She scrubbed once again after the callus remover, so brownie points for that. vibe: typical salon but they had spa music on that made it relaxing. at the end of my pedicure I just realized my chair didn't have a massage remote? nor was I asked to turn it on, so I'm not sure if all the chair had the massage. I came here Saturday morning for a pedicure and also inquired about what I could do with my short nails. I have very short nails because I do bite them. I asked what service could help me so I could grow my nails. I was told to do the buildable gel. I wasn't happy with the result. My thumb nail had completely fallen off by Monday morning. I called and they said for me to come back. I came back on Monday, and the owner had the same girl fix my nails. Unfortunately, it wasn't good and they just kept blaming my short nails because i bite them. That's fine, but you should have said you didn't have a service that would fit my needs. I finally said they were fine and left because my nails were sore from her trying to fix them. I'm attaching photos of the first visit and the second visit. Ultimately, I'd you can't do a service properly, it's best to let the client know, so they are not out $55. read more

This place is filthy !! and what's worse is that the owner is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with, don't turn your back because she will talk about you. They have an ATM inside for you to pull cash if you don't have any. Handicap accessible and a big public parking lot. They offer daily deals like a certain percentage off of services. I came into queens nails and spa. May 17th requesting a typical mani and pedi for my little sister and my daughter. She over charged me I paid 172 dollars for a simple mani and pedicure. No full set. The only thing extra was they wanted French tip. She charged us for the gel polish for hands and feet. Although it says included in the price on their site. I think it was a slow day. She inflated the prices for their business. The guy cut my daughter's finger and her toe a little. It's great work. They liked their nails. But you can't trust them as far as the pricing goes. The shop was nice and they were kind to us. Very laid back but they don't stand by their price list or the luxury service they advertise. Massage chair wasn't turned on. No drinks were offered. They charged me $50 for a fill, which they filed down my pinky nail so much compared to the other nails... which now looks ridiculous. My nail polish that I picked for my nails and pedicure are completely different color pinks. They broke a nail while I was sitting in the seat and then charged me for the broken nail that they broke. After fixing the one nail, the guy was in such a rush that the nail color is lighter on one nail. I have never had such bad service and will never go back. read more

She literally curved my acrylic and the customer service was okay though. She was doing everything aggressively and in a hurry. There were also arguing with customers. And, she my nails look smaller because the French tips were so big. They also forced customers to get nails from them. They were begging costumers to get nails even though they did not want to.
