When I get there they tell me it was flooded and they had to adjust the carb. It is obvious that they had to try and start it to see what was going on. They flooded it and discovered the carb was improperly adjusted causing the initial problem. They blamed the flooding on me and said it was not warranty covered. They charged me 20 dollars to get my saw back for something they caused. I recommend you buy and service your stihl and Toro yard gear elsewhere to a place that actually cares about its clients and isn't trying to screw them for something the client couldn't have done. Her husband coordinated two visits and installs. My experience with the installs were fine except for the 2nd one. The price was competitive for the work. It was not "Home Depot or Lowes" quality but it was very acceptable. They were also timely. I deducted two stars for his customer service. The slab on 1st order was cut a little off but my contractor worked it out. No issue. My kitchen counter top cut was worse. The back edge against the wall ranged between 1/16 and up to 1/2 in gap. They installed it. It was 1/4 wider than my backsplash in some areas. Also, they didnt leave the sink cutout. I was using this for my kitchen island top so they would match. I reached out to them so we could correct this. Barry kept making promises to call me back. He stated their cutter was broken. He advised me they could come out to see the gap after telling me to try caulk. Then he didn't answer anymore after never replacing my slab cutout or money. I had to spend the $100 and extra time with another vendor to get the slab I had already paid Barry for and to get my gap sealed correctly. I want to recommend them but because of this I can not. The service with him is not consistent and I don't have the money to waste on repeat work. I say go visit the location, talk to Rachel and decide for yourself.

It needed just some movement to start ticking again. How honest is that? She could have charged me for all three batteries, and I would have never even known. Wow! I also had some jewelry with me. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. When I arrived and I discussed what I was actually doing versus just getting a tool and heading on my way, the two fine gentlemen working advised a better solution and explained why I needed such an item. They helped me load the piece of equipment into my piece of a car, and off I went. I spent the entire evening using the tool so that I could return it the next day. Yes, the machine wore me out, but that's the nature of the beast given the project I was attempting to DIY. Lesson learned. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and we ended up chatting about things we had in common. Cool.

Laura (of JP Concrete Creations) steered us away from making so many mistakes. The first contractor tried to convince us to do the floor first, since it's the foundation. Laura quickly and intelligently dispelled this idea as horrible. After the drywall was done we saw why this would have been terrible. The original contractor just wanted the quick sale while Laura was willing to wait 4 months for us to get to the correct staining time, to complete the process. When the day came to actually start the father son team was fast, efficient, and careful with our home. We tested a few different ideas and ended up with a spectacular floor. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I am pretty sure if you had a bad experience with them it's due to setting and managing your expectations. The process is different than I expected but the results were phenomenal. Remember this process is applying art to a canvas built in haste by concrete people without any perfection standards. When we really cleaned our concrete and saw how terrible the original pour was we were so blown away by how well they hid the imperfections in the canvas.
