I kept asking him the same question and all he was telling me was to get out of his office. That I acted hostile, let's talk to the other employee sitting behind the counter that was in the office with his face pale because he could not say much. Lady I am a business owner and if I see one of my employees speaking to someone the way he spoke to me, he would be working somewhere else. You cannot do anything to your Brazilian friend because he has a stake in the business and I also saw another review saying the same thing that happened to me. This is something that is normally done in that shop. But now you're turning the table by saying that I got hostile . I also do remember very well what I wrote on the first post. But for whatever reason you guys did appeal or told Yelp to take it down. If you support this type of behavior in your supposed to be shop, the only thing I will wish you is the best of luck. My experience with Mike in the Service department was extremely positive and professional. I ended up saving time and a little bit of money. The only reason why I went to see you was because a friend recommended two shops around the Lake Nona are which is not to far from my house and I ended up there but after my interactions with your shop and telling the person who made the referral he decided not to make any more recommendations, because he does know who I am. I would not like anyone disrespecting me or any of my family members. There are many ways to speak to someone without disrespecting a person. If your staff is not train or your business partners, again I wish them the best of luck. The car would randomly shut off, throw warnings, and then restart -- the kind of problem most shops avoid or give up on. Ramon and Jamal didn't. They took the time to actually diagnose the issue, listened to the full history of the car, and were patient and methodical instead of just throwing parts at it. Their electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills really showed here. Once the root cause was identified and addressed, the car has been running exactly as it should. What impressed me most was their honesty, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure the fix made sense. Solidified mobile mechanics almost killed me. They came out…read moreand replaced my brake master cylinder. He first quoted me $360 but went up to $475 after the job was completed. Also for some reason they took off my back driver side tire and put it back on. I don't drive that truck real often but only two trips and 10 days later I was driving around 75 mph back wheel basically fell off. Its only by the grace of God that the wheel hub landed and stayed inside the rim as I pulled off the road. All 6 lug nuts were gone! I contacted Solidified and sent them a picture. Two hours later they showed up replaced all six posts and lug nuts. They then tried to charge me $540 to fix what is very obviously his mistake. A mistake that very easily could have caused a wreck and kill me. When I refused to pay he got agitated and told me that it was my fault and he had told me to get new lug nuts after the first job. First off he never said that. Second how is he going to return my truck to me with "faulty" lug nuts? Every mechanic I've talked to about this has said the same thing; they didn't tighten down the lug nuts. We argued good for about 5 minutes and then I decided I was leaving. The guy then tried to prevent me from leaving by standing in my door until I told him that I was gonna start driving and slowly pulled away. I watched him as I continued pulling away just to make sure he wasn't going to throw anything at my truck and luckily he didn't. He did however call the Highway Patrol and proceed to lie to them about how I ran his foot over. I found Solidified Mobile Mechanics to be dishonest in their pricing, life threateningly sloppy in their work, taking no ownership of their mistakes and willing to lie to get even. Highly DON'T recommend.

Passed on to another mechanic with the assurance that the charges will be the same - $475. But when the other mechanic came, he claimed that he never agreed to $475 and said he can do the job for $700. Ask Solidified for a copy of the receipt for the water pump but it never came. I don't think Solidified are certified mechanics and would not recommend them. The second mechanic also said they left a mess and damaged my hood lift.

They have several locations around town so I am writing a review for the LB McLeod location I visited. - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I appreciated that Brittany and Nybia were very patient with me and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Nybia advised me that my car was not in good condition to drive due to a puncture in my tire. She graciously asked one of the technicians to change my tire out for my spare so that I could still drive it until I took the car in a few days later. Major brownie points! - CONVENIENCE: Enterprise Rental is right next door to Gerber. So, I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental, all in the same place and within minutes of each other. Talk about efficiency! It was completely seamless. - FOLLOW THROUGH: I would get follow up calls and emails from Mark White, my estimator, on the status of my car. It is very difficult for me to trust establishments, particularly in car shops due to bad past experiences. But, I felt 100% confident that my car was in good hands at Gerber. - CONCIERGE: My car was vacuumed, cleaned and washed on the outside once the work was complete. There was also bird poop on my car at one point, which they also cleaned off before they returned it to me. This was awesome sauce. - FEEDBACK: They listen! I received a Gerber survey email, which I completed and mentioned an air/wind sound coming from the rear of my car after hitting 45 mph. Literally, within a few minutes of submitting the survey, Nybia called to ask me for a good time to bring the car back so they could check on the sound issue. A few days later, Mark called with great news that it was a minor issue (the bike rack was placed in such a way that it created the noise). I got my car back yesterday and what do ya know- no more wind sounds from the rear! TADA! Gerber @ LB McLeod is awesome. They do great work. They have great people. They read their surveys and listen to feedback from customers. Enterprise is right next door. They leave your car squeaky clean. Honestly, don't second guess it. Go with Gerber. If I could give them 6-stars, I would.

Like took off all 4 wheels and everything. They gave me an extensive list of stuff that was wrong. Ok, whatever. But when they were fooling with the wheels and brakes, they totally let a bunch of air into my brake lines. It was like major spongy brake pedal after that and they were fine before. Almost hit somebody on my way home. I called and asked them what the heck and they were like, of course, oh no, we don't know nothin' bout that. So I can't bleed the brake lines myself and had to get a mobile mechanic to come bleed them which costs more than the freaking oil change which was also pretty expensive, $120.00.

(I had a flat tire last week which I took to Gator Tire, who said I ALSO needed the back brake items replaced. Based on my last experience with Gator per my first review below, I didn't trust their "recommendation".) True to form, Joe informed me that the brakes items were at a "4" per a red/yellow/green chart. He recommended the items should be replaced in 3 or so months, but it was not critical now. I was charged $0 for the inspection which saved me over $400 per the estimate from Gator Tire. When the time comes for new brake pads and rotors as well as any tire issues in the future, this Riker location will have my COMPLETE loyalty from this point forward. Joe, Lila, William and the entire staff at this South Orange Ave. location are honest, reliable and professional.
