Great job on short notice! I bought custom tires and wheels for my lifted truck online. This mobile service came out and installed them for a reasonable price. So reasonable, I also bought a set of tires (with onsite installation) for my wife's Mustang. Only downside (not a complaint, but full disclosure), tires don't come with road hazard warranty or lifetime rotation. Great service and really good value! I can't say enough about this company. I live in Ohio and my young adult son moved to Denver a year ago. He got a flat tire in his parking lot and like most young adults navigating the real world for the first time, needed help setting up a tire repair. I called Tire Xpress and spoke to Isaac and he set up the repair. He sent a photo of the replaced tire after the service to assure me my son was all set to safely drive his car. Got a quote and set up the appointment thru email. The plan was to swap in a set of 2014 Stingray wheels in place of the beat-up old wheels on my 1998 Corvette- keeping the existing tires and TPMS. Miguel arrived right on time, verified the plan, and went straight to work. Super friendly, polite, professional. My tires and TPMS were transferred to the new wheels in 30-40 minutes. Miguel was extra careful with both sets of wheels - not a scratch when he was done! Wheel balance is perfect - no vibration or wobble or noise. One wheel balanced with no weight at all! It was late Friday on the 21st of December right before the long weekend before Christmas. I had a hip replacement surgery on December 10 so I wasn't very mobile. My daughter noticed that I had a flat tire, right down to the rim. I hadn't been driving much because of my surgery but I wanted to get out on Christmas day and back to work after that. I called a few places like Big O to see if anyone had a mobile unit to repair my flat tire, no luck until I called Miguel at Tires Xpress. Despite the fact that it was late in the afternoon and they would be closed up until after Christmas, Miguel made sure his 2 man crew would take care of me before end of business that day. His crew showed up on time and took care of my flat tire. They did a great job and were extremely fast, efficient, and friendly. Besides fixing the tire and adding the proper air pressure, they checked all of the tires and added air as necessary. I can't thank Miguel and his crew enough. Avoid at all costs. These guys are always in a hurry and could not balance the tires properly. There was a terrible shake in the steering wheel and they were unresponsive to fixing it. Either their equipment is low quality or the tech is super lazy or, most likely, both. I took the car to discount tire afterwards and was told that the balance was WAY off. We are all human... everyone makes mistakes. It is how we handle them that makes the difference! I bought four tires and had one fail while still under warranty. It took 4 months and many contacts with Miguel by phone and email and ultimately a poor review here before he finally admitted that he had dropped the ball. This week he apologized and immediately mailed a check to reimburse me for the tire replacement cost. I suppose all is well that ends well. But it shouldn't take this much effort over many months.... so now I have modified my one star review. Because of all the hassle and frustration three stars is the best I can do. I can't believe I have been shopping for tires in stores all of these years. This is definitely the way to go. Miguel is awesome- personable and professional- he replaced the tires on my pop-up camper trailer right in front of my house, at a price that was cheaper than every brick and mortar retailer in my area (including wal-mart!). In fact, his installed price was cheaper than what wal-mart wanted to charge for just mounting and balancing (I would still have had to remove and install them myself). I purchased new tires for my vehicle from TiresXpress. Miguel came and did a great job installing Goodyear tires on my SUV. Overall the experience was above average. The only problem was he did not do well on the paperwork end of the sale. Requests to change the year vehicle to the correct year for warranty have been unresponsive. His quote included a $40.00 factory rebate as a part of reduced pricing. I have not been able to receive the rebate from Goodyear because TiresXpress is not a registered Goodyear retail out. Full warranty is in place but I will never see the rebate Miguel showed on the quote. read more

Hands down-- best car experience I've ever had! Great customer service. Miguel was professional, friendly and fast! We called this morning and he made it work with our schedules...coming to our house between 5-5:30 on a Friday night. He kept in contact (both of us dealing with traffic) and arrived promptly at 5:15. Took exactly one hour to mount 4 tires and a full size spare. I am so impressed! He and his partner worked very hard while I had the luxury & convenience of being at home. Of course I had to take it out for a spin afterwards...Great work!
