The staff was excellent when I went in for new tires. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to take advantage of me or upsell me. They were respectful of my time (I arrived at 8:45 and got a consultation, four new tires, an oil change, and an alignment and was out by just after 11). They got me a great deal on the tires. Bill Harmon (sales advisor) was top-notch; he explained everything he recommended, was personable without being pushy, and clearly knew his stuff. Also really liked Dave, who I believe was the manager. It's so hard to find good car care places but this location was a win. And free WiFi so I could get work done while I waited. This place is awesome. They have always fit me in for an oil change - even at their busiest. They are friendly, informative and very helpful. Whenever I have a problem with my car or a question, I go here. They are very informative and they will go out to your car with you, look at the car with you, and explain what issues are going on with it. They have given me useful advice and they have taken extra time to explain things. This is the best car place I have ever used. read more

This tires plus went above and beyond getting my needs met. Mark was my service provider. He looked at the car with me. I needed tires, an alignment, and an oil change. The car was clean when I brought it in and clean when I left. They even shined the new tires. It was a great experience. I waited and it did not take quite as long as I expected. Tires plus on military has to be the worst shop I have ever been in the staff have a lazy hasty attitude no respect or curtsey .I went there to get a directional tire swapped over from passenger side to driver side first they said that they cant do it unless I buy a tire then that it would cost 45 dollars and that it would be all day and I would have to leave my car .I drove down the street to a used tire shop the guy said it would be 10 buck and it took him 5 minutes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I bought my daughter a 2001 mercedes 320, it needed and alignment, there was a light rattle somewhere and the passenger side AC wasn't blowing. I delt with Mark and Rob. Mark said the car need all kinds of stuff for the AC he said it needed recharged, compressor , 4 different things, break pads, rotors and a tire. I said go ahead do it. The bill was 2300! I got the car back, alignment WAS NOT DONE just as bad when I took it in, the air condition was not fixed AT ALL! It's worse now then when I took it in, and the passenger side now isn't blowing at all! They told me I needed to take it to Mercedes. So I paid 2300 for 2 break pads, rotors and a rattle??? I have to leave town for a few weeks so now I have a car sitting that was not fixed and all and my wallet is 2300 light for nothing but more of a headache. STAY AWAY! read more

This location came up with a whole list of things "wrong" with my car that totaled over $2000 then tried to push their credit card to cover the bill. I didn't trust that all those things needed fixing but they did scare me into having brake work done. I then took my car for a second opinion and the 2nd mechanic found nothing wrong. I had a wonderful experience today at Tires Plus in Palm Beach Gardens. Scott, who managed the front desk and all the customers on the phone and walking in is amazing! He is a master multi-tasker and his customer service and attitude is the best I have encountered in a very long time anywhere! My tire was flat from a large screw and I had to replace it due to it being too old to patch. Scott explained the reasons why and was quick to offer the most affordable options. I ended up replacing all four tires - I knew it was coming and had done some previous research. I knew I was in good hands here so I just got it done and so glad I did. I am a Realtor and do so much driving and am so glad I chose to trust this store. The Manager was also very hands on and they all work so very hard to accomodate everyone. Went on two different days. Great guys up front (service advisors). It's true what other people said about them building your trust, being good people. Friendly and educational. The mechanic in the back was swearing at the service advisor though. The large part of the auto industry that gives it a bad name. I would have rated them 5 stars if not for this guy. I worked with 3 service advisors, and they were all great. I am grateful that they physically showed me what was going on with my car. They went over and above what I was expecting. I bought my tires from Tire Rack and had them sent to this Tires Plus location for installation. The technician got grease all over the driver's seat and door. We had to have the guy at the desk clean it before getting in. After they closed, I realized the technician put plain plastic valve caps instead of my chrome caps that were on the car. The following morning, I called and they gave me the stupid excuse and they could care less, very disappointing. read more

I have been using Tires Plus for over 20 years. I used their location on Hypoluxo for many years mainly for the quality of service and the manager, Mark. When Mark went to this store, I went to my usual store and was horrified with the experience. Then I tried another location. It was ok for a while, but then the manager of the location left. It was then that I decided that it was worth the trip to this store to experience the service that I had missed since Mark moved here. Living in Boynton Beach there are many closer places than North Palm Beach, but I will continue to come here for the exceptional service that Mark provides. read more

