Went in four times for a balance and alignment but something was off everytime . Finally went to discount tires to find out the never balanced my tires they made it worse by make road force balance 40-50 when should be under 35. for 3 out of 4 improperly balanced. They also scratched two of my brand rims badly. Stay away these guys don't care about the money you spend. read more

The is the worst place you can come through. First the lady on desk, is rude and doesn't give you any information about how much it will be and how long it will take. All i came for was a flat tire. An HOUR AND A HALF after waiting i went out side and talk to one of the giys to please see my car. If it wasnt for that i dont know for how long i would be there for. the price is almost $40 for a flat tire and took an hour and 45 minutes. After that the told me my tire didnt have any solution and i needed to buy a bew one. i asked them for a discount for the stupid timing and they denied it. Needed a few front tires replaced due to double blowouts. Spoke with Johnny and Kim on separate occasions and both were friendly and helpful. The tires were Nitto specialty and I had them shipped directly to the shop. (eBay via CarAdvise) TiresPlus handled everything with receiving the tow truck drop off and even got it done an hour earlier than expected. This shop is within walking distance to my home. I've used them multiple times in the past and have always got exceptional on time as promised service. Everyone else I've encountered at this location has been pleasant and friendly. The install prices are competitive and the lounge area is tidy and clean. Will definitely use their services again in the future. read more

Wow! As always, a wonderful experience. Johnny is attentive, efficient, effective, and personable. We went in needing a tire to be patched due to two nails lodged into our brand new tire. He fixed us up in no time and put our donut and tools neatly away in the trunk. He then checked us out a few minutes before closing on a holiday weekend and we never felt rushed or treated like we were an inconvenience. And all at a price that absolutely can not be beat! If I could give a worse rating I would. I called this location to schedule a set of new tires and an oil change at 3pm. believe I spoke to a Craig but not positive, he told me to bring the car in at 5 and it would be done by 7. I drove 36 minutes in rush hour to arrive there at 4:50 and they then tell me "ya we aren't going to be able to do that, we are busy." If you can't take the car, don't tell someone to drive all the way over to then not be able to do it. The unprofessionalism of this establishment is astounding. Very disappointed in this place where I've been going over two years. I heard a roaring noise, thought probably a wheel bearing, it was. While getting it checked they saw a different tire was shredding on the inner wall. I made an appt for the following morning as could not stay. I asked "Do you have my tire in stock because last time they had to order it". Response "Yes". Get there the next morning. No tire. "Who said that?" ID'd the person who was there. In their defense: They were able to get tire there within 30 minutes. Man stated all in one sentence "It will be $125 you want road hazard right, you always get it". Me "Yes". I just needed to get a tire patched. went, They refused to patch the tire said my tread was bald And I had to buy 4 new tires. I also asked to do an alignment. They gave me a ride home. I dont live too far. After 3 to 4 ish hours they Called said it was done. They came picked me and I got there they told me all 4 brake calipers are leaking and said someone called and told me. Nobody called. So I Paid And I was headed out the door. Andy realized the alignment wasn't done. Manager said we can get it done An hour before closing. gave me an oil change with the alignment For free. They Put it up on the hoist work on it some and They give me the car back. . I leave a few minutes before closing and the alignment still wasn't done but said it was. Or implied it was . Drove off the lot. The alignment It is now actually severely worse. It wasn't pulling before. Now it does. I called The place now closed said come back tomorrow. came in the morning. now telling me they can't do the alignment because the towbars are stuck And Some lame excuse why a tire Place is unable to align tires. A tire place that can't fix tires. Stay away!! I may have 4 new tires but my car doesn't drive straight. gave me a refund for the alignment, but still wasted my time And now my car alignment is worse then before.I have to find another place to do the alignment. and waste more of my time. Although they took me the same day when i called, they gave an attitude when i didn't have an appointment. Gave me different price ranges over the phone, in person and when i actually paid. I was quoted 1-1.5 hours end up taking 2.5 hours. "Encouraged" me to get another service done only to tell me they didn't have the proper tools to do the job after i agreed. Overall not good customer service or car service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They don't even have their employees wearing masks and no hand sanitizer anywhere. I came in the morning and they told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait, the person I was speaking to suggested I make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I made an appointment for 3pm and when I got there it took them almost 30 minutes to even take my car off the lot. What was the point in making an appointment if I still had to wait? 10 minutes later they tell me that they can't do anything for me. So essentially they wasted 40+ minutes of my time just to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me. If they would've looked at my car sooner instead of taking 30 minutes, my time wouldn't have been wasted and I would've been more understanding. There's no point in making an appointment, this isn't the first time either, I've made multiple appointments in the past and every time they've taken 30+ minutes to even take a look at your car. read more

