Came here to get a pedicure and we got in at a decent time but I paid for a deluxe pedicure and she didn't even bother spending time doing all the extra crap I paid for like I'm paying for the hot stone so don't just rub them up and down my leg twice and call it a day and I didn't get a leg and foot rub! We had a fabulous experience today. My friend and I went for mani/pedis. When we got there it was incredibly busy- which is to be expected on a holiday weekend- but we didn't wait long before they were able to get us started. Even while we waited, the guy up front was incredibly attentive and kept us updated as to how long it would be. The pedicure was fantastic, I could have sat in the massage chair having my feet taken care of for hours. She did an amazing job taming my out of control summer feet, and she didn't even make me feel embarrassed for how ridiculous they were. Not only was the pedicure great, but even though they were busy they got my friend and I chairs next to each other. My nails look beautiful. They're evenly painted and uniform in shape. She paid close attention to what she was doing, and worked very efficiently. I will absolutely be returning! read more

Booked an appointment on Tuesday for first available for a full set and pedicure. I tell them that I want to make sure that I can get them back to back because I have previously made apts like this and I end up having to wait because they stack my girl all the time! He assured me it'd be back to back okay cool. I get there and the girl for my pedi is doing someone else's nails, to I'll have to get my full set done. Ok no problem. But then I see another girl arrive for Yen as she just started a pedi... I'm about to be finished and then they throw a WALK IN gel manicure her way... I'm done with my full set and they tell me it'll be 20 mins. I walked out and went to another salon around the corner. They got me in and out no problem. They over book all the time.. very unprofessional. Unfortunately I will not be back any more. I really loved my nail tech Yen. She's awesome, it's just a shame they never let her breathe! Worst pedicure EVER!!! Cut my cuticles and I have several literal cuts on my toes - scabbing has begun . The language barrier was impossible. Instead of a $60 Rose Petal pedicure - I had them stop at the nail trim, put polish on and just plain STOP. Cost me $21 dollars to get out of there. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Less than an hour after I left the nail place, the gel started to lift. I was going out of town right after so I didn't have time to go back until the next day. When I went back I wanted my money back because I no longer felt comfortable having anyone from that place work on my nails. And the owner wanted me to confront the nail tec who did nails and left her in charge of what she wanted to do about the situation. So of course she didn't want to give me my money back. Instead she put the blame on me saying that the gel lifted because I didn't allow it to dry all the way. She saw me put my hand into the dryer and is on a timer. Very disappointed! This was my go to place for my daughter and I to get our nails done. My daughter always gets coffin shaped nails(Kevin and Tony have done great jobs and were so nice to her) I let my daughter go with her friend to get her nails done and she came home with crooked, short, square nails, with edges that could cut someone's skin open. She said she asked repeatedly for long coffin shaped nails and the tech told her no, that they were too long for her, and went ahead and cut them off. When I took her back in the owner wanted my 13 year old to confront the nail tech. My daughter showed her a pic of what she wanted and the tech told us it would be 45$. We basically had to defend ourselves while the people that worked there accused us of lying. I will never be back! Shameful customer service! read more

This is a quick place to go when you need your nails done in Buckeye. Average price for a pedi, which is the only thing I usually get. The shop is clean, relaxing and the nail techs are very nice. I like to go in and relax and not chit chat with them. And they don't. They just do their thing and move on. I will return to this place :) read more

Before I left she started talking to her co workers at the nail shop "which I could not understand" & they looked at me & began to chuckle.. Just the worst nail experience . I was visiting my mom who was staying for a few weeks in buckeye and decided to take her for a nice pedicure . This place was so not worth it. The water was cold and had to be changed out. The massage chair didn't work, and I had to sit with my feet in this cold water for a good 15-20 mins. By this time my moms toes were already done so she then had to wait for me. My pedicure was the quickest half a**"ed pedicure I've ever had. Horrible Callus removal (charged 5$ extra) a 2 Min foot massage and then bam I was done. We paid 50$ for both our pedicures together for a 15 minute job it was so not worth it. My mom has been here once before so she expected at least decent service however she did not get that the second go round. She brought her own gel polish but was still charge the extra $15 anyway (Jolie said for "labor" LABOR REALLY?). The woman who did her toes (Jolie) rushed her and did not do a good job. She got the VIP package but was rushed, overcharged and did not receive everything that was supposed to be included with the VIP service - her nails reflect that. Anything to get more money I guess. I had messed up my nail and asked her to redo it and I would pay the difference but a he gave me a dirty look and just went over it with the color and told me not to do it again. Avoid this place! This is the only nearby nail shop near me but I would drive 45 min away or further for a place that does a good job than to come back here. Sat with my feet in water for 40 min while other nail techs just sat around. When I corrected the lady for leaving my toe chunky with polish she got upset and walked away and came back and added another layer. When I mentioned it made it worse she got even more mad and added a clear coat. She then stood up and started putting my sandals on. She didn't even bother to clean up the polish around my toes or fix the issue. She then began on my gel manicure. All she did was talk and talk and talk distracting herself with her coworkers. Because she was talking so much she forgot to add a top coat to one hand and left it looking dull while the other hand was shiny. I even had to remind her to clean the surrounding area. At this point I was over it. To be honest, I could've spoken up and complained but at this point I didn't even want to waste my time because they wouldn't have cared. Luckily, I have my own clear gel polish so I was able to fix it myself at home. My 9 year old niece got her nails and toes polished. Another lady assisted her and insisted on drawing the design she wanted and not the one my niece requested (a sun) she was also rough on my nieces hands. I have been a client of TiTi nails for about three years. I have been there and had to wait before and have smiled and waited. Last Wednesday I made an appointment for my husband and I to get a pedicure at eleven today the 30th. We arrived at 10:55 and my husband was seated and I took the chair next. Jade immediately started his pedicure and I noticed Mindy who was to do mine had JUST started another one. No one approached me or said anything. After awhile Jade said Mindy was running late. 30 Minutes later I said forget it. I heard the other lady with Mindy say she made her appointment on Sunday. As we left [still no acknowledgement from the management], Jade said the other lady's appointment was made for two services at the same time, that they had tried to get touch with me but didn't have my info. First it was not my appointment that was in error I was not the one who should have been inconvenienced. Also by management COMPLETELY ignoring the situation it showed how very unimportant my business is to them. COMUNNICATION is so important in a service business. Hands down the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is rude every time I go in and I always end up leaving with my nails looking like complete crap. Despite this I have gone back time and time again because they are down the street from my house. The women who did my nails did a horrible job, I explained to her what I was upset about (how she shaped my nails) and she just looked at me and did nothing to fix it. Half of them were square and the other half round. So I ended up going home and fixing them myself. Me and my friend came in on a Saturday early but they got us in early. The lady seemed to be in a rush because I dinked my nail by accident and she had to restart it but she tried to peel off the paint so she could paint over it. She got mad with me when my other one dinked too. I never saw that one so I don't know how bad it was. When putting on acrylic she grabbed one of my fingers too hard and it felt a sharp pain and when I expressed discomfort she told me to relax. She also rushed the paint job and barely cleaned up the sides. Also she cleaned up the sides with her fingers not like a q tip dipped in remover or anything. She did changed the length when I got back because i couldn't handle it when I left and got the color right. Also before I got the length changed the paint job looked even worse. My friends told me they look like either a child painted them or she rushed. I'm not coming back. They have a friendly environment and offer water which is good and clean tools.
