I find value of this make and model all over the place in excess of $6,000 AND they have 70,000 to 120,000 miles. Mine has 26,800. In fact I have never met the agent or even the one at the office previously! Last week I had a very unexpected faucet leak which traveled from the upstairs to the downstairs, causing a lot of damage. I discovered it on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, when Shelly was not in the office. I left a message begging for her to call me on her day off and moments later got a call. Shelly took over a half hour to guide me through the process - on a three day weekend and her day off! Previously, I have relied on Shelly numerous times to do pretty extensive insurance reviews and also to go to bat for discounts since all my insurance is at this office. Investigator Daniel Vlahos has not responded to my August 12 email to this day. I contacted his supervisor/manager, Darcy Jefferson, on August 20 regarding the continued delays and lack of communication, and I still have not received a response. My adjuster, Karina, has also failed to provide a clear update or resolution. We have fully cooperated and provided all the information and documents requested. Yet every time I call for an update, I am passed from one person to another, and no one takes responsibility for providing a clear answer or moving the claim forward. After almost five months, I should not have to repeatedly call and email just to find out what is happening with my own claim.
