Use to be great place. New guy did Alignment on my truck. Set toe wrong.Didn't straighten steering wheel. Chewed new my tires up. Set toe in to much. Which in turn chews your tires up faster. Got my $$$$ back for lifetime. Not going t go back all set. read more

If I could 1 star I would! Awful shop. First took my truck in and before I left the lot after spending 2.8k I had sensors going off. Gave them a second chance with my van. Told them my tire might be bad, they said it wasn't. First day driving it, the tire blows in the middle of my drive. Then they can't even take accountability for the mistake and won't claim responsibility. See ya claims court if the BBB don't beat me to it. read more

This is probably the worse TiresPlus outfit out there or at least I hope so. They quadruple the price some of the hardware that they charge you for like Sparkplugs. They find any reason at all to "CHISLE" their way out of honoring any warranty. read more

I was dropping my neice and nephew at school and my car started smoking and I pulled over and Michael walked up to me and told me he was the manager at tires plus ! he was incredibly helpful and such a godsend . after having such a rough few months and life just hitting hard Michael was such a breath of fresh air . told me to just sit in my car as it rained and he directed traffic to go around me , also me being seven months pregnant ... he had one of his guys come out to help my issue , I believe his name was Brian. he got there so fast . Michael really could have just kept driving but he stopped and was so incredibly helpful and the absolute sweetest I would recommend him anytime ! he made my life alittle easier with all the stress I've been dealing with . certainly means a lot thank you endlessly!! read more

After a simple tire rotation service, my front tire went flying off my moving vehicle causing much damage to my car. It turns out the technician did not tighten the bolts & safely secure the tire. This shop was a life saver! Were driving down to Miami when the tire had thread separation issues, they were the only tire shop that were open on a Sunday in the area. The front desk guy was super sweet, gave us suggestions for places to spend time at, and put on the television for us. He was apologetic cz it was a two hour wait but we are super thankful for their services! read more

Visiting grandkids from Ohio and picked up a screw in rear tire. Couldn't be repaired, had to replace. I have dealt with Firestone in Ohio for years, and found out Tires Plus is owned by/affiliated with them. Called Scott, Service Manager, and he checked to see if he had a tire for my car. He got me in, took care of everything, and got me on the road back home in short order. We come to Florida every 3 months or so, and I'm glad to say Tires Plus will be my go to shop should I ever need service while in Florida. Thanks, Scott. read more

11/29/18 These guys saved me!! I was driving on a flat (who knew clearly not me) I called at 6:15pm got there by 6:30pm just before they close. I'm am so grateful for them getting me in and fixing my disaster of a situation. You guys are awesome I am so appreciative! Had an appointment and was told there were 3 people ahead of us. If you have a appointment you think you would get service at least close to that time. Not told it would be at least a hour before that even get started.As well as there was a car that got there just as we did and was taken right in. On labor day weekend my jeep compass lost power while driving on my way to Kissimmee. I was able to drive the car to the Tires Plus on Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast Florida. I needed to leave the vehicle there for it to be looked at. I decided to rent a vehicle at Enterprise, a 15 minute drive away. Because I couldn't get anyone at Enterprise on the phone to pick me up and they were closing 1/2 hour later, Dan took the time out of his busy schedule to take me there. I was so appreciative and even offered them money but they declined. I'm extremely thankful for their help. Ultimately it was an issue only the dealer could help with but they did their best. These idiots deserve negative 1700 stars, as that is how much money it cost me to fix my car after they fried my ECU (computer) on my car with a simple battery change. Had to rent a car for a week while real mechanics diagnosed the problem. Tires Plus said I needed $1200 in repairs which my regular mechanic did for $500. Had to take the car to a specialist to install new ECU and program it. These idiots shouldn't be allowed to wash a windshield. Tried to submit a claim to their customer service dept and got the run around and a denial because I had the car fixed before their people could look at it. Total idiots. I got a flat tire this morning and had to get it fixed. I went to Tire Plus because it was close and my car had been serviced there in the past with no problems. This morning was very different. When I didn't agree with the statement the manager wrote to get an approval from Leaseplan to replace the tire he became rude and aggressive. When I decided to write my statement next to my signature he then refused service to me and made me scratch through my statement before he would complete the service. I have been coming to this location for over 3 years because it is a leaseplan authorized location. However after the way I was treated this morning by the manager, I will never go there again. After only one previous encounter with Doug he greeted me by name with a big smile of recognition upon my entering the store. Service was expedient and exceeded expectations. I like the quality of work and customer service here. So why the poor review? Because in the four times I've been there is have never gotten out in what I consider a reasonable time frame.
