I was a loyal customer having service every month for 2 years paying their prices and I will never…read morego back there again. The mother and daughter duo turned out to be a joke! My first appointment was with the daughter who was rude and her service was extremely painful so I changed to the mother who insulted me. There is no privacy, they will walk into the room you are in unannounced to get their appointment book when they make their appointments on the computer. I prefer not to have a Ring Camera watching me while I am waiting in the lobby area!! I have been to several electrolysists throughout my life and I thought I had found a good one when we moved to the Phoenix area but I was wrong. I was appalled by the nerve of the mother to insult me. I have finally found a professional electrolysis that has a beautiful office and great prices and she also has the right accommodations like a restroom conveniently located so you don't have to get a key and go down the hallway to use the restroom. I was extremely uncomfortable with A Permanent Solution Electrolysis and I will never refer anyone to them.

There has been barely any hair in the treated areas, leaving me more confident each time I complete a session. No issues with post-treatment pain, erythema, blistering, or dyspigmentation. I tried three different electrology clinics before coming to Kim. I first started to visit Kim about 16 years ago and she really helped to get my facial hair under control. Other technicians did not seem to be able to remove a good amount in one appointment.
