They don't take appointments- everything is first come first serve and they're happy for you to leave your car there overnight if it's waiting for a service. My car was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in - clean and reliable. They did exactly as I asked - put the rear tires in the front and the new tires in the rear and to align it. They also ordered tires for me because they didn't have it in stock. The guy working in the front is super nice and chill. I actually tried to go to costco before this but couldn't get an appointment until 2 weeks out. But Tire Central was available on the same day with comparable prices. Prices are very fair, transparent, and they get the job done. Alignment was $90. Each tire was about $200. And then a few more dollars for the servicing. I will definitely be back here for any tire needs in the future!

Aside from my deep gratitude for free service, these guys also work really hard. The customer-facing representatives were visibly busy with phone calls, mediating between customers and mechanics, tending to other customers who were there to pick up/ drop off/ get a consultation for their cars, all while exhibiting coolness and professionalism. They have previously replaced my tire when they couldn't fix it due to a nail. However, this has not always been consistent. A few weeks after one of the tires got replaced because of a nail problem, I unfortunately had another nail problem, and they refused to replace it even though I bought the warranty. In addition, during my most recent experience, I had gone to them 3 separate times because the same tire keeps saying the pressure was low. They finally inspected and told me there was a nail, but states they could not legally remove it because of the location in the center of the tread. Which was odd, especially since I also bought certificate of warranty, but they could also not honor it because they said the tread was too low. So I went to another tire shop nearby, (Thank you Fair Oaks Tires!) who were surprised that America Tires could not easily fix it. They promptly removed the nail and patched it for $45. I am now taking my business elsewhere, after a decline in services and lack of honoring the warranty that I had bought.

Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.

I knew exactly what I wanted, 215/60R16 Michelin Defender2s, but I still needed a shop willing to execute the setup correctly. They handled the unusual fitment without turning it into a problem. The wheels were mounted and balanced properly, the different front and rear hardware was handled correctly, and the car came out smooth and completely vibration-free. The difference is remarkable. The car is quieter inside, much better over broken LA pavement, and still feels planted and sharp at freeway speeds. This was the final piece of a longer suspension build, and their work made the whole setup come together. If you know what you want, or have something outside the usual factory-size tire swap, these are guys I would trust to do the work right.

I got to Mountain View Tire prior to my appointment and was able to check in by 7:40am. After a quick inspection of my existing tire, I was told the one I had ordered was not currently in stock, but he had one comparable to it and similar in price. He quickly added if I wanted the same tire, he would be able to place an order for it to be delivered by the afternoon. I immediately felt it was similar to a bait and switch and if tomorrow had not been a weekend where I didn't have to work, I would've just gone with the substitution. I finally agreed to have him order the tire for me before leaving the shop. I received a call right at around 3:30pm that my tire was delivered. I was very pleased with their communication. I was able to have someone bring my vehicle in and he drove back with a brand new tire on my car.
