Refused my business. I requested and was willing to pay for a diagnostic. They turned me away because my car was too old and rusty and didn't want the responsibility. I didn't want anything repaired. I had always recommended the place but I feel as if it's declined over the last couple years. While I was out of town my wife took the Honda in for an oil change and TPMS sensor replacement. She was up-sold a rear brake job, saying it was absolutely urgent. I wasn't available for consultation to say no and self perform (so I know it would have been done right, if truly nUnfortunately We've been back twice trying to get a brake rubbing sound that wasn't present prior to the overpriced brake job. Although the staff is courteous and friendly, I do not trust their quality and workmanship. Update: on the 3rd visit the problem was resolved. read more

Stopped by to see about having a tire patched. Was told I needed 4 new tires due to low tread. He just happen to have according to his words several technicians that could get right on it. He didn't seem to like that I said I was going to check around. Had my tires checked by two other places....tire was patched and told I had around 10k more miles of life with the current tires! Having brought my car to MrTire for tires and an oil change I decided to have them do maintenance on it as well . The staff is great. I took my car here, paid to have a tenser pulley replaced on my ford. I get it back, and it seems better. Before I even get home, though, it is suddenly making a new, very different noise. I get it checked, and apparently the AC compressor is now suddenly acting up and will cost me a $950 repair. Quite a coincidence, that I get my car fixed, and before I get home suddenly there's a new part going out that will cost me triple the original repair. read more

Today I went in for a tire rotation and balance on our older car we have been restoring for a student to drive soon. It was struck recently in an accident, so we are also in a structural chassis analysis, not sure yet if we'll continue w/restoration. Mr. Tire did these two things, and did not charge us! We are incredulous and grateful. We will not hesitate to refer others to them. They are true professionals. It follows that if the car is uncompromised structurally, we'll return for the two new tires as well as help with the two major yet-to-be-done upgrades and other routine maintenance on this and the other car. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. Ever since they have become Mr. Tire the service has been awful. My wife took here car in for an oil change and 2 weeks later the oil light came on they blamed the engine burning oil and we found out not to be the case. Another time we needed some work done we were quoted over $2000 and when I told them that was okay they came back and told me they could do it for $700 less. I have dropped my car of they said they would let me know when it was finished they never called and when I called I was lied to and told they called and left a message. I never had these issues when they were Goodyear. I have lost all confidence with the new management and will not be taking my car back to them. read more