They charged me $70 to just look at my car! I knew what the issue was. Then they wanted to charge me triple what other places wanted to charge! They wanted to charge me double what the part cost! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and then had to wait in line for an hour just to pay the $70 fee to get my car back! Horrible service and a bunch of crooks! Do not go here! read more

Absolutely the most pleasant experience I've had in south Florida. I don't care for it down here but these gentlemen helped me get through the bad experience of getting a nail out of my tire so I could get home to central Florida. No one wants to hang out in a auto service waiting room and I'm no different. Even though there was a line waiting for the shop to open, I felt like my wait time was very reasonable considering the Sunday morning volume. Armando is a top notch service writer and maybe we were both in good moods, but I felt like I made a friend in the short time I was in his lobby. Yes needing tires or car repair is never fun. But Armando and his staff certainly make it better with friendly advice and awesome and positive attitudes. I may have to reconsider my deep rooted dislike for South Florida if I continue to meet nice folks like this down here. read more

Staff is super nice, prices are not crazy high, we went to get our tires balanced , we had an appointment at 5 , it did take almost 1:45mins but we went to duffys in the mean time so it was perfect timing. Updating my review.... I had an issue with my caliper locking up and I thought that Tires Plus did something wrong. However it turns out that it was an ongoing issue with my vehicle make and model. Mark and the entire staff at Tires Plus are simply amazing. It is so hard to find a mechanic that you can trust but this company has proven time and time again that they are honest and not out to just make money off of people. There are many companies out there and many that are much closer to my house but the service and professionalism is better than anywhere I've ever been and I will continue to use Mark and Tires Plus as long as they are around. read more

I couldn't ask for such great customer service from the manager Mark. He is a great guy, very easy to talk to, very helpful, honest and gave me a really good deal. I will only tell my friends and family to go to the palm beach gardens Tires Plus and deal with Mark because I know they will be well taken care of and as happy with their service as I am with mine. My husband has been using Tires Plus for many years and used to go to the one on Hypoluxo because of Mark but then when he left that store they followed him to this store. They tried the Hypoluxo store after he left and they didn't like the new manager because he was a jerk so they knew they would only stay with Mark and I feel the same way. Please do not believe the good reviews about this tire plus store they lie about the amount of time it will take to do the job they told me it would be done in 2 1/2 hours when in fact it took over 5 1/2 hours. The only reason I would give them a one star is because at least they did a good job of putting the tires on the car as far as I can tell although it was probably overpriced for the job that they did read more

Brought my vehicle there and told the sales guy I think I need a new battery but am not sure if that's the problem so I'd like to order a diagnostics check to see exactly whats wrong. They ended up installing a new battery. A few days later my car stalls while driving down the road. It ends up my alternator belt was slowly breaking apart, nothing was wrong with my original battery at all. I go back to Tires Plus and explain the situation and they didn't want to accept fault for anything. Not for selling me a battery I didn't need. Not for the danger they put my family in by not detecting the ripped alternator belt. They wouldn't even consider refunding me for the new battery I purchased. I am just lucky my kids weren't in the car when the car stalled while driving. It was a scary situation that could have all been avoided if they had just done there job and seen that my alternator belt needed to be replaced and not the battery. Worst expierience ever... a total waste of time and money. read more

Great experience every time I go there - except for once. There was some confusion as to when my car would be ready after dropping it off for an oil change which included a free tire rotation. I'm not unreasonable and I understand that things can go wrong in such a busy shop. Jennifer at the front desk went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of for the inconvenience. She worked with the service manager to get me a free oil change only two days later. So awesome to see an auto shop that respects their customer's time. I have been going to Mark at Tires Plus for almost two decades! I have followed him from the 10th Ave store in Lake Worth to the Hypoluxo store in Lantana and now to his current location in Palm Beach Gardens because he is honest, friendly and a great mechanic! I do not trust anyone else with my car except Mark because he is very trustworthy and if he says you need a part for your car you really need that part! I had a 2001 Nissan Sentra that he helped to keep on the road for a 150,000 miles because he is an exceptional mechanic! I just bought a new car last year and whenever I need an oil change, battery, tires or whatever else I will go to Mark because he will help keep my new car on the road for the years to come too.
