Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure.
