my car might need in the future without pressuring me to try to get anything extra done. Both were very clear and very helpful. I would come back here in the future. The wait time was reasonable. And the work so far seems to have been done well. Thank you! read more
