After haggling with Progressive who initially refused liability, I flipped it to my favor. Now they want to salvage my car. Progressive says paying repair costs of $3,300 will be more than the value of the car. Really? I find value of this make and model all over the place in excess of $6,000 AND they have 70,000 to 120,000 miles. Mine has 26,800.
