I didn't feel any discomfort at all, and Dee was very careful and paid attention to the details. I've been to Jenny's Nail several times before. Some nail techs did a great job, while others were just okay, so I was always a little hesitant about coming back. I feel like I've been to 10,000,000 nail salons around Chino and Chino Hills, and somehow I ended up staying loyal to this one. The owner is genuinely kind and treats customers more like friends than clients. One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn't do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Honestly, most places would probably charge for that, but they helped me and didn't charge me anything. I ended up giving a $5 tip (I hope it's enough ) because I appreciated the kindness so much -- and at that point I had only visited the salon once before. After that experience, I stopped going anywhere else. Every time I come in, they are patient and never make me feel rushed, even though I can be very picky about choosing different colors for each nail. Other salons often act annoyed or charge extra for everything: more colors, dip, French tip... suddenly everything becomes "$5 more." Here, the pricing feels fair and the service feels genuine. I had an appointment at 10:45am for manicure and pedicure. I came on time and one of the workers did my pedicure right away. But after she finished doing my pedicure, she went to the other customer next to me and told me that another worker will do my manicure. Note that the woman next to me came in later, I came earlier than her. Since it was Saturday, the salon was busy and all the other workers were attending to other customers. It took more than half an hour to have an available worker do my manicure. I don't understand why I had to wait and not the woman who came later. I felt I was treated unfairly. I came in earlier and had an appointment but I was the last customer to get served. read more

I was a walked in customer. The staffs were nice. However, after I told the lady who did my toenails that I have ingrown nails, she pushed the ingrown nails really hard even I told her it hurts. She kept telling me almost done. I was thinking maybe she knew what she was doing. Then my right big toe started bleeding because she suddenly pulled my ingrown out. It's matted not shinny at all, he missed parts of my nails and my thumb nail is bumpy. Less than 2 hours later the polish started chipping off. A little kid could do better than this mess. The place is clean and they make sure to take COVID-19 safety precautions, plastic screens at the manicure stations and even plastic shower curtains between the foot spa stations. Masks required to enter of course, they ask you to use the hand sanitizer at the front desk, and proceed to take your temperature. Now the service is spectacular, and the prices are mind blowing! I've been going to different places in Chino Hills and even to Chino to get my nails done, but decided to give this place a try since I only live two minutes away. I came in on a Thursday morning a couple minutes after opening and was immediately greeted and seated by who I believe is Jenny. Vivian did my nails and she was gentle and kind. I've been cut numerous times before at previous nail salons, and I would consider myself lucky to walk out of nail salon without any cuts. Since it was my first time requesting for a coffin shape, she told me how she would trim and file my nails to maintain its current length and assured me that it will look ok with the shape. She even asked if I was satisfied with the color that I chose after painting it on one of my nails. I really appreciate the patience and the attentiveness. I've found my go to nail salon. DONT COME! I want a refund. This is bs. Sucks to be writing this cause I've been going here for over two years to do manicure and pedicure. First I did acrylics in the first year and then I moved. I came back to chino hills this last year and this has been my place again to do my natural nails that are acrylic length. I do clear dip powder and gel and gel on my toes. The price sometimes changes which I found interesting but whatever. But after my last visit, I do not think I will ever be back again. First off, she damaged my natural nail while she let the drill get caught. When I was just staring at it and upset she said oh it will look better after I file. Yeah well it shouldn't have been messed up in the first place! Now it won't look normal when there's nothing on there until I grow out the INDENT she left. The drill got caught and messed up atleast 6 times. One of the times under my nail and ripped my skin from under my nail bed and now just burns and hurts worse when water or anything comes in contact. Let's just keep in mind I asked for a fill and she took everything off lmao. I let that go too. Then I asked for the same French tip I came in with and she took three or four tries to get that right. Even with the photos I showed her after. Then said exactly how I wanted the shape and she didn't do it right. Then I said no not like the last shape, it was too almond for me. I want it straight on the sides and rounded tip. I got almond lol and I just gave up at that point and said yeah that's fine. Then I wanted diamonds added and she ended up giving me a tooth pick to re arrange them after she would put them on. Then she isn't even using the bonding glue after the first diamonds cause she struggled with it and didn't want to take that time of course. So she only used the gel top base lmao. She coated that on and now it looks off. So to top it off, GOT OVER CHARGED! I go in here and I pay $110 at most for sets like this and my toes and I get the third package up. Tell me how I paid $80? And I still tipped! Thinking it would be $60 Screw this place and the fact they don't up hold all their nail techs to the same quality. And the fact they clearly get to just set their own prices. Wish I knew the name of the Girl. Didn't have service in the mountains when I tried to leave this review like three weeks ago so here it is now! Currently looking for a new nail place which is why I remembered to post this one when I saw it come up so highly rated! read more

The Mermaid fill was beautiful and amazing, except it was on my daughter's nails. That time, Tammy did my pedicure. Perfect pedicure by Tammy. My feet were so pampered. Second visit, Dip Nails for me! Pretty pink ombre picture attached. So light and natural! No weighted down, parlor nails here! Third visit, daughter got dip nails. I wanted this deep red wine color & my nail tech gather 6 different colors and tried it on my nails just to make sure it was the perfect color.
