Avoid! They replaced my tires last year, and I was satisfied until just the other day. That is until my mechanic was about to replace my brake pads but couldn't right away because of their carelessness and neglect. They replaced two of my studs with another vehicle's, a Chevy maybe. Then they cross threaded them, and screwed them on too tight. Imagine if I got a flat.. . I couldn't just call one of my brothers to put on a spare. I went to the tires plus location in coral springs fl . I also had the diagnosis from auto zone it was a camshaft sensor after seeing the engine warning on my dashboard. Tires plus did a check came back stating I need 2 sensors Total cost of 260. Plus. Are they serious. Part cost s at autozone between 29.99 and 34.00 . Then called another mechanic I only need 1 sensor for my type of car...they will do it labor 75.00 period. Tireplus should shut their doors stop scanning customers. Do not go there. read more

I went here for an oil change and they charged me a very good price, around $25 or so. They pointed out that I had two bald tires that needed replacing, and I asked for a quote. The quote was for $365 for two tires...I ended up getting it done somewhere else for $179. I feel they quoted me extremely high for whatever reason, but of course, I wasn't obligated to get the work done there. They definately know their stuff. I went there to originally get my brakes and an oil change. Luckily we went to tire plus. The guys working there had great customer service. They just wanted to make sure we left with my car in a better condition. I got my bearings done ... They were a little costly but when I left my car felt a whole lot better to drive. read more

This location has never left me stranded, even when I randomly show up with a major issue. I understand quality work takes time and I wait. Two types of people you never rush: people who cook your food and people who work on your cars. Prices have been decent. I always see the part that is going in my car before they put it on. I always get shown what is being repaired. I know enough about cars to know when I am being lied to. They are honest. One time I was told by the manager there might be a rear differential issue but that it was beyond their expertise. They advised me to go to the dealer. When they can fix it, they do. If they do not know, they always recommend the dealer. They never cheat and recommend their friend's shop. Ask for Mike or Manny. read more

Tire plus is awesome.. I walked in today and automatically I was greeted with a big smile by the staff members.. I had to get a tire patch and one of the staff members walked out with me to inspect the tire to see if it was repairable.. Once he decided it was he promised that I wouldn't be there longer then 25 minutes.. I sat in the waiting area (which was super clean) and waited for my car. As I was waiting, the staff were joking around with me and time flew by. I was there 15min and all was ready.. I paid (cheapest price I saw for a patch job).. I highly recommend this place for anything auto repair.. I felt well taken care of.. I wasn't just another car. read more

I've been there 3 times in the last 15 days. First for a new battery. Good service and price. Then for an oil change last Sunday. Had to wait 2.5 hours. Just too much ! I had to go today for a rear window that got stuck. So I went and they check it out and came out for a final quote of more than $430 ! $250 for the rear window regulator and $160 labor. That was just crazy. I did a quick search on the Internet and the range for that part is between $95 and $120. I call a good year store and the same service and part is $290. Warranty is the same in all places so drop that argument. You just lost a long time customer. read more

Prices for tires reasonable, but one wheel was not balanced and shakes at 70. And they will try to rip you off with extra services. First time I visited they tried to sell me new wiper blades that I had just replaced weeks prior. Second visit they told me rear brakes would need to be replaced soon, quoted me $400 for that, so I bought pads myself for $35, took one caliper off and saw that the existing pads still had 75% thickness of new! Conclusion: buy their tires if you need to, but don't buy any extra bs from them. read more

Came here for an oil change and to get the breaks checked out. They discovered that the car needed a new serpent belt and quoted a repair time of about 45 minutes. After agreeing, the timeframe suddenly changed, first to 1 1/2 hours, then to 2 hours. 4 hours later, there was no call and no one who would pick up the phone either. We finally went there, only to be greeted by someone who seemed more annoyed than anything and basically gave us the answer "well that's what you get for getting the work done on Friday". He then disappeared and never returned to give us an estimate. Finally, about 30 minutes later, another associate let us know that it would be "probably another 20 min" - all in all, a frustrating experience from start to finish. read more

On 12/15/2015 I Went to tires plus before work because my tire was losing air. They said they could patch it and would need to replace- the cost 490 for 1 tire. Called the Dealership and the tire cost 200... Wow what a scam! I called to request they not do work but put enough air for me to drive it to the dealership. They sure did! In fact they put 2x the amount of psi needed (51 psi when safe requirement is 35). So two things you attempted to scam me and then potentially endangered me or damage my car. read more

A gem of a business! Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning and it ended up taking just under an hour with an appointment. The last place I went to for an oil change in Miami (with an appointment), it took about 4-5 hours and the service was horrendous. Unfortunately the recent hurricane Irma that came by Miami ended up costing us quite a bit of unexpected $ ! We drove our F150 truck through much debris, tree branches, etc...to get through to some places. We knew our tires were not in good condition and would probably go flat any day now...Since we were off from work because our jobs were closed, we decided to take the truck in for new tires. We were once again treated with great customer service by Manny (the manager)! We had purchased the alignment because it really does make a huge difference on how long the tires last. Unfortunately Manny gave us the bad news (which we sort of suspected) that the suspension needed repair since it was reaching unsafe conditions. Well, we ended up shelling out lots of $ to have that repaired but at least we'll be safe! The good thing is we have a Firestone account so have 12 months to pay for the repair, no interest! I needed an oil change as my maintenance light was on. I asked around and checked yelp. I called the dealership which was over twice the price and could not give me an estimate to return my car. I ended up having time on sunday and tires plus was open. A quick call told me I could bring it in early and have it same day. With the online coupon the oil change ended up under $25. Better, I got the car in early, was promised 45 minutes, and they delivered faster. Best, I walked back to the car and without aggressively selling to me, ran through two other issues I could fix today. I declined but still took their quote. Will return for price and speed.
