She had said it'll only take two hours but she spent over 4 hours cleaning the bathroom and I am not complaining! She was so intricate and detailed, she got the toughest stains that previous tenants have left over the years, got the built up mold and mildew out the cracks. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build.