I have had multiple issues with this place it took many times to have my air conditioner fixed, I go there because I have that credit card with outrageous interest, this time I made an appointment to get my oil changed and I had a coupon for 27 dollars but when I got there they started adding ridiculous extra stuff and it was 40 +, I left with out doing it, it seems they are always adding unnecessary stuff maybe that's where the plus in their name comes from, they inflate their prices, I need to stop wasting my time with them and tear that card up read more

We had a roadside problem. My father blew out his tire and his ancient spare!!! I drove over to help him out and picked up his original blown tire. I raced over to Tires Plus. It was the closest place I could google and I'd gone there many years before when I lived near the airport. This location is a little out of my way but I keep coming back because of the service. The guys here are great. They have always treated me with respect and I don't feel that I've ever been taken advantage of here. Service is quick and the prices are reasonable. My only qualm is that on three separate occasions I've had my car serviced only for the same problem to happen the same or next day. Twice it was a flat tire and another was my crankshaft. Although it has created quite an inconvenience for me, they have been quick to fix my car (again) and not charge me as a mistake was made on their end. I had to go to them today to get new tires since one of mine had a huge hole in them. They were very very nice and explaining what was going on for prices. They were all very informative as well. Whenever you have to unexpectedly pay for something you weren't prepared for, just plain sucks. I was glad they were fair with their prices and they do offer warranties for the tires as well. I did not feel like I was getting priced gouged like I often do when I am in need of a service without appointment or as a walk in. I needed an oil change and tire rotation done and didn't want to wait another day. I already left two previous car care facilities due to absurdly long wait times or being under-equipped to service my car, and at 5:00 on a Friday it was probably a long shot to begin with, thinking that I would get in and out anywhere, at a reasonable time and price. Then I thought of Tires Plus, which is where I bought my tires for a previous car I owned, and thought well, maybe third time's a charm. Third time was a charm, in fact. I told the gentleman over the phone what I needed and asked for wait time and cost. He said an hour and a half and my total would be $19.95 for the oil change and the tire rotation was free. That was half the cost of what I normally pay at the dealership, and 80% less than I was quoted at Valvoline right down the road. Sold. I headed there and was promptly greeted, and shortly after signing my name three times, Tito brought my car into the shop. "I'll have this done in no time" he said, as I checked my tire tread depth. That was no doubt the truth, as just 45 minutes later I was able to drive out of there with a total cost being less than $25 after taxes and oil disposal fees. Under-promising and over-delivering is the best way to impress anyone and leave them feeling completely satisfied, and that's exactly what Tires Plus did. read more

Stay away!!! We paid 5,000 to replace motor. They called wanting us to pay over the phone before we saw the car. They ensured us the car was prefect and ready. That was a lie!!!! We sent someone to get it , the car was still on the rack. When we finally got our car the AC wasn't working, the tech knew it wasn't working because they didn't have the equipment to do the air. So why would you give us a car knowing the AC wasn't working. Then the rear end is now dragging the car is not drive able. They said it didn't happen there, and refused to help. These people tried to charge me an exuberant amount $450.00 to replace an upper and lower radiator hose, heater hose and thermostat. I went right next door to autozone and got all the parts for less than $70.00 and did it myself in less than an hour. These guys will completely screw you on price without the average customer even knowing it. Do your research, shop around, buy the parts yourself. You'll save a TON of money. I went to Tires Plus because they were the only ones with an open appointment on Saturday despite some of the reviews. All I can stay is how amazing the customer service is. I was greeted at the door as soon as I came in. At the desk I wasn't sold anything that I did not want and wasn't pushed to do any more work on my car. The tires I ordered were not in stock but they found another set that was comparable and matched the price. At the end the change was longer than 59 minutes and they have a guarantee that if it's over the 59 minutes they take off 59 dollars. Overall I had a great experience and I definitely recommend anyone who needs tires to go here. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Horrible service just took my truck 40 min away to another location for an alignment. Kurtis, William, and Jean in particular are a horrible representation for this company. After using tires plus for at least 15 years thanks to these individuals at this location they make me not wanna visit tires plus anymore. They did an alignment on my truck a couple of days later my alignment seemed off and started to get a noise in from end. I took it back to tire plus they told me my control arm was loose I asked Kurtis if they had to loosen anything on the control arm for it to be adjusted because you guys did an alignment and I had gotten the control arm replaced before I got the alignment. He told me they didn't have to unscrew anything on the control arm. When I took it back to the people that installed the control arm I sat there and watched them re tighten the control arm again. He also showed me that those bolts have to be lose to do an alignment. If you have to use tires plus go to the E. Colonial location by Avalon that's the best location I've been to.
